Be sure to triple check your order if going through the drive thru, but when they get it right it tastes exactly like it should. No complaints with the food quality read more

they take forever and have horrible customer service this place sucks. worker rude!!!!!!!!!Zamire is the only good worker that actually wants to speed things. read more

The food is barely passable, but the service is horrible. The staff acts like they're partying in the back--loud, cussing, and completely disrespectful. You can hear it all from the lobby. No one ever comes to the front register, so people order on the kiosk, stand around waiting, then leave because they never get helped. Refills? Don't count on it. read more

asked for a pup cup, and the girl handing me my food straight up said, "no" while rubbing her eyes, no customer service and honestly it was pretty rude. my initial thought was she has to be joking. nope. read more

I wish I could rate this one star. The customer service was terrible, everyone had an attitude, they didn't even speak at the window he just threw the food at me and was looking stupid. Thats just the beginning of the problem. I told them my order like five times cause the girl act like she was too slow to understand "chicken nuggets and fries" and then she wanna give me the wrong mf sauce. Like what's up with yall. Im already knowing they have roaches and is nasty as can be. I just wish them the best in their life cause it seems like there's a huge black cloud around the environment and ik minimum wage barely cutting it for their lazy ass life. Thank you. read more

Was in drive through line for 20 minuted. When we pulled up to the window the people working started arguing and left the window. We left without our food. read more

Don't go here. Terrible service. We were second in line and waited 20 minutes for the guy ahead us to get his order. Pull him forward!!!' We get our food and it is cold. We send it back and they ask us to pull forward. I sat right there and waited. How come I have to wait for fresh food when the fools ahead of us sat there for 20 Minutes waiting on his food. You pull people forward so others can get their food which is already ready for them. Come on!!! If I could give them NO stars I would!!! read more

Agree -1* is best. Musty coke smelling machine with no ice! People work here?? I think they just put on a uniform. Avoid this stop! read more

McDonald's - Believe me better to see this place in the rearview!!! - Burgers Near Me - Geismar, Louisiana

First time going inside this McDonald's and it smelled. Awful. The front cashier has terrible customer service. Took almost 20 minutes for a number 7. She gave me a large fry. They were wimpy bc she pulled them early. I didn't order that. I won't be back. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too! We waited in the line for over 40 minutes because we had paid online and they ignored us. After we had waited and got our food it was cold. read more

gave me a small smoothie and isn't even filled up all the way i didn't like the service here !

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Rude staff, unorganized, doesn't have several menu items, and on top of it all, we were hassled for bringing in our service dog who was clearly marked as one and is 100% a service animal. I tried one other time and had a terrible experience. Should have learned my lesson the first time I guess. Worst excuse for a McDonald's. read more

If you order their vanilla iced coffee, just know that 80% of the time, they don't add the caramel or even the creamer. I place all my orders online and 8/10 of the coffees I've had this month have been caramel-free and creamer-free. I even go the extra step of customizing it in the app and adding two pumps of caramel. Still no caramel. One time I didn't even get ice. And before I get told that they were busy, no. There was one person in the drive through and no other orders on the screen. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuits are unbeatable though. read more

The most understaffed and dirty McDonald's I've ever seen. The person running the register told me $4.25 for my two hamburgers, and tea, The register said $3.25 and when I questioned him he told me he wasn't charging me on the ticket for the drink. And so after that another person working the front line literally took fries out of someone's box that was going out the window and ate them. The lobby was trash, and they have out of order signs on the restrooms even though they're clearly in use and disgusting. McDonald's never very good but this is the worst one I've ever been in, And I have been all across the country. read more

Gross! I was totally disgusted with the service. Zero customer service from any of the employees. Not one of the people at the drive through had on a mask. They were too busy talking and laughing together to get anyone's order correctly. Will not be back! read more

AVOID. Period. We came to grab breakfast & they didn't give us half our order. They asked to see our receipt , but couldn't get the order right? When we told them they didn't seem to want to help either. Being from out of state, we thought southern hospitality would have been met even a little. We didn't experience that at all. And yes, know this is a McDonald's, but southern hospitality should always be practiced in the service industry. read more

So many bad things. Someone took a bite out of my kids nugget. We got an expired parfait. The fries I'm pretty sure were cooked yesterday. And all the drinks are hot. This place is disgusting. read more

McDonald's - fried chicken in a box - Burgers Near Me - Geismar, Louisiana

Just avoid this McDonald's. Despite being conveniently off the Interstate it's the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to.

This place is right down from where I'm living and since I've been down south I've really been trying to break my kids of their fast food dependence. While, overall, that's been successful the one thing they have stubbornly clung to is Sunday morning breakfast!! So I indulge them...this location is connected to a Mobile gas station and I've never set foot inside it...drive thru all the way. It has always moved quickly and efficiently and they have always got the orders right. So they get 3 stars! read more

Some things you just have to keep trying to remind yourself why you don't! LOL. We are not a fast food family, let alone not McDonald's. But today I needed something to hold my five-year-old over through Girl Scouts until we got home. I went to McDonald's with the intention on getting the grilled chicken wraps, apple slices, apple juice, and a couple of go-gurts. Of course it was pouring down rain outside and so I was hesitant to roll my window down knowing that they wait to place your order can sometimes be lengthy. I continued cracking my window to check and see if they were asking for my order or not... Turns out their notification system was off and I actually had to drive up to the first window to place my order. By then I have been talked into getting the kids chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices and apple juice, as well as a milkshake. I placed my order, by pieces. The attendant kept trying to give me my total before I was done, but I was positive it was done correctly by the time I pulled up to the window to receive my items. I was wrong. I got a kids hamburger with french fries and a sprite. I don't know who it was for because there was nobody in front of me in line. It took quite a while to finally get all of my order correct. Eventually I did get everything I paid for plus an extra go-gurt so there you go. I did have to ask several times for straws and napkins and honey to dip it in. It's disappointing because with the McDonald's on every corner it should be a very easy and pleasant experience but unfortunately that has not been the case. read more

McDonald's - the menus of a fast food restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Geismar, Louisiana

I tried to go to get a meal at 10:30 at night, 30 mins before close, and they say that they are closed and would not take orders.

Go to a different one if possible... That's all. Don't personally like attacking businesses because not everyday can be a great day. HOWEVER, i've been here multiple times ONLY because I wanted to give it a few chances as it is the closest to my home and also I'm a delivery driver for door dash and I get orders from here. read more

It smells really bad when you first walk in. I ordered a caramel frappe and she gave me a coke at the window and said have a nice night quickly. I went inside and it wasn't a big deal. This place shouldn't be open. The drive thru attendant's tone of voice makes you not want to purchase a straw let alone food. The latte machine is broken. So I order orange juice. The machine was out. Waited 5 minutes foR a hot cup of oj. Pathetic. read more

Dirty. Bathrooms yuck. WiFi does not work. Gas station expensive. No squeegee for window washing.

Horrible place to eat. I wrote to the health board about my experience there and no one contacted me back. Food is handled by staff there without gloves and they keep that place In horrible condition. FILTHY!! Do not eat here or you will get food poison. And for the manager or upper staff not to email you back- shows they don't care for your experience. read more

Ok so I don't see why everyone is complaining about this McDonald's I go here quite often considering I have been going to dutchtown high for the past 4 years and it's allways a quick and easy stop for me. Maybe it's bc I go there often enough to where they know me or maybe it's bc everyone just over reacts or maybe bc ppl only write yelp reviews when something bad happens! The staff at this McDonald's is extremely friendly, I've never had a bad experience here. People are always so quick to say the restaurant should be shut down bc they had one bad experience if u could even call it that. Ok they messed up your order... r u gonna die? These ppl r trying to support themselves and knowing these ppl I can say they are truly good kind and genuine ppl! read more

If you can drive to another McDonald's, do it. I confess we are McDonald's regulars, and recognize the nuances of a well-run establishment with at least some employees that care. It is reflected in the food, service, cleanliness, etc. read more

Would give this McDonald's zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service and waited almost an hour to get my food. McDonald's should be ashamed of this location and the fools that run it. No one ever came to the window for me to even request my money back TERRIBLE !!! read more
