WENDY'S: WHERE CHAMPIONS ARE FORGED IN SQUARE PATTIES AND BATHROOM GLORY Let me tell you about the REAL reason Wendy's destroys McDonald's in every conceivable way - and no, it's not just because their twitter account is savage. While Ronald McDonald is out there clowning around with subpar playground equipment, Wendy herself has transformed every single restaurant bathroom into a PROFESSIONAL-GRADE ARM WRESTLING ARENA. I recently witnessed a regional qualifier match between "Frosty Flex" Johnson and "Baconator" Barnes that literally shook the paper towel dispensers off the walls. The ref (who also happens to make the world's most precisely salted fries) called it the cleanest over-the-top roll technique he'd seen since the '98 championships in Toledo. Sure, McDonald's might have those golden arches, but can you earn a genuine WWE-style championship belt while waiting for your spicy nuggets? I think not. At Wendy's, your receipt number might just be your call to glory. I've seen accountants walk in for a Dave's Double and walk out as legends, their arms glistening with victory and just a hint of that legendary Frosty machine condensation. The dedication to the sport is unmatched - they've installed professional grip-enhanced countertops in every stall, and the mirrors are specifically angled to catch every triumphant moment. The hand dryers aren't just for hygiene - they're for dramatic effect when you're making your entrance. And let's talk about that signature move they call "The Dave's Special" - a power move so intense it's only legal in states with reinforced plumbing codes. I've seen grown men cry at the beauty of its execution. McDonald's might have the Big Mac, but do they have Big Mack from accounting who's defending his title for the sixth straight month? The only pins you'll find at McDonald's are the ones holding their wobbly tables together. At Wendy's, it's all about the pin attempts that make history. Five stars. Would definitely recommend the 4 for $4 deal and the chance to become a bathroom warrior legend. Just remember to wash your hands before and after both your meal and your inevitable rise to arm-wrestling stardom. P.S. The fries are fresh too, but honestly, who's even thinking about fries when there's glory to be had? read more

Management need to take classes on how to manage customers,I wanted to have my food made fresh and hot so by the time I make it home it will be warm since I stay a little bit further from that location. I went back through drive through after he gave me my food and told it was not made fresh and his response was he is not going to deal with me and then he said here is your refund. Took him about 5 to 10 min to refund my money and all he had to do was make the food and I would have been happy. read more

This place used to be a disaster; I once had an employee, after telling them my order was togo and not dine-in, grab my fries with their bare hands and put them in my bag. But that was years ago, and in the last, say, 3-4 years I've consistently had a good/great experience here. I'm not sure if it was a change in ownership or management, but I really enjoy going to this Wendy's these days. read more

I ordered a combo and since it's Friday I said "I also have an offer (app) for a large fry" they decided to upgrade my combo to a large fry and after scanning my phone didn't give me anything, I called the place and told them about it and they dropped the phone and started yelling, I kept saying "hello...hello?" No one would pick up the phone they just held me there, service is terrible and I have no idea how they messed it up, best not to go to this location. Edit: the food is 50/50 one time I almost broke a tooth on their bacon it was so hard, and it feels like the lettuce is all stem no leaf, but I stopped by RECENTLY and was surprised how well it turned out (hot and tender good quality and service), seems like the manager is solo carrying the whole place, (based off that one interaction I would give 5stars) it's a roll of the dice make sure to check your food I'd say. read more

False advertisement. I called ahead of time to see if they had the new krabby patty sandwich due to its high demand, to my surprise they said they did. When I got there I ordered four of them and waited for them. Once I got home I opened them and there was nothing on it but cheese. A single patty with cheese. Absolutely disgraceful! read more

I have been to this Wendy's at least 5 times in the last 4 years. I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet. For fast food Wendy's is my go to. I love that they have salads, baked potatoes & chili as healthier options. On this visit I had a salad with chicken, Tomato, bacon, cheese & guacamole. It was excellent. And a fair price at just under $6. Friendly & efficient staff at the drive thru. . read more

it's not the first time that this has happened, I asked for 3 6 pcs spicy nuggets and a spicy chicken when I got to the first window they didn't gave me a recipe I went to the second window and they asked me to park because they had time on spicy nuggets I don't mind parking especially if my food it's going to be fresh, they brought my food and my nuggets were regular I went back to the place and ask them to fix my order and they did, I was about to eat my spicy chicken and it happened the same thing it was regular chicken, I didn't wanted to go back but this really ruined my day, I was so hungry. read more

Customer service was terrible. Took a while to order in the drive-through, and then when we got up to the first window, practically took the card out of my hand, the guy taking the card looked my daughter up and down. The food was okay. It was the service that was not so good. I go into this restaurant quite a bit and the service is not the best.someone needs to teach some of these kids about customer service and how they treat the customer. Acknowledge them speak to them and above all be polite. I ordered food through the drive through I made my order and stopped to pay for it when I put my car in drive to go to the pickup window a person stuck their arm out of the window and was dangling my food outside of it before I reached the window to pick it up. I could have grabbed it and never stopped. Please hand my food to me. It's the proper thing to do. I was waiting to get an order and an elderly man was standing at the counter trying to get the attention of one of the workers. He was ignored. She kept her back turned to him he merely wanted some napkins. I watched him ask her several times and she didn't acknowledge him. So I took matters into my own hands and I asked her quite loudly that she help the gentleman. She gave me a dirty look and handed the man some napkins. So rude. read more

Normally don't write reviews for fast food because I think it's pointless but after ordering here I'm giving this place one star. I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato from here and I ended up getting French fries in a baked potato container lmao. I wouldn't even be mad if they threw the chives and sour cream on the French fries but they just straight up gave me plain fries. The worst part is that they didn't even give me a lot of fries, I would say it was less than a medium. If you order a baked potato from here check it before you leave read more

There is definitely something about Wendy's that is much fresher than the other fast food Burger joints in the area. I truly like their cheeseburger. I like how fresh the items taste when you get them they are still piping hot when you go through the drive-through and the French fries always have the perfect amount of salt ! I have only stopped at this location twice and forgot to check in the 1st time there is no doubt in my mind over the course of the next 6 months that I will stop more often and get that cheeseburger meal that was a perfect dinner and easy to eat in the car on the way home while sitting in traffic. Not to mention if you don't want to have a cheeseburger they have other things like chicken nuggets, salad, as well as a baked potato of sorts. #RedheadsRock #TeamWendy read more

Dropped by pretty late at this fast food joint. Went through the drive-thru and got a spicy Chicken Sandwich, a Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal and a salad. All of the food items tasted just alright. The lettuce on the sandwiches were kind of old tasting, so couldn't eat all of them. Even the salad tasted old, so had to throw half of it away. The fries were fine. Nothing too special, so not sure if I'll go again. The condiments and toppings tasted old and not that fresh at all. But the buns and meat were cooked properly. read more

Wendy's - Me calling back because she wants to hang up In the middle of me speaking - Burgers Near Me - Auburn, Washington

I have worked in customer service for 20+ years and have never witnessed such rude employees in my life. I was picking up an order & the app said go into the dining room to find the order on the shelf. It was just after 8 so assumed the dining room would be closed but to follow instructions I tried the door after reading the sign that said dining room closed only carryout, to go, & delivery allowed. The door was unlocked so I went inside & checked the shelf that was empty. The first lady asked me how she could help & I filled her in.ahe then went back & talked with a woman who appeared to be a manager who came out & informed me the dining room is closed & I needed to go thru the drive thru. Ok, no problem. Until I suggested they should put a sign in the window to avoid confusion. Then she super rudely told me there is a sign. I said ok, walked out, reviewed every sign on the door & there wasn't any sign that would have changed anything. But as I was walking out, before I even reached the door, this lady, a perceived manager starting saying how I needed to learn to read. I did read every sign on their door before I entered. If it was my own order honestly I would have thrown the whole thing on the floor, but it wasn't. So I did as they said, went thru the drivethru as the only customer in between & the drive-thru people were super nice so I don't fault them. Then I spent 15 min waiting for the order while 2 cars came thru the drive thru like 7 minutes later got their order & left before mine came out. Made me 10 minutes late for the other order I was picking up. In my entire adult life I have never asked to speak to a manager before but that made me determined to now. Talk shit about me once I exit, it happens. Talk shit while I am still there, you're looking for trouble. I should have taken a pic of the signs & next time I am nearby I will cause somebody needs to learn to readandit ain't me read more

After today I refuse to spend my money and waist my time where I wait for 15 minutes to finally order and get disrespected while ordering. The person was very confrontational and I was shocked as I did nothing to receive this energy towards me as I was polite after the rudeness. It actually messed up my order because Of my thoughts were steered towards the angry worker why she lashed at me when I was ordering. When I approached the window I asked, "'we're you the one taking my order? " in a polite manner and she responded that she was. I told her that wasn't nice to be snappy at customers like that and that it was rude. Her ACTUAL RESPONSE WAS, " I'm busy taking orders SO, SORRY IF YOUR FEELING WERE HURT, I have orders to take. I was like wow, no she didn't just say if your feelings were hurt. What? Who hires these people? We'll she never gave me a chance to tell her I left out items due to her frustration over the order speaker and she left the window. This girl has Purple or blue hair. Another worker came to the window who assisted me as he supposed to. I asked for the Items I left out due to his coworker and end up getting those items and paying for them. They should of been free after going through a line and wait as they pace the orders coming through by leaving cars in front of the order machine for at least 4 minutes before taking an order. The lines was literally to the main hwy. the guy assisted me pretty well, but the girl with the color hair needs to change her attitude and go to a job not dealing with people because it's clear she is not a people person. I'm a raise it one star due to the help I received from the male worker during my bad experience here I'll give them two stars. I will never again wait here to spend my money and get disrespected after waiting for twenty minutes to receive my fast food, which ended up being slow food and a horrible ordering experience. Definitely not worth it and this type of food isn't healthy at all anyway so I'll be doing my body a favor. Have a great day and beware of this place if you drive by and see a line, I'm sure you'll figure out who's working. read more

NO STAR! I just got out of the hospital (50 miles away from home)! I am in uniform; and the server (male) was horrible! He never listened- kept walking away when I was trying to correct his mistake (I just wanted my beverages without ice, especially the water: hiccups from medication). This was the nearest and most disgusting Wendy's ever. I wish I had just waited 20 more miles. The worst part is the server cursing my GOD'S Name; and I am a preacher, also. I told this; and stated to him, "You're walking away, before I tell you what the problem is, and how am I supposed to know if you heard me; and don't speak to me like that: I'm the customer; and you're using my GOD'S Name in vain, and I am a preacher. How do you think I am supposed to feel right now? My order is incorrect; and I just wanted to at least get a kids cup of water, without ice: so that I could try drinking it upside down, for my hiccups." I only received excuses; and no real apology. The manager/runner allowed me to stand my ground against the offender, without interruption. I've always considered Wendy's to be among the better fast food restaurants (which isn't saying much) due to its great budget menu and inclusion of lettuce, tomatoes, AND onion on its burgers. This particular Wendy's does nothing to change my opinion. As Wendy's is a chain, there is no variation of the standard menu, and as such, the only difference in the food is dependent solely on the quality of the workers. The workers here are mostly adequate, although the food does suffer some inconsistency from time to time. I am basing this review off my past two visits, in which I ordered the same items: The Spicy Chicken Go Wrap, a small fry, and a large chili. For my first visit, the wrap and the fry were fine- the one thing I really like about the Wendy's wrap is the amount of chicken that is inside. Wendy's fries are always hit and miss...when they're hot, they're great. In this case, they were warm so, acceptable. The chili was the problem with this meal. Sure it was warm enough, but isn't chili supposed to be somewhat thick? Maybe it's just me, but when chili looks and tastes like someone threw ground meat, beans, and tap water into a cup, something isn't right. My friend specifically inquired about the chili, asking "How's the chili today" to which he received the response, "It's good" (and various other responses in Spanish). The second visit was actually good. The chicken wrap was warm and filled with chicken, the fries were hot and tasty, and the chili was hot and THICK. Based on the two visits, I will have to give this Wendy's the average of the two visits - a 3 star. Before I close out this review, I think it's important to discuss the "dark side" of this Wendy's. Whenever we (my friend and I) go to Wendy's for lunch, the same employees are working. My friend, who I will call A. Higher (a recipient of the prestigious 9.9 rating on HotorNot.com), always gets what I feel is preferential treatment. The women working all pause what they're doing to gawk and giggle when he walks in. I believe I even heard someone say "Ay Papi" - straight out of the Will Smith song "Miami." They give him extra friendly service and clean the tables in the dining room when he's there (which I've never seen a Wendy's employee do). There was also an instance where it appeared as if they gave him some free food, but alas, no evidence could be produced to prove this. Call it jealousy if you want (it totally is), but I think that they should treat all patrons the same, regardless of their high cheek bones. read more

I've gone here a couple times now and realize why I don't want to come back. I can't remember exactly what my last experience was but think it was the same. The fires were cold, soggy, and mushy. My friends and i came here for an early dinner, and it was almost comical. The lady behind the counter must have thought i was overweight, cause i asked for large lemonades, and got small, and our frosty's were filled about 80% of the way. They obviously support drinking healthy because one friend's small coke was flat~ no fizz. They dont skimp on ice, though, no worries there. I think if my friend and i combined our lemonades, we could just about fill one cup halfway. Aha! Thats the gimmick~ 2 girls, 1 cup? Yeah, i wont be coming here again anytime soon. Edit: whatever they did here, it worked! Been about 6 times since I wrote the review below and I haven't had any major issues. Only 4 stars because my fries were very soggy a couple times. Keep up the great work! By far the worst Wendy's We have ever been to. We went to the drive through and ordered a taco salad, jr bacon, a large spicy chicken sandwich meal and a medium frosty. We ended up getting charged for a small frosty 2 large drinks and everything else was right. We ended up getting everything but the chicken sandwich. Asked for a refund for the extra drink and the response was "my manager is making sandwiches so it's gonna be a while." After I expressed "that is not how it works...I want what I ordered and I want my money that was charged for the items I don't want." I got my refund. Then they gave us a half filled large fry, I ended up just taking the small frosty and they forgot the chicken sandwich. So we came back around and were informed that the sandwich must be in the bag but after some discussion we got our sandwich. We also asked and received a full large fry. 2 stars instead of 1 because they tried and we ended up with what we ordered for the most part but no more utterly failed to give us even a decent experience. On the positive note the fries were fresh and the rest of the food tasted good. read more
