I asked her for a receipt and after fiddling with system for a few minutes she could not do it and asked the gentleman working with her to help. He also fiddled with it for a few minutes and very rudely asked me, "Why do we have to do this?". I explained why I needed a receipt and that the cashier closed out the transaction before I could input my email and he responded with a very hostile, "That's not likely". Shrugging it off, i helped a few other of the kids in our group put their order, make sure to remind her each time to give me time to input my email. Despite their rudeness, I left a 20% tip on each transaction. They continued to treat me rudely as the food was delivered and randomly gave the kids food from the different orders every time one of the buzzers went off. It was interesting that when my white husband went back to ask for more ketchup they were both extremely friendly and pleasant with him. Terrible, rude service aside, the food was also below average. I would absolutely not recommend the onion rings - at $8 they were comically thin and came with about 6 in the order. The burgers were dry, messy and the buns were hard and stale. The oreo shakes were milky and not fully blended with huge chunks of cookies (like the size of a quarter oreo) at the bottom that you had to try to fish out with the straw. I want the $50 in tips that I gave them back! How on earth do places like this still stay in business?! We would have gotten a better quality meal at any of the big fast food joints. Makes it hard to try to support local businesses in Redmond.

When my husband told the guy helping us (manager maybe, if not he should be!) the reason we came in, his eyes lit up and he asked with a confident nod "You a J-Dub?" ... and then honored him with THE one and only J-Dub family membership. Sadly, the owner wasn't in for a JD brotherly send off, but we'll definitely be back when we're in the area. Fellow J-Dubs unite and give this place some love. Even if you're not, it's still a fun place to visit. The hazel nut coffee is a must try!

!! Wow, This is place is ridiculous... young black girl that works in there is so sensitive, I saw her cry becuase she couldn't put an order down correctly. She proceeds to make the customer feel bad because he just wanted his order in and tells the customer to leave the building... finally a manager comes and puts in the simple order the guy had and leaves! There was NO WAY I would want to come back during the time that the black young girl is working in there. Never have I seen such sensitivity at a job. If Wendy's is going to hire people who make others feel "uncomfortable" and don't wanna come back because there employees are crying then who would ever want to interact with people who work here at this Wendy's. read more
