It's run by a bunch of teens it seems. They always ask us to pull up to the door so their wait time tracker doesn't go over their scheduled time. Which is because it takes a great deal of time to get food, especially if you order more than 1 meal. It's also a coin flip if your food will be hot or room temp when you get it. Gamble at your own risk. It's sad to see franchises not take pride in the brand they represent. My family and I came after a long day at work and randomly stopped in for Wendy's before going home and it made our night. The manager's service and hospitality was exceptional. He was really kind to us and gave good recommendations like the ghost pepper ranch sauce. He was patient and caring with us. I ordered a Plain Jr bacon cheeseburger, 2 baconator fries and one other sandwich as well as a large chili at 9:40 pm of this day, only to get home and find out it was missing the JBC. I called up and told them about it. I wasn't even mad as I used to work over at this location a while back when Mel was still around and still know some of the people that still works there and was totally aware that mistakes can and will happen specially if busy, but as soon as I told them about the missing order over the phone they hanged up. I tried to dial them I few more times but no answer. I eventually came to the location and place another one. It was the MOD who's at the DT now and I told her how I wasn't trying to make a scene and how calmly I explained what happened and she just handed me the missing order like that could've been so much better if not for the part of being hanged up on. Uncalled for, very unprofessional and they were even peeking at the DT window giggling and laughing like they were very happy with the disrespect they did. I remember being interviewed by the owner I think his name and my name sounded a like not sure if it was Eron or something like Aaron but he's nice and I know he wouldn't want this kind of quality of service. Overall I wouldn't recommend going to this location between the hrs of 9pm until closing if you keep having these kids act like they can do whatever it'll be the cost of something that would directly affect your business. The food is just Wendy's, can't go wrong with that but the management of this branch is ridiculous. We could not dine in as this location was pick up only so 5 people in the car put in mobile orders to pick up in the drive thru. They would not allow us to pick up more than 1 mobile order at a time due to "that being the protocol". We had to drive around multiple times at 9pm with no other cars in the drive thru to pick up the orders one by one. There's always an issue with this particular Wendy's. There are times when I'm waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, other times they RUN OUT OF SODA and the manager hangs up on you when you want to know what happened, other times they randomly LOSE POWER and can't serve anyone...but either way ALWAYS some sort of an issue every time I go there. read more

This store is dirty and disgusting I will never recommend anyone eating at this location. I went here on 1/30/16 in the evening. After placing my order and pulling up to the drive thru I was told that it would take 10 minutes to get my food because they had to make it fresh. Well after waiting 10 minutes my food was brought out to me and I did not think to check it so I'm driving heading back to Jersey something said look at your sandwich to make sure that they made it correctly well long and behold I had three long pieces of black hair on it. Luckily I didn't eat it. Upon noticing I contacted Wendy's to be told i could either turn around or he could put my name on a list and if I am in the area again stop by and get a refund. On the way back from Philly, we needed someplace to eat quickly. Thankfully there was this Wendy's. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, Wendy's seems to change their menu quite frequently and haven't thought about the eating habits of some. Why not have a dressing that's like an oil and vinegar option like Italian when you're offering all of these weird dressing options like pomegranate vinaigrette, creamy red jalapeno, avocado ranch, and lemon garlic caesar. If I could only give 0 stars I would. My husband goes to Wendy's on street road, he ordered something and soon realized he wanted his order changed! The cashier grabbed her manager to void the order and the manager immediately said "(No he can't do that) so he's like why? And the cashier also asked her manager why as well. The manager tried to blame this on the COVID thing but what it really was she was racist. There was no one in the store and no food was even prepared yet. He simply just wanted to change his order. This is usually my favorite location to get food after I'm done working since I'm next door in the shopping center but last night I had a huge issue with my order. I order a large combo meal with a double s'wasome bacon cheese burger and thought my order was correct but when I got home I found out my fries where a medium my drink was a medium and my burger was a single I paid $11 for medium meal when that is a price for a large meal. The food was good but the cashier clearly was new the people in the back clearly didn't know how to read and I'm a regular there and usually my order doesn't get messed up and people know me by name there but that night it seem everyone was a new hire I didn't even see a single person I knew. Not good. Took about 90 seconds at drive-thru before anyone said anything. Slow. Got the single with cheese at Noon--thought it would be fresh and piping hot but not. Fries at a dollar for a large sounds like a good deal but these weren't worth it. Some burned others tasteless. Seems like with Wendy's it's a hit and miss proposition anymore. I have to start by saying I love Wendy's normally, it's one of my favorite late night, fast food spots. I have gone literally dozens of times to different locations and overall the product and value for what you pay is great. It's still fast food, but definitely a little higher quality. This particular location has disappointed now basically every time I have gone which is a few times and at different times. The first time was a bit before midnight and I work overnights down the street, so I decided to grab some food for coworkers and myself on the way in since I was about 10 mins earlier than I needed. They asked me to pull forward past the last window because they had to make something or other. I thought maybe it was a fluke, and the long wait could happen once. I ended up almost being late to work. I went another day earlier around 8 or so and they told me they ran out of fries and to back into a spot and they would flag me down when ready. Two cars behind me also had to pull over. I wasn't in a rush but it was an additional 7 minutes or so from me paying at the window that it took to get my food. There was one other time I ordered a jr cheeseburger deluxe and they gave me a jr bacon cheeseburger, not major. Overall the food is still Wendy's, but typically when you go to order fast food you want it fast, or you would go somewhere else, and this location just doesn't seem to have that part quite ironed out. There is an excellent mcdonalds across the street with some of the most friendly workers so I tend to go there instead. read more
