The restaurant was nice and clean but the owner of this franchise had a serious attitude problem when I questioned her about mobile orders that never get picked up. She stated that they simply throw it away. I asked why and she became really irate. I didn't even want the food that I ordered thru the mobile app. Most other fast food restaurants will refund your money if the order is never picked up. I haven't been back since. read more

Food is OK but should be a heck of a lot better for how long you have to wait in line. It seems as though they cannot give someone their items at the window while taking an order on the speaker at the same time. 30% of the time your order will be wrong so don't pull away from the window until you have checked it. Their doors are locked as if closing inside for Covid is still a thing three years later. Once you get out of your car and go knock on the locked door, you will be met with agitation for bothering them. I have stopped at this Wendy's on the way home from work when my husband is in the mood for a burger. No more. I will go out of my way just to avoid this place. McDonald's is right across the street and they have superior service. That's where his burgers will come from now on if I'm stopping on the way home from work. This place has horrible service. I did a mobile order 7/4 1:47pm to find out that they only due drive-thru mobile orders not curbside. Option to do curbside is still available. Went up to the door and they told me to go through the drive-thru. I had to wait 45 minutes for 2 large fries and two medium frostys. When I finally received my food the fries were soggy and cold. Today 7/10 10:29am I went there to get Breakfast and was told that they are doing lunch right now. Attempted to order lunch just now ( 4:30pm ) but there was a sign on the speaker that said "register is done"..... pulled up and asked for clarification and they said "register is down". When will be back up? "We don't know" was the response I got. "Is there a way for you to write down our orders and accept cash in the meantime?" "No, we can't do that." When we pulled around, the staff could be seen seated at tables playing around on their phones. Went next door to checkers and watched as various customers approached the door, only to find it locked. They were obviously confused and there was no sign on the door explaining the situation. I can't understand how this franchise has not been pulled by Wendy's. If this was the first wendy's I went to, I never would return to any of them. We went in at about 6:45pm. On the floor by the counter where the napkins, straws and ketchup was a puddle of sticky liquid, probably a soda was spilled. There was so much on the floor, it must have been a full cup. I mentioned it to the person taking our order. She couldn't be bothered. I asked for fries without salt and she said they don't put salt on their fries. We couldn't tell because the fries were cold and inedible. Like the rest of the food we got it must have been sitting a long time. After we ate, about 15 minutes later the soda was still not cleaned. The store was very slow during this time, so there is no excuse. On top of this, I went into the bathroom to wash my hands. There is no soap or dispenser, how gross is this that employees can't wash their hands before preparing your food. I called and wanted to speak to a manager, but never received a callback. read more

How is this particular location still in business? The parking lot is usually nearly empty. When you go inside there might be one or two customers in the dining room and yet you have to wait several minutes before an employee even acknowledges you. Employees seem depressed and not exactly thrilled to see a customer come through the door. The food is certainly nothing special. When there are a dozen other greasy spoon fast food joints within spitting distance, the customer service side better be what distinguishes yours. I ordered two chicken nugget kids meals, a chilli, and a diet soda. I waited awhile, it's ok, food has to cook. I can see everyone on their phones, again it's ok, everything takes time. I receive in my kid's meals a snack wrap and the other gets a bacon burger. I also received a regular coke. I go inside after driving home to exchange my order and everyone is on their phones. Last night 01/31 around 11:30, I went to doordash at the Burlington NJ Wendys on Mount Holly Rd. While I was at the window trying to place my doordash orders (2 of them), the night shift supervisor refused to allow me to place the separate orders for my customers. I accepted to put them on one tab, but the doordash card got declined because I can't combine orders. After I asked him to just separate them, he said I have to get back in line and refused service to me. As he cursed through the window, he refused to give any names of him or the general manager. I would have checked his name tag, but he wasn't wearing one. His professionalism was nonexistent and he should be reprimanded. I tell them I ordered online and it's paid for already. They have me pull up. My mother and I were highly unsatisfied with our visit to this location because of the terrible attitudes given. We visited during the night and during my visit I observed how unclean, unsanitary, and out of order this restaurant is. The workers making the food were not wearing gloves nor hairnets. The female employee on the register was handling money, touching and scratching her face, touching her hair, and then putting her hands on food. We also noticed that the manager, Paul, was also scratching his head and hair and then dealing with customers' food as well. This raises concern that all the other employees who were not wearing gloves were doing the same thing. We ordered a half Taco Salad and when we received the salad the lettuce was wilted. We brought this to the attention of the staff and were given a new salad and this happened more than once. Unfortunately, each salad that we received had brown or wilted lettuce. The store was out of salsa and we had to keep reminding the workers what was supposed to come with the salad. We had to let them know that salsa and chili were supposed to come with the salad instead of just receiving a plain basic side salad with sour cream and tortilla chips on the side. They let us know that they were out of salsa and the employee gave us a full size salad(which also had browning lettuce).We also ordered an Asiago ranch club and received a sandwich we did not ask for which included guacamole. Only to find out they were "out and just decided to put American instead"- day shift manager. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering that specific sandwich.
