Not a single worker there can do anything right and it takes a lot for me to say this! I waited 20 minutes to get a (bacon burger and 8 chicken fries) they give me a burger with not bacon lettuce or anything on it. Second they give me 5 chicken fries like that's even a selection on the menu ! I was robbed by this store ! I will never give this place any business again! I was eating a late lunch with my friend we ordered combos but were told they were out of fries and onion rings. So we just ordered burgers. A lady behind us placed her order with a large fry and was not told there's none. I sat down and ate her order was brought out with fries! Then we could hear drive through take combo orders with fries and onion rings and they were served. We left laughing not going back here! These are the types of employees that ruin a good company! If you are a white male or policeman you are wasting your money! The manager was sitting in the dining area when we came in then got up and headed to his office. This is the only Burger King I have ever been to that runs out of the main items. I went here a few years ago in the morning for breakfast and they were out of biscuits. Most recently I drove through to order two whoppers and they said they were out of whoppers. I replied, is this Burger King? They said yes, and proceed to say the broiler was broken and they only had the small burgers as they had prepared them before the broiler broke. Here's what I think: they took down the broiler prematurely to clean it as is the case before closing but didn't pre cook enough whopper burgers to accommodate orders. The broiler is to be cleaned after hours not during. I know how it works because I worked at a fast food burger place that used flame broilers. read more

At the rate I see BK's closing around this state you'd think this company would pull their corporate heads outa their asses and figure out how to run a fast food franchise...Sadly, they must like the view they have!! If I'm gonna be bad BK has always been at the bottom of my list but every once in a while I get a hankering for what's on their menu and today it was the Original Chicken Sandwich...The drive thru service was actually quick on my order!! However, the sandwich was subpar...it was cold, the lettuce was not fresh or even near fresh, they were tight with the mayo and the bun was stale...After taking a bite I put the sandwich in the oven for about 3 minutes, slapped some Blue Plate on the warm bun and VOILÁ I had a tasty sandwich like you could get from BK 20 years ago when they still gave a shit!! Really these days the only redeeming quality BK has is their spicy sauce they give you when you order Onion Rings...reminds me of the Fry Sauce a burger joint in Sheridan, WY called Arctic Circle gave you instead of ketchup...stuff was addictive... Really hate to see BK falling into apathy but if the corporate honchos are idiots and don't know how to rally the troops then the Law of the Jungle is harsh!! read more

This place is absolutely terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. I can't believe that this place is still in business. I would think it would be losing money every month. It's super slow, super dirty. The parking lot always looks like it needs to be swept. The employees are never overly friendly. The drive-through line is usually empty but it still takes forever to get a meal. I like Burger King but I never go to this one which is right by my house; instead I go to the McDonald's across the street even though I like McDonald's less. read more

When I pulled up to the drive-trough speaker to order, no one said anything. I said "Hello?" a few times and waited a few minutes. When I drove up to the window and alerted the employee that the speaker wasn't working, she said "Oh I turned that off. I was stressin'." I kid you not. I usually try to avoid this particular Burger King, but my kids really wanted go to one and this one was close by. The dining room was kind of dirty. I ordered the A1 bacon mozzarella burger. It looked like someone stepped on it, it was so squished. When I opened it, it was laughable how much bacon they put on it. One half slice. I brought it back to the front because that was ridiculous. It took them forever to make another one. While we were eating, the employees came out in the dining room to socialize with each other and loudly talk on their phones. We were made to feel like we were intruding on their free time by being there and they were using language I really don't want my kids hearing. read more

This is the worst Burger King. They will only take an order at the drive in once the car that ordered in front of you leaves. You will wait 15-20 minutes to place an order. This had been going on for years here and management doesn't care. Order are wrong which means of you don't check your food your screwed. The registers are always down late night. Apparently you can't order a chicken sandwich of the broilers are down for cleaning because that effects the fryers? I wish they would fix this place. Go to the Gonzales location you will save time and get better service. read more

How do you rate a fast food joint that is the same as every one of its kind? This location has fairly friendly staff, seems to be always clean. While I'm not crazy about their fries (BK in general) I've found their whopper no cheese (this location's) to be better tasting than most BK's. I am disappointed they stop serving the Chili... was a great value. The road leaving the drivethrough needs some work, as the road has some pretty big potholes.
