    Honey butter chicken biscuit
    Marissa L.

This Wendy's has a convenient location right off the Belt, and is an easy place to stop if you're shopping at the nearby Target, Kohl's, or Best Buy, or the BJ's down the road. There's a large seating area inside (and some space outside), a pickup window on the side, and shared parking in the lot, but considering their car-friendly location, I wish they had been designed with a real drive-thru lane too. I mostly come here for breakfast when doing order pickups at stores, and I've been a bit obsessed lately with their honey butter chicken biscuit. The biscuit is rich, buttery, and flaky, the chicken is fried just right, and I need to figure out how they make that maple honey butter so I can copy it at home. I mostly order on the app for the perks and the points, and pickup has been easy (except the time they apparently never got the order and had to look it up). It's fairly empty in the mornings too, which is another plus, as they definitely get busy throughout the day.

Came in during lunch time, there's already a long line forming at the counter. Once I placed my order the wait time for my food was another ten minutes. The fountain area was kept clean and tidy, but the fountain drink tasted a bit off. My burger tasted good; cheesy and greasy, just the way I liked it. The tables for indoor dining was sticky and dirty, I had to clean the table with my napkins.

Beyond incompetent. The staff saunters about like they have all the time in the world, while the lines grows longer and more impatient. So why did I come here? Because my H had a hankering for it. Otherwise you couldn't pay me. Miserable place. 15 minute wait for fast food is outrageous.

Just your typical Wendy's. Not really any complaints here. Food was good. There was a bit of a wait but nothing shocking based on the amount of people in front of me on line. There was a bunch of seating so I assume that this location could get pretty crowded. It is right off a busy highway so it makes sense. Plenty of parking. It shares a lot with a bunch of other stores. I think it is pretty cool that there was a "walk through" instead of a "drive through" so you can literally walk to the door and order. Also the bathrooms were very clean

Basic Wendy's. From line to food in have took a solid 12 minutes. Food is your standard Wendy's fare. What's nice about this fast food joint was there was not anyone lurking around asking folks for change. This is the norm in most NYC fast food places. Tables were clean and plenty of seating available. Order was correct. What is disappointing is there is not free refills on drinks as the drink dispenser is behind the counter. Plenty of parking! If I had to go to a Wendy's this is it.

They are basically charging Midtown prices in deep residential Brooklyn, which was kind of a turn off. Still, I decided to give it a try. Since I have had their chicken plenty of times, I went with one of their non chicken items instead and ordered the bibimbap. It was a massive disappointment. It was sixteen dollars with a fried egg, and the bowl was about ninety percent hard rice that clearly had been sitting around. The toppings were minimal, just some shredded carrots, bits of iceberg lettuce, mushrooms, grilled onions, and small pieces of dried out spinach. It was barely a bibimbap at all. Where were the bean sprouts? The Korean radish? The zucchini? This was easily the saddest bibimbap I have ever had.

There's plenty of seating, but not many patrons. I ordered the combo Chicken Wings (half soy garlic/half spicy Korean BBQ), and some sweet potato fries. The wait for the order was about 15mins- which isn't bad as it's made to order. Fries came out piping hot and crispy; The chicken was a bit flat, not fully sauced and a little over-cooked dry. Overall, it was okay

They say some things age like fine wine, and I believe this restaurant falls in that category. After 55 years, this family oriented fast food shop known for its famous roast beef sandwich and other popular greasy goodness is still standing. I swung by recently for my usuals and glad to report that everything still tasted the same, just slightly more pricey year after year as expected. My regular order has always been the Roast Beef w/ Cheese, which was maybe $4 when I first tasted it over 25 years ago. It is now $9.45 or $.50 less for no cheese. Regardless, the roast beef (medium) is still tender and juicy, piled on top of a soft and pillowy, freshly made bread that's been dunked in a bath of delicious beef gravy. The ooey gooey cheese makes it complete for me. Everything else is solid. Nothing fantastic or worth driving out of your way for. Don't come here looking for the best version of everything on the menu. However, if in the neighborhood, this place is an inexpensive experience that brings you back in time, when the world was less complicated and a night out with family meant a delicious trip to a local restaurant like Roll-N-Roaster. Enjoy it for what it is and you'll have a good time.

Driving through Brooklyn and stopped for the first time in prob. 10 years, and it was the same quality, portion and taste as I remembered. I'm not even a big roast beef fan but it is just so good here, and their fries are legendery, too. Their iced tea and lemonade is also memorable, in a good way. We spent enough ($50) to get a free pizza and that too was tasty - thin crust. Can't wait to stop by again in another few years. It's worth the stop.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & MISSING PAID ITEMS I don't write…read morereviews lightly, but this was extremely disappointing. This place advertises that their dishes include coleslaw and pickles, and even goes further by asking customers how much they want and charging extra for it. I specifically paid extra for coleslaw--and received none at all‼ Not in the burger, not in the loaded fries, not in the mac & cheese with chicken. Zero. If you're out of an item, the bare minimum is to contact the customer and offer a substitution. No call, no message, nothing. Just missing items I already paid for. The "loaded" waffle fries are marketed with toppings like coleslaw and pickles. What I received was just fries with a generic, overly salty cheese sauce--completely unbalanced and not what was advertised. The chicken is also misrepresented. This place claims "never frozen" and "melt in your mouth" texture. In reality: * The breading is thick, dry, and hard to chew * The chicken inside is dry, not juicy or tender That's not "melt in your mouth"--that's the opposite. The burger was okay, nothing special: * A few slices of pickles (only place they actually showed up) * Some sautéed onions * Basic sauce (fine, but nothing memorable) For the price, this is not impressive. The chocolate milkshake was decent, but not worth $8. Overall, this feels like FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and careless execution. Charging extra for items that are never delivered, and not even notifying the customer, is unacceptable. Also worth noting: delivery platforms like Grubhub will often not refund missing items, so you're taking a risk ordering here. Final verdict--Not worth the money Be aware you may not receive what you paid for.
