my friends and i went to get taco bell and they had rudely told us the lobby was closed. we all respected that and proceeded to order and get out of the restaurant. Some of us were still waiting for our food and the workers were yelling at us to ger out. ( we were being quiet and respectful) then we had no where to eat so we just sat in our cars in the parking lot and a worker came out and yelled at us to get out of HIS parking lot bc we were "loitering" completely rude and inconsiderate of our business. read more

Not a bad Taco Bell. Usually very friendly service and hasn't ever taken a very long time to get my food, but I constantly run into the problem of it being impossible to predict if the lobby is open. I am aware that roughly 70% of their revenue comes from the DT and in-store may not be a priority, but it is very frustrating that they cannot keep their lobby open until the advertised time. The doors are always unlocked but then once I enter the building they tell me the lobby is closed. On top of that, there are kiosks in the store that essentially eliminate the need for any extra attention from the staff. It seems like this is simply driven by laziness of the workers because they have to put in no additional effort into an order that is placed inside v. Drive thru. I would not be surprised if the management was unaware of this trend because it seems to be contrary to what their posted hours are. read more

Just got off work and thought I wouldn't judge a book by it's cover and wow was I mistaken. I ordered three soft shell tacos and a beefy burrito and what I got was deplorable. They gave me hard shell tacos. I believe that is the worst possible crime anyone can commit. To make matters worse they don't know how to put lids on drinks and my Pepsi was flat. Sadly I've been here twice in the last week. Both times I asked for my tacos and chalupas plain and both times came with lettuce tomato and whatever else they decided to waste their time with. We were swinging through on our way back from IL and were hungry so we decided to hit the drive threw. To start off with, the lady that was taking orders was supper friendly and very helpful. She let us take our time and offered great suggestions. She was the same cheerful person when we pulled up to the window.
