Tonight we wanted to eat out but needed a place our son's girlfriend could safely eat -- she has severe celiac disease, so cross-contamination matters. I was genuinely impressed with how seriously they took it. Right after our party of five ordered, the place got swamped. Even so, the staff cleaned the meat slicer, changed gloves, and clearly followed their allergy protocol for her sandwich. She was the only one in our group with the allergy, but they never rushed or brushed it off -- they were intentional and respectful the entire time. While they were making our order, at least three more parties came in along with a long list of to-go orders, yet the care and attention didn't slip. The photosin their ads of subs are deceiving. Having grown-up on Jersey Mike's at the Jersey Shore, I can tell you these subs do not even come close. Still tastes good, but they are ridiculously light on ingredients. I mean crazy light. 1 layer ham, 1 layer, cheese, 1 layer salami. Tell me how that looks like the photos in the ads. A true Jersey Mike's was always as thick as shown in the photos in their ads. In fact, in Jersey, I always had to take some ham off because there was too much for me. Here in PC: Even the lettuce is light. So, the people are great, I liked them all. Very nice, very attentive. Getting a sub for so much money with more bread than anything? Not-so-much. It's a sub. I dislike being the one to write a bad review but this one experience left a foul taste in my mouth. My family was visiting town recently, we decided to get Jersey Mike's since it's down the road and my grandparents are older so they don't go out as much. When we went there, the customer service was unprofessional, the employee named Julie. While ordering food the girl was impatient and disrespectful. My grandmother has Alzheimer's so it can be a bit difficult at times, while making the food Julie kept sighing and rolling her eyes. We just felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Definitely won't be returning unless this company works harder to teach the correct mannerisms to their employees. read more

I've been to Jersey Mike's Subs many times and usually have a good experience, but my first visit to this location was very disappointing. An employee named Julie unfortunately was incredibly rude and impatient. From the moment I approached the counter I felt like I was being rushed. She sighed loudly when I took a moment to decide on my order, and when I asked a couple simple questions about the menu she gave me rude, unhelpful responses as if I was bothering her. But in the end, a ham & cheese sub is just that, a ham & cheese sub. However, JM's prices are literally double compared to Publix, located in the same plaza. Great place. I love Jersey Mike's, however it's New Years Eve. I placed my order online and was advised it was a 15 ​minute wait. I'm into a half hour later and still waiting. Where is the manager? They should be helping out! There are only 2 employees working tonight. The place is full of waiting customers! The manager should have stepped up and came in, regardless of its new years eve. Went there today 1/26 and order 2 sandwiches. A philly cheese steak that was fair and a chicken bacon ranch that was lousy no bacon on it. I told the person that they left off the bacon and he said sorry. You would think he would show a little more concern then just sorry. By the way don't look for ketchup there. My friend and I ordered some subs online. Mine was a mushroom Philly cheesesteak and it was absolutely delicious and made fresh. My friend has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten which I marked on the order in the special instructions area. While I was waiting on my sub I noticed that the gentleman making it took his time wiping everything down very well (including the meat slicer), washed the caps of the condiment bottles before he used them, and even changed his gloves every time he touched anything that was possibly contaminated. I usually love Jersey mikes and have eaten there a lot over the years, however today was the worst service I have ever had at one of their stores, I walked in to pick up a mobile order that I had placed earlier in the day for a specific time, I get there and my sandwiches haven't even been started yet. When I walk in no one says hi or asks what order I'm there for, no acknowledgment that I was even there. They then finally finish making my sandwiches only to then ask what order I was there for, then proceed to tell me that they ran out of the bread I ordered my sandwiches on so they just chose the bread to replace it with, mind you I was in the building before they started cooking. So instead of being able to pick up my order quickly before work like I was hoping to, I ended up having to wait 30+ more minutes and they had to remake my sandwiches since the bread they chose will give me an allergic reaction. All of which could have been avoided with a simple hi, I would have let them know I would wait for the correct bread instead of having to have them remake a sandwich. read more

She was very nice and professional and did what she could to make it right. As I mentioned in the previous comment, I really like their subs and had not had a problem before this.
