What time are the front doors supposed to be locked in the evening? I wouldn't think 45min before the listed closing time. Tasty but if people are being served in drive through FOURTY FIVE minutes before close when multiple staff members are clearly still in building. Saw them as I felt I was pushed to leave and did. I wanted to eat a hot fresh burger inside. If the dining area had already been cleaned, honestly, how long would it have taken to wipe down one table. I will satisfy my burger cravings somewhere else after this recent experience. To many places open these days to remain loyal after not being able to be served. read more

Went for just a shake and fries in the drive through. Not sure what's going on with this particular location but customer service isn't their thing. No smiles, no hello, no thanks you. Just absolutely no words at all. The shake is usually a good idea but not today. Barely mixed and the chocolate was somehow sour? Even the fries had a weird flavor. Threw away most of both and decided that was my last time here. read more

Atomic Burger - Burgers Near Me - Prairieville, Louisiana

My favorite shakes in Prairieville!!! The Nutella Marshmallow is the BEST! They seem pricey at first.....$6.49 a shake. But they are so worth the price. Try it out! If shakes aren't your thing....try the Nashville mild chicken slider. Yum! read more

I love this place and I've been coming here often since it's right by my office. I'm really surprised by these reviews. The food is really really good, and i love that I can do lettuce wrap and a side of edamame. The green pepper burger is my fav ! The mushroom one is my second favorite, followed by the fried chicken slider. I love how you can do sliders or full size burgers. They're always friendly and never take that long. Sweet tea is awesome :) read more

Love this newest addition to Prairieville !! Their atomic burger is absolutely delicious!! I've had them both in the burger and slider options, and it never disappoints ! The cookies n crème milkshake is superior to any others of its kind (a very close match to the Five Guys milkshakes) . Every time I've come here the staff has been very friendly and efficient with getting food out timely and made with care . This location will be our new frequent stop for a quick delicious bite ! read more

Service was horrific. Place had no customers inside or drive thru and still asked to wait then employee disappeared never to be seen again. Never will step foot in that location ever again. Being empty was a sign that I told the wife this doesn't look good and they didn't disappoint. read more

burgers are always fresh, never had any issues. However, if there are alot of people the wait time might be longer, but the employees have always been wonderful and never gave any rude comments or remarks only happy and polite. the only weak point i would give would be their hotdogs, however the burgers and shakes are fantastic! the inside has an older retro theme, and the smell of fresh food being made, i would recommend this to anyone looking to get away from the normal stuff. read more

This is the newest location. I went in because this location was new. The bathrooms were both horrible. From what I remembered. At a different location the chocolate banana milkshake was made differently. The burger quality was ok....Veterans (Metairie) and the Burbank locations was better. I was turned off by the P-Ville location. The workers were not peppy. On top of that the ice machine didn't have any ice. read more

Shakes are good, fries are good, burgers aren't bad...chili dogs in the other hand, not so sure. I can't imagine working there, looking at this before sending it out the door and thinking to myself "This definitely looks safe for human consumption. Our CEO would be so proud of us. I think I'll bring my kid one of these!" read more

Atomic Burger - I think it's a chili dog?!? - Burgers Near Me - Prairieville, Louisiana

This is my new favorite fast food burger. For a meal under 20$ you can't beat it. The burger actually tastes like they put some seasoning on them, other than salt and pepper. It's almost like a smash burger but a little thicker in my opinion. The food always comes out fresh and hot. I haven't checked out the inside yet. I'll have to go in next time. But for now the drive through is fast and the food is good. That's all you can ask for sometime on lunch. read more

Atomic Burger is one of our go-to burger places! It has become a staple for my family, especially since my son is a picky eater - he can't get enough of their burgers and shakes. We also love that they offer sliders with the option to mix and match, whether in a duo or trio, allowing us to savor the diverse range of flavors they offer. As far as sides go, their fries can be paired with unique dips like truffle mayo or roasted garlic aioli (my 2 faves). Despite the bustling drive-thru, the efficient service ensures that the wait is always manageable. Atomic Burger truly delivers an unforgettable dining experience for the whole family. read more

We got there and the door was locked, another customer inside opened it for me. They were out of almost everything according to the kiosk, and for a good few minutes not a single employee could be spotted... then, we finally get our food, and the employee TURNS THE LIGHTS OUT!!! And tells the next customer that comes to the door that they are closed.. this was 2pm on a Saturday. What is going on?? Edit: The only employee LEFT while we were eating poor guy. read more

I ordered "an Atomic burger with just ketchup, lettuce and pickles" and the burger came with ketchup, pickles, and mayo. The lady at the drive through was nice, but I can't eat now because I'm allergic to mayo. Also ordered two fries but only got one, not sure what happened there. read more

Disappointing, place is dead, not a single person inside or in the drive thru, and I am told that they can't take precautions to prevent me from having a deathly allergic reaction. It's not that hard to take precautions for cross contamination. But whatever.. I won't be back. I don't see this place lasting long. read more

Hands down THE BEST fast food burger in town! I was craving a burger and was in the area. I didn't feel like going to Five Guys so I gave this place a try. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by the kindest lady who took my order. Service was fast and the mushroom Swiss burger was extremely hot and fresh. The caramelized onions were to die for! The fries were fresh, hot and had the perfect amount of salt. I dipped my burger and fries in the truffle mayo and it was a match made in heaven! I'll be here weekly! Amazing! I'll take pics next time, I devoured everything! read more

The food is on the expensive side but worth it based on how great it is. We live close by and like it so much we get it monthly. The last 3 times I've been here, despite not having a line, there's always a 2-10 minute wait to order, then another 10-20 mins to get food. The employees seem sad, unhappy, and lethargic. TLDR; Great Food, Bad Service. read more

Burgers and shakes are good! I would eat here more often if the burgers weren't so expensive compared to other burger places nearby. I only used the drive through, but service was quick. read more

The place is good but expensive burgers are pretty good though, but they do go a little high on the salt services is OK. The area is clean and new. read more

The burger was so greasy. I mean greasy to the gross point that it tastes like an oil sandwich. I will say, the fries are very good. They seem fresher cut than most. Like a home made fresh. I would go through the drive through for the fries. I will say this os when they first opened so they may have it worked out better now. Not sure. read more

The burger wasn't wrapped and thrown in the paper bag. The bread was soggy and the veggies were not good. I actually feel sick. I will not go here again. And to top it off, I was in line 27 minutes behind 5 cars. read more

The food was awful and expensive. Even their drinks are not worth the price. I will not be eating here again!!!
