This has to be the worse ran Wendy's in the country. How are you cash only thru the drive thru but accepting cards inside. Walk your lazy ass over to the machine accepting cards so the customer can still order thru the drive thru. It's not like your so busy you can't do that. The KfC/Taco Bell right down the road is better than this place in every aspect. It's like they don't want the business here. Why even open? No one carries cash. As a restaurant manager of over 10 years, hearing you accept credit cards inside but not through drive thru was one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Incompetence at its finest. Drove 20 minutes here WITH a mobile order already typed and spelled out nice and big on your flatscreen order TV. I asked for EXTRA onions, got ZERO onions and somehow someone decided that I needed extra, soggy, falling apart tomatoes instead. My dog can literally follow better directions. Last night my husband picked up from this location on his way home from work. When we were passing out everyone's food, he asked where his baked potato was. The sourcream and butter was in the bag but was missing his baked potato. he was not happy and was not going to drive 15 minutes to go back to that location. Lately, every time we order from a Wendy's through the drive through, something is missing. When we go inside we don't have issues. My daughter and I both had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was really dry, and there was way more bun than the chicken itself. I remember when the chicken was bigger than the bun! Come on Wendy's! Do better! Teach these employees how to properly ensure all food in in the bag before giving to the customer! I have worked the drive thru else where in my college days, I know you are being timed how quickly the order goes out the window from when the customer pulls up to the window. Sat for 11 minutes in the penalty box to get Luke warm nuggets, improperly packaged in fry cartons and only 36 instead of the 50 . This is really an a poor representation of the brand. Very pleasant staff in my experience. Depending on who's working though, the chance of order success in the drive-through is about 60%. They usually don't forget the big things but we always have to check out bags. Inevitably if I get comfortable, they'll forget something to make me regret it -- like last yesterday. Last evening the female store/shift manager forgot our sour cream (paid for), forgot a straw (until I asked), forgot the receipt and - possibly forgot our frosty. I wish I could recall that I paid for it for sure but without the receipt... Also the burger with no ketchup had ketchup (which was mixed into the mayo meaning the person could not enjoy the burger as prepared). Most of the time our fries are prepared okay; a little cool at times. Like most fast food places, the fill rate is questionable (like saving 6-8 fries will break the bottom line) The french fries had two painfully hard ("SNAPPPP") ones that I heard one crunch from 20' away. My wife had that experience and I had to taste it myself to see if she was exaggerating: She wasn't. That bugger was a potato-like stick that could be used to kill small animals or prop a door open. I tried to call at 6:00 PM to ask if I had purchased the Frosty and mention the other quality issues but no one picked up. read more

I'm done with this Wendy's. Fries are cool to cold fifty percent of the time and usually over salted. Today they served me a glass of yellow water instead of lemonade. Returned it and they just walked away. Finished my sandwich (with cool fries) and they still hasn't brought me a drink. I finally returned to the counter and they gave me a drink. The generally don't screw up your order.

I understand this is a Wendy's so my review is not on the food, most are pretty much the same and that's why people return. My review is on the Drive Thru service, I've been to this location many times over the past 10 years. In the past year though service has gotten worse, especially in the drive thru. In the last two weeks I've sat at the drive thru ordering, only to have (I can only assume a younger employee who doesn't care much for their job) goof around. Anywere from being told they'll be right there and returning to tell me they'll be right there while giggling. Or pulling up to see two teenager giggling and texting while I sit (the only car mind you) for 10 minutes without acknowledgement. Today was the final stray, I pulled up placed my order and had them repeat the order to me but be completely off. Example: Me - I'd like a number 8 no tomato please. Them - A number 2 with tomato (giggling). Me - No, it's a number 8 no tomato. Them - Got it a number 6 (giggling). Me: Goodbye. I get it, we've all seen the movies and it's funny there. But maybe we should keep the immature one's away from the drive thru where they think they can do whatever they want. I won't be back to this location, luckily there are plenty of other Wendy's around that provide good service. read more

Obviously, this place serves Wendy's food, which is somewhat unfortunate. However, when I came here with a group of about 10 people, the food came very quickly. The place was empty other than us. I have a lot of experience with Wendy's taking 10, 20 minutes, but my food came out in about three--I'm not sure if I've ever had faster at Wendy's. That was refreshing.
