Yes! 4 stars for this Wendy's. I stopped in to check out the 4 for $4.00 special. I ordered the double stack with fries, chicken strips and a Coca-Cola. Those 4 items were served hot and very tasty. Can't beat the 4 for $4.00 special. The staff are focused and people oriented. Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager, Foley as he did to every single person he waited on. He is positive and very upbeat focusing on customer care. This store will increase sales with Foley as manager. If you need a good value for a quick and sustainable meal, check out the Wendy's on Highland and Airline. Ask for Foley. And oh, one more thing. The drive thru lady was very rude when ordering. After I was sent to park in the front to get fresh food (what I was told) waiting 15minutes... the food came out cold and wrong. Which I didn't catch until I made it home. And at that point I didn't even care about trying to return it. Will never go back to this location. All around terrible experience. PLEASE get rid of the scale for weighing DoorDash orders!!!! It is ridiculously sensitive and I don't have time to stand around and wait while an employee tries to balance different objects on the scale to get the exact right weight. It's not the worker's fault but it's TOO LONG to wait. I had time to stand around, get angry, type this post and I'm STILL waiting for the scale to work. This was the worst fast-food restaurant that I have ever been to (we have been to hundreds of fast-food restaurants because we have 6 kids). The service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!! (we would have rated this with 0 stars if that option existed). The drive thru order taker indicated that the store was closed when it was still open (the lights on the order menu do not work). We pulled up to the pickup window and the attendant then told us to drive around and redo our order despite the fact that she acknowledged giving us the wrong information (this would have meant waiting another 20-30 minutes). When we politely asked for a manager, she simply closed the drive thru window and all the attendants got together and laughed at us. They were ridiculously rude, insensitive and unprofessional. Worst of all, our three young kids witnessed this childish behavior, and I had to do my best as a father to explain to them that this is NOT how you treat a fellow human being. AS PREVIOUSLY STATED, AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS! WITH CUTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS, WHO KNOWS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. Unbelievable how slow this location is. We pulled up on a Sunday evening at 7pm... there were only 2 cars ahead of us in but we waited 20 minutes for our food. Neither car in front of us got particular big bags, so its not as if there was a huge order backing things up. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this location unless you like waiting. read more

Horrible service at 7 pm weeknight. Monkeys could run this store better. Wrong burger, no napkins, employee said they are out of ketchup and chili seasoning and the fries are old and cold stale crap. I can't even chew them. $12.45 for this junk. Didn't even give me a receipt. And no apology for the super long wait and no condiments. No more giving your company any more of my money. Ehhh, extremely slow service. It can't really even qualify as fast food anymore. Customer service is also not even close to being mediocre. My family and I came through the drive through, didn't order too much and were told to pull around and they would bring our food out. We did. We waited almost 20 minutes and still no food. So my husband walked in and there were only 3 workers, just standing around talking. After about 5-6 minutes they finally gave us our food. I only gave 4 stars because the food was delicious. I have always loved Wendy's chicken nuggets and my favorite thing is the strawberry lemonade. I just hope that maybe they will hire more people soon! read more

Quite possibly the worst Wendy's in existence. Staff is consistently rude and headstrong, food is consistently subpar to horrible quality. I've given them several tries, and I'm sick of being told to pull around to the parking lot to wait for food that obviously wasn't fresh and probably wasn't fresh six hours prior. Staff will actively argue if you attempt to get them to correct simple mistakes that a small child wouldn't screw up. If you want a dry burger served to you by somebody with a shitty attitude, this is the place to go. read more

I honestly always have a problem every time I come to this Wendy's specifically and to be honest, it's on me for even going back thinking it'll just get better. I've been many times and have gotten ignored at the speaker. I mean just waiting for well over 5-10 minutes to place an order, IN BROAD DAYLIGHT, and it's even happened a few hours before closing once as well. Not even being dramatic, Half my visits to this one as ended up with me driving off because no one comes to take my order. Then when I do get my order taken, it's never right. I find myself having to repeat it 2-3 times, to multiple different people, just to get rushed to hurry up and finish and I'll find I either get charged for something extra that I didn't ask for, or I'll be missing items. Tonight specifically was the last straw. I ordered an item that I wasn't aware wasn't available, and so I get handed my food, missing that item, and I'm left waiting at the window for a few minutes until finally the worker opens the window and tells me the item isn't available, after I have to ask her about it. I told her that was something she should've told me (not to be rude but that's what you're supposed to do) and just looks at me like "okay." Rudely at that. I've worked in fast food. Yes, it really sucks, but it's literally common sense and it's an easy job. You literally have to go out your way to be rude. Will be calling corporate. read more
