All I wanted was a quick burger to take out, and I never got to even order. Sunday night at 7 PM shouldn't be peak dining time, but the drive thru line was 10 cars long. So in to the lobby I went, and waited in line inside rather than out. I waited, and waited, then waited a little more. After 5 minutes without getting closer to the register, I gave up. This Wendy's was not the only one which not even messed up my order, but they completely forgot to put the main item in my order. I trusted them and didn't check my order before leaving the drive through. When I was already long gone and opened my bag I saw that the chicken go wrap from the 4for4 menu was not even in there. Nice scam. On top of that I had to wait around 10 minutes for my order. You are going to get a kick out of it when I'm going to tell you that I was the only car there at 2am and just ordered a 4for4. I have been to this location maybe 10 times in the past few years and every time I go through the drive through the order is wrong. No fries, no salad dressing with salad, no fork, and the last straw was at the bottom of my chili bowl it was about a 6in piece of paper. Avoid!! read more

So I wasn't going to write a review but I feel like you need to know. There's a gentleman who works the drive-through seems like a younger guy with dark hair. He never smiles he's completely unprofessional never says thank you and literally looks to me like he wants to kill me. Every time I come there lately the food and service have been horrible. I tried to give someone a call today after my salad was completely wilted and the lettuce felt like somebody poured water all over, no one answered. I would've liked to have spoken to someone individually but considering I've tried to call numerous times....I'm also in the food and hospitality business. I'm letting you know now if this keeps going the way its going you're going to lose a lot of business! $10 down the drain, and I'm on my "lunch break " and don't have time to go somewhere else. Ah come on y'all. For a couple weeks after the renovation every thing AMAZING. Where'd those employees go? Now the people taking the orders aren't friendly. The people at the window don't even greet you. They take your money and hand you your food without asking if you need anything else. The orders are wrong. Things went right back to how they were before the renovations. Line is always to the front of the restaurant. Hopefully everything can be fixed again soon read more

Don't know what's going on, but I've been sitting in the drive thru over 20 mins !!!! Ridiculous

If I could leave negative stars, I would. The line of cars waiting in the drive through line was wrapped around the place but no one was in line inside so I ran inside to order thinking it would be faster. I walked into a trashed restaurant and employees arguing over who was working harder and who was the busiest the night before. The kid working the cashier rang me up without even turning his head around from arguing. Two employees decided to fight over sandwiches which turned into "make the sandwich, sandwich maker!" The soda machines were broken but there was no way to ask for them to fix it because they were too busy arguing. I waited 30 minutes for a burger and fries. I watched 4 people walk in, wait to be noticed and after 5 minutes of being ignored, left. I would have left too if I didn't already pay. I watched my sandwich being made wrong and then try to fix it, not by remaking it, but wiping off stuff that wasn't supposed to be on it...the fries were cold, and i couldn't eat the burger. I need a 8 dollar refund. read more

I have been to this Wendys many times in the past and usually have a pleasant experience. on 09/05/16, I visited at 5pm and only wanted an order of nuggets for my daughter..something quick on the way to soccer practice because she hadn't eaten in hours.. The drive thru line was back up around the building so I had her run in. 10 minutes later she still isn't out. They aren't busy inside..maybe 15 people inside, I see more workers behind the counter than patrons, yet nothing is moving. I see nuggets ready in racks ready to go into bags...and we are still sitting..waiting and another patron ahead of us was waiting as well. We were in a hurry and I had to ask for my money back and leave w/o our order of nuggets...angrily I might add. No organization, no urgency. I hate to see what's its like when they are actually busy. read more

just wanting to let the public know a few things about this place i have not had a worse experience in my life. so i go up to the speaker to order my food and the same girl like always messes my order up she was there tonight. i order a 4 for 4 meal so i tell her what i want and she ask me what kind. i said excuses me what do you mean WHAT KIND she didn't specify what kind of anything she just asked me what kind. This girl had me so confused for a minute so i kept asking her what does she mean by that and she didn't answer me she acted like she didn't care and was lazy so then after she said WHAT KIND i said finally figured out what she was talking about so then she asked me WHAT NUGGETS so i simply replied the regular ones i get from here like always i didn't know they had a different kind. So she said that about two or more times tonight so then she finally ask me what kind of sauce for my nuggets and that was what she was saying but saying it in a lazy way. so then i get up to the window after i was done at the microphone she is standing there with her hands around her face and not wearing proper gloves handling peoples food and also she was doing hand shakes with the gentleman in the window there. After all i got my order so i took the lid off my cup and took a sip of my drink that i order and it was sweet tea NOT Coca-Cola like i told the girl at the speaker apparently she didn't hear me or just didn't care. The Only time i have had any good customer service and i want to thank this gentleman here by the name of CHRIS he is one of the best workers there that has been here for the longest time sense i have came through this drive thru i havent had not one complaint about chris he is awsome so next time i go through here i hope to see this gentleman again very best at the window with orders customer services and also he is genially a great person.
