I went through the drive thru and got my food. I was all the way across town when I realized that 1.they forgot my chicken sandwich that I paid for 2.the lid for the chili wasn't on so it had spilled into the bag 3. there wasn't even a spoon to eat the chili so I drove all the way back through wonderful, lunchtime, Main Street traffic to get my stuff. I brought the bag which is now falling apart and wet from the chili, and put it on the counter and complained. the lady there at the front, maybe manager I don't know, tells me to throw it out and they'll replace it. she was rude about it though like I was annoying them or wasting their time. like how dare I have a complaint. Stop serving cold fries. I know you don't care but your customers do. It's not that difficult: drop them in the fryer when they are ordered not 20 minutes before then let them sit for 1/2 hour or longer. If you make us buy a meal to save money why not serve us food that we actually want to eat instead of it just going to the landfill. I know, sounds crazy because saving food is such a waste of time. I give up on getting hot food here. We go here twice a week after martial arts for my sons, or I should say used to! The cashier always touches the food and the inside of the cups trying to help expedite. The only thing they're expediting is a virus. We were there Monday night and there was a hair in my Frosty. If every fast food joint was as good as this one... The line can be completely wrapped around the building at times, but you still wait less than 5 minutes! The employees are friendly and cheerful, they even take time to joke with you while ordering. Always wish you a great day and they leave a bobcat peppermint in your to go bag. Went here for lunch and at first went kinda bad got my food went back to my table and they forgot a fry wemt to get the fry came back and realized they forgot a drink went back up to the counter got my soda and opened my burger and it was cold like way cold cheese wasnt even melted so i went back to the counter for the 3rd time and the women called the manager Garret and not only did he bring me a new burger after i refused it but he gave me a full refund on my meal along with an apology witch to me was awesome thanks Garret!! read more

The great thing about Wendy's is there salads. There big & tasty & have the benefit of being semi-healthy. Their burgers are quite good, fresh & custom made. The frozen shake requires a spoon (always did as using a straw can cause an aneurism), but tasty. Not a huge fan of anyone's fries (in & out are the worst though), but at least they're consistent. I was so disappointed in the staff here. I went here for dinner with my mom and sister on the evening of December 2nd. We walked in and there was only one other person in the dining area with a staff member cleaning. We went to the counter and waited to get our order taken. After waiting for a few moments to get someone to even acknowledge us, one of the staff members behind the counter yelled at the women cleaning, who saw us come in, to come take our order. She slowly meandered to the counter disgruntled, where she very rudely took our order. Not listening to us and constantly interrupting. She was very rude to my mother; I was not impressed! Then later I remembered I wanted cheese on my chili, which I forgot to order unfortunately but money in hand (knowing it costs extra for cheese) went to the counter to ask if I could order cheese for my chili. When I got to the counter I waited as the same staff member who took our order earlier ignored me. When I finally got her attention she gave me some much unneeded attitude. Overall I was very dissatisfied and ultimately unimpressed. Plus, they didn't have crackers for our chili. read more

First I must say the staff were extremely nice and friendly. When I walked in I saw that the line was around 9 people deep but they worked through those customers in under three minutes. Very impressive!! After ordering I began looking around and it was a very busy wendys but it was very clean. When someone would leave the staff would immediately make sure the table was clean. Huge fan of Wendy's and this review has no issue with their food, it's all wonderful. Just this location has some irritations that need to be fixed. What happened to the ropes for people waiting to order? They got ripped out and now it's just a big cluster mess making it difficult to get napkins, utensils and refills in the back. That stupid Freestyle machine takes forever to drop in a few pieces of ice. People wait again behind slow pokes punching stupid buttons to pick which 100+ choice they want. By the time you get a seat you're irritated with waiting in line. The way the traffic route is designed driving a full loop around the building first so you can accidentally hit a family just trying to get from their car to a door. Dear "Tommy," I have never worked at a Wendy's, but if I did it wouldn't be this one. I just got home from Wendy's and while I was there I saw a girl ACCIDENTALLY (obviously) knock over a stack of cups. You then proceeded to yell and belittle her for making a tiny mistake in FRONT of about ten customers. Then the girl said "I'm sorry Tommy" in the sweetest, most innocent voice and you literally acted as if she didn't exist. Again, in front of customers. It almost made me tear up seeing the look on her face when you embarrassed her in front of so many people. I would have quit on the spot. That being said, the food was excellent. Wendy's itself gets 5 stars, "Tommy" gets none. read more
