You can't go wrong with a salad here! However, the bread is delicious and noteworthy! Crunchy NY style rolls! All the subs ordered were perfect! Roast Beef was highly enjoyable! It was tender and not shaved thin, but meaty, tender and thick. Would definitely re-order! The manager had a disgruntled customer who he handled with grace. She was clearly having a bad day and he just took the berating and moved on. A few moments later, he apologized our table had to witness this and he gave us some coupons! That was above and beyond! We are thankful for establishment's, like Jersey Mikes who also offer assistance to the community by means of fundraising events to the local children of the community! read more

Tonight we wanted to eat out but needed a place our son's girlfriend could safely eat -- she has severe celiac disease, so cross-contamination matters. I was genuinely impressed with how seriously they took it. Right after our party of five ordered, the place got swamped. Even so, the staff cleaned the meat slicer, changed gloves, and clearly followed their allergy protocol for her sandwich. She was the only one in our group with the allergy, but they never rushed or brushed it off -- they were intentional and respectful the entire time. While they were making our order, at least three more parties came in along with a long list of to-go orders, yet the care and attention didn't slip. If you're looking for a reliable sandwich option and need a place that truly respects food allergies, this was a great experience and a solid choice. read more

I'm not being judgmental at all here, just simply making an observation. The lady that is in charge is on drugs. Quite literally. To give context, I am a Doordasher and have over 800 orders with 48 of them being from here. I go to pick up an order at 111pm and the order should have been picked up by 113pm. Now keep in mind they get the order 15 minutes prior to it being dispatched to DoorDash or Uber Eats. I'm standing there waiting after I told them the name and they tell me a couple more minutes. 10 minutes goes by and boom the order is up. Another employee says sorry for the wait and I said yup. Nothing more just yup the lady that was on drugs. Told me change my attitude or I'm not welcome back there. I told her just banned me on the app and I'll never come back again.. So I called DoorDash told them to block me from ever getting orders there and I figured it'd be nice for you guys to know if you go there she might be on drugs as well. read more

Always good - have never had a bad experience at any JM's - undercooked cookies once - l

Been a few times trying a few different sandwiches but they get they're a little bit too pricey you can't toast them well hey I gave them a try. I may be back. I may not. I'm not happy with the non-toasting and the reasoning was oh, it's the bread what no thank youto read more

The photosin their ads of subs are deceiving. Having grown-up on Jersey Mike's at the Jersey Shore, I can tell you these subs do not even come close. Still tastes good, but they are ridiculously light on ingredients. I mean crazy light. 1 layer ham, 1 layer, cheese, 1 layer salami. Tell me how that looks like the photos in the ads. A true Jersey Mike's was always as thick as shown in the photos in their ads. In fact, in Jersey, I always had to take some ham off because there was too much for me. Here in PC: Even the lettuce is light. So, the people are great, I liked them all. Very nice, very attentive. Getting a sub for so much money with more bread than anything? Not-so-much. It's a sub. It's just not a good Jersey Mike's sub. read more

A very clean & professional experience. Staff was helpful & knowledgeable about products.

Continuously messes up orders, had an issue where my order was wrong again and they did not make it right. The manager is very unwelcoming and awkward. Very incompetent staffing. read more

Food is CHAMP. The service is great because I am often customer for that place. Dining room is good for less than 20 people to eat there. I love that place!! read more

I dislike being the one to write a bad review but this one experience left a foul taste in my mouth. My family was visiting town recently, we decided to get Jersey Mike's since it's down the road and my grandparents are older so they don't go out as much. When we went there, the customer service was unprofessional, the employee named Julie. While ordering food the girl was impatient and disrespectful. My grandmother has Alzheimer's so it can be a bit difficult at times, while making the food Julie kept sighing and rolling her eyes. We just felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Definitely won't be returning unless this company works harder to teach the correct mannerisms to their employees. read more

First time visiting, ordered and took it home. Opened it, the roll wasn't toasted nor did they ask. Now i have indigestion. My last time. read more

Jersey Mike's is decent for a sub shop chain. All the items are fresh and the staff is personable. Their subs are on-par compared to Publix. But in the end, a ham & cheese sub is just that, a ham & cheese sub. However, JM's prices are literally double compared to Publix, located in the same plaza. Pro Tip: Wanna save $8 or more on a 'giant' sub? Just walk 237' to Publix! read more

I've been to Jersey Mike's Subs many times and usually have a good experience, but my first visit to this location was very disappointing. An employee named Julie unfortunately was incredibly rude and impatient. From the moment I approached the counter I felt like I was being rushed. She sighed loudly when I took a moment to decide on my order, and when I asked a couple simple questions about the menu she gave me rude, unhelpful responses as if I was bothering her. Customer service is a huge part of why I choose where to eat and my experience here was horrible. I hope the management addresses this issue so no one else has the same experience I had. read more

This is a low quality Jersey mikes . The manager is very immature and rude . I don't recommend anyone to come work here or eat here . Manager was very nasty to me . read more

I was craving a hot sub so I figured I'd check this place out. First off the restaurant was very clean and the employees were really nice. In particular was Dom who was most friendly and helpful. I decided on a Philly Cheesesteak and Wow! Dom made one of the best cheesesteaks I've had since I was up northeast. Was a wonderful highlight of my day and I'm looking forward to going back again soon! Highly Recommend read more

Great place. I love Jersey Mike's, however it's New Years Eve. I placed my order online and was advised it was a 15 minute wait. I'm into a half hour later and still waiting. Where is the manager? They should be helping out! There are only 2 employees working tonight. The place is full of waiting customers! The manager should have stepped up and came in, regardless of its new years eve. That is there job! I feel so bad for the 2 employees. Wouldn't surprise me if they walked out@! read more

Every time you walk in, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's nice to be acknowledged when you walk in. Traditional deli setting, very clean. The subs are so so good and the price is great for the quantity. I got the original Italian on Rosemary parm. Great portion for 2-4 people. There is ample parking all around. read more

# 8 no tomatoes.. that's my jam! So glad we have a great sub shop! The rosemary bread was delish!

Went there today 1/26 and order 2 sandwiches. A philly cheese steak that was fair and a chicken bacon ranch that was lousy no bacon on it. I told the person that they left off the bacon and he said sorry. You would think he would show a little more concern then just sorry. By the way don't look for ketchup there. I don't think this will be one of my regular lunch stops. read more

My friend and I ordered some subs online. Mine was a mushroom Philly cheesesteak and it was absolutely delicious and made fresh. My friend has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten which I marked on the order in the special instructions area. While I was waiting on my sub I noticed that the gentleman making it took his time wiping everything down very well (including the meat slicer), washed the caps of the condiment bottles before he used them, and even changed his gloves every time he touched anything that was possibly contaminated. All in all, I was very pleased with the service we received and the extra mile that the gentleman took to prepare our food. read more

Subs at their finest! Everything-meat, cheese, veggies and bread- is fresh and tasty. Using the app means getting exactly what you want when you want it. Never disappointed! read more

I usually love Jersey mikes and have eaten there a lot over the years, however today was the worst service I have ever had at one of their stores, I walked in to pick up a mobile order that I had placed earlier in the day for a specific time, I get there and my sandwiches haven't even been started yet. When I walk in no one says hi or asks what order I'm there for, no acknowledgment that I was even there. They then finally finish making my sandwiches only to then ask what order I was there for, then proceed to tell me that they ran out of the bread I ordered my sandwiches on so they just chose the bread to replace it with, mind you I was in the building before they started cooking. So instead of being able to pick up my order quickly before work like I was hoping to, I ended up having to wait 30+ more minutes and they had to remake my sandwiches since the bread they chose will give me an allergic reaction. All of which could have been avoided with a simple hi, I would have let them know I would wait for the correct bread instead of having to have them remake a sandwich. read more

Standard Jersey Mikes subs. Always good. My favorite is the Italian sub on white bread. Great fast delivery service.

They never get my husbands order correct, it's not that hard to make. They waste so much time and money throwing away perfectly good food. I'd go somewhere else, we won't be back. Gave them 5 chances. read more

This is a follow up to my previous review for Jersey Mikes. The actual store manager reached out to a family member to apologize for the way the ordeal went down. She was very nice and professional and did what she could to make it right. As I mentioned in the previous comment, I really like their subs and had not had a problem before this. So I have changed my review and will definitely do business with them again. read more
