I usually go to the Wendy's on Bloomfield Ave, but sometimes they put spicy nuggies in the same vat as regular and some of the spice transfers over... So my wife had me try this one. I ordered my FiL a double, large fry, large chili, and 10 piece nuggies, and it was like $18. I then ordered my 50 piece nuggies and they charged me for 5 10 pieces! $20+ for something that is 11.99 at Bloomfield... The guy said the largest that they sell is the 10 piece, I said I want the party pack, it comes with 50. He said Wendy's never sold a party pack. I left at this point and went to my normal Wendy's and instead of my FiL's meal being $18, it was $14... Staff is lazy, and slightly rude. This Wendy's was recently renovated and located in what could be perceived as a prime location (close to the nearby hospital). However, this location has a double drive thru that can be very problematic. It shares a parking lot with a farmers market and a gym. Service is slower than your average drive thru. I recommend parking and going inside... much faster. read more

For at least four years its been like this, at peak hours, he is incapable of statistically anticipating that he will need to prepare X amount of patties and french fries (arguably the easiest thing in the world to prepare) and scale up his workforce to live up to the name of FAST FOOD. He's just incapable or unwilling. It would also mean running the risk of wasting money by preparing food for a rush that "MAY" never come, so its more of a spineless aversion to risk which is backfiring because he's alienated a customer in me (and many others, I promise you). And you, YES YOU, keep going there, paying $13 for "never frozen beef" (eye-roll) and patronizing this sub-par attempt of service. They handle about 1 car every 5 minutes. My favorite Wendy's location because...well it's 3 minutes from my place! They're open late for those midnight cravings and the drive-thru is fairly fast. I've never had any complaints when I come here but then again there's nothing much to complain about when it comes to fast food. Burgers are always done right, spicy chicken nuggets have a nice kick, and that freakin Frosty of theirs is criminal. Oh and don't get me started on the Baconator and Baconator Fries. This is the best and cleanest wendys i ever visited in Nyc so far being from canada I wasnt familiar with the menu and my english wasnt that good but lucky for me the store manager Shaquan spoke french... when i walked in everyone greeted me and i felt welcomed I had a $93 order which manager had no problem repeating back to me after he went to the kitchen and quickly prepared my food while taking a drive thru order with little to no stress in under 5 mins which I was impressed by food was very hot and tasty the workers checked on me and made sure I recieved everything I ordered which I did and he also carryed my food to my car for me.
