I went there and ordered three sandwiches. We stopped in Bettendorf because we was out shopping and my boyfriend wanted to stop and get his mail. I ordered one sandwich with no cheese because my son has a milk allergy and all no mayo pulled around paid checked receipt. I was asked to pull forward as they was making it fresh. I get home (illinois) the food not fresh and all sandwiches cheese. I call and speak with 4he manager she is rude I explain I live in Illinois and I asked for a sandwich with no cheese no and my son cannot eat the sandwich she said u can drive it back to exchange i advised her I would not be driving back over there as that is a ride and she the said oh well then I cannot help you. Front cashier was doing fine. My coupon code which said $15 or higher meant $3 off my entire purchase. It would not go through and the older manger lady kept making excuses for reasons. Like have you already used it or was it not valid. I haven't been to Wendy's in a long while and this is why!! It's only $3 but don't make the customer feel stupid when it's y'all's computer acting up. McDonald's app is always accurate and if it's not they make it right instead of talking down towards their customers. read more

This place consistently underwhelms. Today at high noon the Coke and Dr. Pepper were both out. There were absolutely no napkins out. And when notified of this the soul-less worker said just give her minute and she get these things. We were there for 30 min. and nothing was done. Then they screwed up a simple chicken sandwich with lettuce only. If this were the first time service was terrible at this Wendy's I would let it go, but this kind of thing - especially messing up orders - is standard operation procedure. I don't know who owns or manages this Wendy's but they should probably just give up. About 8 months ago we went through here and had the worst service, the lady was rude and we said we were done there. This Wendy's actually became the butt of many a family joke. Tonight we decided to give them another shot. Pulled up to the drive thru and were told if we were ordering more than 1 meal we had to go inside. Don't confuse what I said. It wasn't more than 1 order, it was literally more than one meal. If you want 2 value meals you have to go inside, they won't take your order in the drive thru. If you can't fulfill your sole purpose "drive thru fast food" what are you here for? Across the street is a Culver's that can handle it. Also across the street is a Azteca Mexican restaurant and next to it is a Happy Joes Pizza, both which can provide you with better service and probably quicker if you are wanting to go in. This Wendy's gave itself a face lift at some point but it's just lipstick on a pig, same underlying issues: garbage service, and clearly poor management. read more

Went there last Sunday at 11am to get a large chili and a drink. Two cars in line before me. After ordering and waiting 20 minutes in line it's finally my turn at the window. Everyone is standing around then finally I see a kid start to stir the chili. The manager (moving slowly) sticks a probe in the chili to check the temp. The kid keeps stirring the chili. It's almost 30 minutes now that I have been waiting, and finally the kid (not the manager) comes to the window and says the chili isn't ready and asked if I wanted to wait. I said no thanks and left with a medium drink. They didn't even apologize. Don't waste your time like I did. This is not my first bad experience at this store. If you really want Wendy's try one of the other stores in the QCA. You will have to drive farther than you want, but you will have a better customer service experience! It had been awhile since I last visited this Wendy's location. I'm glad I returned! The older gal who waited on me, truly looked happy to be there. Great service! In no time I received my meal. Typical of most Wendy's, the food was awesome! Hot and fresh! I like the modern look to this store. Appealing to the eyes. Exceptionally clean too. Although this store is a little out of my way from where I live. I plan to come back within the near future. read more

Absolutely awful service. Couldn't hear the girl over the speaker so she decided to use the most rude tone and talk slow as if we were incompetent. Cfa would never let such rude tone come across especially to the public. However tone immediately changed while at window, I'm assuming due to the fact we can now see her. Super slow service, no communication between "teammates", confusion on fulfilling orders, errors in 7 out of 8 orders. This is the slowest fast food restaurant in the Quad Cities. The drive through takes on average 15 minutes and inside is worse. The place can be empty and they still take forever to prepare your order. The employees are frequently so involved in their conversations with each other that they ignore the customers. read more

Every single time I come to this Wendy's, there "is a wait on fries". This becomes very tiresome, when all I want to do is grab a quick bite to eat! As with so many Wendy's locations, the service here is pretty uneven, but the food is almost universally fantastic. There's no better fast food burger in town. And despite the way service typically goes, on this visit through the drive-through, as a friendly worker brought our food out to the car, she happily got us an additional drink when I requested a change in our order after the fact.
