Thanks but no thanks Wendy's. My kids and I ordered our food and asked for our meals to be made fresh and ha, boy oh boy were we fooled. These characters had the audacity to refry the fries and gave them to us hot, hard and overcooked. I didn't say anything I just made up my mind that they're srry butts will never get another dime of my money. For young people to be that lazy and not have the common decency to make their customers fresh fries is beyond my rational mind. Think about it, how can they be trusted with proper food storage and follow health department protocols and guidelines when they're this lazy. They can't be or shouldn't if you ask me. I don't know how these chains expect to survive when they've continually gone downhill severely the past few years. I'll be going to the local Chick-fil-A or Culvers for now on for fast food and make my own cheese burgers and fries at home. if i could put a no star rating i would. i've gone to this location multiple times and never seems to get better. ive only ever gone through the drive thru but anyway, "what can i get for you" in the rudest attitude ever,which is fine because not every is having a good day but then to verbally say "ugh" at the end is quite rude. we go to the window and the young worker says nothing just a hand out the window asking for the card. we give the card and and receive it back with almost no response to anything we say or ask for as if we weren't right outside the window. we get out food and leave and the food is fine. went there again just a couple hours ago and the lady at the speaker is great and very nice but at the end all i hear from the speaker is her prep a good wet lugie from her throat. disgusting! at least do it off the speaker especially after i just ordered food! read more

Husband and I ordered food thru the drive thru and left we were on our way to an event when I gave him his bag he reached in grabbed his burger and started to eat I then went into my bag reach in for my fries and saw a roach crawling along the fries. I am mediately started screaming and threw the bag out the window. I picked up the phone look up. The number called, asked to speak to store manager. I waited on hold for five minutes and never got to speak to anyone so my advice to everyone is not to go to this location as they have roaches in their food. I have done mobile order several times in the last few months and have been very happy with my Orders. Accurate and timely any time I've gone! My stuff I get is always fresh. I get the biggie bag most times. They even make a patty with no bun for my dog and it's always fresh. I find the staff pleasant! They even remember by condiments. In today's society sometimes fast food is a necessary evil. Generally I pack my own lunch of homemade leftovers, but there are times it's not convenient. I hadn't stepped into a Wendy's in years, ever since I finally beat my Frosty addiction :) I was surprised on their efficiency, cleanliness, and overall cheerfulness. I went for their current 4 for $4 special. Consisting of a Double Stack burger, fries, chicken nuggets, and soda. The burger was cooked well and you could tell it was real beef. Most fast food places have those "what is in this thing" burgers. The fries were hot and tasty as well as the chicken. Offering a spicy sauce was a bonus. All-in-all, I can't complain. For 4 bucks it was a decent fast food lunch. It was quick, cooked right, tasty, and priced right. It took all my willpower not to order a Frosty...but that's just me ;) read more

I spent $41.24 on 4 meals (2x Large Dave's Double, no onion, double cheese, meals with Large Sweet tea & Large Dr. Pepper, a Junior Bacon cheese burger, Large Fry, Large Coke, and lastly a Large Baconator meal with a Large Coke) my receipt is perfect, exactly how I ordered it, I got my food, handed to me in 4 separate bags, that was okay, I left and drove home (I live 30+ minutes from town) what I ended up receiving was 2x Daves double, no onion, no cheese, large unsweetened tea no ice, large vanilla Dr Pepper, 2x Junior bacon cheese burgers with 1 tiny piece of bacon on each, then 2 large cokes) $41.24 with the correct order on my receipt & received a completely messed up order... I'm so mad, but thank you to the back cash cashier who DID everything right on her side, but disappointed with hand off window & bagging all the information was right in front of you ! read more

Excruciatingly slow service. It was about 12:30 at lunchtime and there were only three parties ahead of us at the counter. 15 minutes later, we were still waiting in line. The cashier kept leaving his station to help put the orders together, supervise new employees, etc. We finally ordered and, after waiting less than 10 more minutes, got our food. The two single cheeseburgers were just barely warm and the outside of the buns were refrigerator cold. Toppings were sloppy and all over the place with way too much ketchup and mayo. A ring of onion was so big around that it was completely outside the bun. Remember when Wendy's Dave claimed their burgers were "hot & juicy"? Not these babies. The meat was so dry, nearly cold and utterly tasteless. The worst Wendy's burgers I have ever had, bar none. The large order of fries was also nearly cold and very limp but at least the flavor was okay. Thankfully, I ordered a small chili and a medium Frosty. They were very good and, unlike the rest of the meal, the chili was piping hot. Hurray! I may come back when pigs learn to fly but probably not before. read more

Fast food is fast food, and I'm glad to have the option of Wendy's in my area. The wait time here can really get high though. I think this is because of high employee turnover as i never see the same person more than a few times. Overall not bad though. read more

i give this place a zero placed a mobile order my daughter drove 8 miles to get it and they say they don't have the order and spent 60 dollars called manager frustrated thinking she would help was more concerned about me raising my voice told me my to stop yelling talked to me like i was dirt and that's not how you talk to costumers!!! This is the slowest Wendy's of all time. It never fails we sit for 10 -12 minutes at the order booth just waiting plus the time after we finally order!! I don't know why it takes them so long but it's the only drive thru in the area. They need new management to put some pep in their step. It's so awful. If you're in a rush do not come here you will go crazy!! We always see people pulling out of the drive thru because they are over waiting so long. Welcome to McCrack Shack. Where the fries are cold, your double baconator comes with one piece of cheese and unlimited mayo and ketchup. The staff is friendly! Maybe overly friendly.
