Zaxbys - This Cobb salad was delicious at Zaxby - Chicken Wings Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Excellent food in a clean atmosphere. Salad was fresh, tenders were tasty. Zax sauce was on point. Not crowded at lunch on Friday. Not sure why. read more

I'm a fan of Zaxby's and this location is included. The service is always friendly, but they tend to be absent minded about sauces. They either forget the sauces all together or they give you the wrong kind. Other than that, seems like my food has always been prepared to order and I love that they are the only place I know of that actually charges you less for a meatless salad. read more

The food was so good but there was little employees working, so food and service may take longer than other fast food places.

Wish I could give it a 0 star rating. What's the point of a mobile app order if they are going to tell us to park and us have to wait another 45 min for our food. Now it's cold read more

I usually love Zaxby's and go to the other locations a lot. However, this one is not spot on. The tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. I also paid for sauces I did not get. The fries and Cole slaw were good, but the tenders were lacking size. read more

This is an okay fast food restaurant. I have had just chicken fingers before but didn't like it much. I did get the kicken chicken sandwich, which was good and is what I will get the next time I stop by. My wife got a salad and said it was surprisingly good (she was surprised the fried chicken in it was hot as opposed to cold). My fries were slightly cold. I got a brownie and it definitely had a high fudgey taste to it, which some people may like, but I am not crazy about. Overall, I would prefer a canes or chic fil a, but I am not opposed to going to Zaxby's anymore because my latest visit was a decent experience. read more

Zaxbys - Kickin chicken sandwich meal and house salad - Chicken Wings Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I like chicken wings. In any case, it's usually hard to mess up wings. Leave it to this store. The women taking our order acted as if she had better things to do. (This seems to be typical for this area of town, because it's rampant across other fast food chains in the area.) I ordered a combo plate that had boneless wings and strips. The strips arrived hot, but the boneless wings were cold, almost semi-frozen. The order was right, but my wife's bone-in wings were also cold. This store needs to hire people who care. I know that's tough when minimum wage is so low, but take pride in a job well done. read more

water line was bust and didn't have No water and they cannot fix customers orders but then he tells me they only taking online orders but be mindful u have no water and turn a lot of customers around I will never order nothing online with Zaxby's read more

I am disappointed that I have to write such a negative review, but it is my duty to be honest. First and foremost, the food is good and always hot. The problem with this location is the service. The service is always slow and I have had several bad experiences here. Specifically, this last time I visited this location. I ordered my food and I asked the worker if there was blue cheese in the bag since it was tied up. She replied yes. I didn't want to hold up the line to look so I pulled forward. There was no blue cheese in the bag, so I had to get out and go in and get some. I got home and realized they also forgot the buffalo chicken dip I ordered. The chips were there, but the dip was not. I called them and they said they had it waiting for me. I had to get back in the car and go get it. They were not apologetic. They did not try to make it right after forgetting TWO of my items I paid for. They have forgotten small items in the last as well that I have had to go back in for. I was very annoyed and will not be returning to this location again. read more

After sitting at the drive threw speaker for 5 minutes I said hello and the girl with an attitude said "give me a moment" it was 1205 with 2 cars in the parking lot they were obviously not busy! 5 minutes later I then ask are y'all open? She replied with " yes just give me a moment." Her attitude was unappreciated read more

They took forever getting the food out, dirty gloves in my bag and didn't give me no sauce .

Drive through lines look empty but then you realize it's because they ask people to pull into parking lot spots and wait 40 minutes for you food you already paid for only to get someone else's order. read more

Zaxbys was a last second choice made after leaving Rouses. Neither my boyfriend (vegitarian) or I had been so we went through the drive though. The girl taking our order was sweet. I got a wings n things combo with onion rings. He got a side of fried mushrooms to snack on. Let me just say wow! I don't even eat mushrooms and those were soo good! The chicken is better than canes ! The sauce needs work but everything is so good. Bot only delicious, but also hot and fresh! We will be back! read more

Zaxbys - Zaxbys might actually be better than canes - Chicken Wings Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Very good service , I absolutely love the loaded fries. Go try out this location ! It will not disappoint

The food is pretty good and actually a good value. 3 of us had lunch for under $30. The staff is kind and helpful. Only real issue is that the menu does not have any prices listed. When I inquired, they said that is what corporate dictates. It's nice to see the amount for each selection displayed. I understand that the ever changing price of chicken may be an issue. But is seems that the price can be changed easily since the menus are all digital. read more

Ok! As far as chicken..........it's just ok. I honestly like other places better. First time at Zaxby's was overwhelming. The menu felt too big. But honestly, I like the fact that I can have options. My favorite food at Zaxby's are the fried mushrooms. Their salads are pretty good too. If you are sick of the regular burger joint, but want fast food....go here. read more

food is good. that's the only reason I come back. but it's fast food. foods 99% of the time pretty decent at least. the service is embarrassing. everytime I come here I wait in a parking spot longer. pretty sure I'm up to like 30 minutes of waiting read more

Chicken coleslaw Zaxby sauce always the greatest on a trip that just need something a little different... we were looking for something a little different for a quick lunch and Zaxby's hit the spot. Very quick on and off the freeway no issues friendly service everything thumbs up... read more

Fresh food friendly service! I'm a big Zaxby's fan in this one did not disappoint! Kacie took our order and was very helpful! DELICIOUS

Zaxbys - Halfway through lunch and I had to stop and leave a review - Chicken Wings Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I've lived in this area a week and have been by three times. I've tried the salad and various sandwiches. So far, my only negative feedback would be to get better quality sauces and salad dressings. This has been the only thing I was let down with. Everything else has been great. This location is clean and friendly, too! read more

I mean really??!! Drove 11 miles to this Zaxby's in a extremely large (empty) tour bus, most places will let me order at the window and I'll just walk up to the window and pick it up, remember I'm in a 40ft 12.3 tall tour bus. I asked the young man if I could order he said no at first closed the window came back and said you can order online. WHAT?! Did I mention I'm already at the window talking to the person. Could I order right here I asked? He turned to speak to someone behind him then repeated you can order online. This made an easy fix more difficult than it should have been. Earlier I went to That place with the car line going around the building starts with a C ends with an A, the lady taking orders outside RAN not walked RAN up to my bus smiling, took my order RAN away, RAN (youngsters) back with my food! I'm mean really the humanities! read more

Pull up at 8:40pm which is 20 minutes before they close.. there's two cars in front of me first one is at window getting their food. While me and the car infront of me are both informed "oh we're closed for the evening". I worked for sonic for 4 years and never once have heard someone say that unless it was past closing time. If they don't want business then they will no longer get any. Always heard bad things about this location. read more

It's not like Raising Cane's. Yes, they have the chicken fingers and fries, but they have a pretty extensive menu with salads, sandwiches and various sides. The customer service here was on-point: greeted upon entry and my order was promptly prepared. Chicken fingers were decent, but not as crunchy as I would have liked and the Texas toast could have been a bit more buttery. I did like that the Texas toast was cut in to triangular slices. Also, it was cool that I did not have to pay extra for the Zaxby's special sauce either and got 2 with my 10-piece order. If you plan to dine-in, you'll be happy to know that the restaurant is clean, restrooms are clean and your food comes in hot & quick. WARNING: if you are traveling west on the I-10, do not follow the interstate signs that tell you Zaxby's is off the 179 exit. It is not!! Exit the Tanger outlet and hang a right and it will be on your left side not too far from the exit. I like that there are more Zaxby's restaurants popping up in the capital city! Woot, woot! read more

Quality of the food and service has drastically reduced! Taking a break from Zaxby's!

I've been to various Zaxby's across the southeastern US. This location is your typical Zaxby's. Great chicken strips, good seasoned fries. Today being it's opening day, some things aren't perfect yet. Chicken strips were a little overdone, and a had little too much breading on them, but everything else was great. Fix that, and it's better than Cane's. They have a wide variety of choices to serve anyone (Salads, chicken strips/wings, sandwiches, shakes, etc). read more

The food is always great. The service sucks, they ask you several times your order and still get it wrong. They don't understand anything you say and have to repeat your order more than three times. Just go to canes or Popeyes read more

A great menu of tenders, wings, salads, and sandwiches. I am honestly afraid to track how much money I spend here monthly. Great service and a nice inside dining area read more

I discovered this restaurant had online ordering and decided to try it out. When I went to place my order, I couldn't get it to charge for the kiddie fingerz. I went ahead and paid online. When I arrived, I let the cashier know that I was not charged for the kidz meal and he went ask the manager about it. I could hear her from the kitchen telling him, "There's nothing I can do about, tell her 'Merry Christmas.'" She then turned to me and repeated sarcastically, "Merry Christmas." I just wanted to let them know about the issue. I regret bringing it up at all. The fingerz and wings were good, but even Popeye's has better management. read more

Tried this Zaxby's when it first opened, not impressed at all. Got grilled chicken Cobb salad, found plastic in my salad from I'm guessing the pre-packaged bag it was in, also the onion strings were gross. I couldn't even finished the salad, threw away rest and left. Gave this location another try, got cheddar bites and they were cold. Also tried nibblerz, they were just okay. Everything here is probably frozen or pre-packaged food. Raising Cane's is definitely the superior choice! Cane's has fresh never frozen chicken, marinated and breaded in store, better fries, better bread, and better sauce! Don't waste your time at Zaxby's, don't know how they can last in BR with such low quality food compared to Cane's. I did try Zaxby's again but in West Monroe and it was actually pretty good, had the Zaxby's Club. read more

First time ordering from Zaxby's it was ok. My suggestion would be if you order any chicken that has a sauce,to ask for the chicken in a separate box. That is unless you want your fries and toast to be soaked in the sauce. read more

You guys eat ass. My chicken fingers were frozen and my sauce was rotten. The sweet tea was lemonade. My boneless wings had bone marrow in them. Never go here on a Sunday, it's worse than talking to Colin Kaepernick in front of a police station. read more

I visited this Zaxby's location several times. The first couple of times, the food was ok. I visited both yesterday and today. Yesterday, the food was served cold. Today, the food was drenched in grease as if it was refried to make it hot. I ordered the onion rings and chicken fingers. The onion rings were so greasy that it made my stomach hurt. The chicken fingers were fried so hard that they were almost inedible. I thought this would be a favorite spot for me, but decided to give it a break. read more
