I worked in the area for a bit at a job that made me hate myself, so I was willing to eat this crap. I give them a 4 rating compared to other McDonalds but I'm not saying they get a 4 overall if that makes sense. It's your typical McDonalds, cheap food with no nutritional value. You probably hate it, but your kids probably love it & you never should have taken them there in the first place. I don't know if you can really say the burgers are made from beef & I ate the nuggets after seeing the video of how they are made with that pink goo. There's usually a couple senior citizens hanging out drinking coffee that may stare at you, but mean no harm. The easiest and fastest option to make sure they get your order correct is to order through the McDonald's app y'all! I promise. There's so many deals on there. Park in the lot and mark everything you want, you can even put how many sauces you want in the app and it all shows up on their screen. Everytime I've done that my order is correct & includes sauce. Just tell them your order number at the drive thru. By the time you wait in line it's warm and ready. The woman at this drive thru was really nice and double checked we had everything. read more

Update: Ok I'm knocking off a star. They got my coffee wrong again. I asked for coffee with extra cream. I picked it up in the window and asked the girl if there was sugar in it. If you order here please check your order! It's not the first time they don't complete an order, they forget to add part of the order in the bag. I know I'm not the only one but Every time I come here I watch other people complain that part of their order is missing. The staff are nice but it seems they don't read the order right. Well from looking at the reviews. I have an obligation to give props to how they handled the rush while I was here today. The manager was calling for food..And in a motivational way. Got the crew on the ball. And surprisingly every one knew their roles and what to do. And in no time the inside crowd was sitting and eating and the drive-thru was empty. Service is horrible . Workers are rude they do not know what they are doing. Workers did not say the drive thru was closing because they had not enough workers. They were only taking orders through one drive thru and not two. I waited ten minutes and had to get off drive thru and go inside. The order machine was all messed up inside as well. The workers did nothing to compensate my time. If the manger did not care. I was there for 30 minutes to wait for my order which should have been ten minutes. This McDonalds has poor management skills. They had a line of cars around the whole restaurant waiting to get their orders taken. We waited in line a little over a half hour until they turned the outside lights off. They did not inform anyone in line that they were closing despite them being a McDonalds open 24 hours. The McDonald's in Newark hasn't gotten my order correct once. Leaving a large portion of the order not being delivered. I've at least found in Belleville that even though the food quality might leave something to be desired, they at least show up with what you've ordered. read more
