I ordered a combo and since it's Friday I said "I also have an offer (app) for a large fry" they decided to upgrade my combo to a large fry and after scanning my phone didn't give me anything, I called the place and told them about it and they dropped the phone and started yelling, I kept saying "hello...hello?" No one would pick up the phone they just held me there, service is terrible and I have no idea how they messed it up, best not to go to this location. There is definitely something about Wendy's that is much fresher than the other fast food Burger joints in the area. I truly like their cheeseburger. I like how fresh the items taste when you get them they are still piping hot when you go through the drive-through and the French fries always have the perfect amount of salt ! The door was unlocked so I went inside & checked the shelf that was empty. The first lady asked me how she could help & I filled her in.ahe then went back & talked with a woman who appeared to be a manager who came out & informed me the dining room is closed & I needed to go thru the drive thru. Ok, no problem. Until I suggested they should put a sign in the window to avoid confusion. Then she super rudely told me there is a sign. I said ok, walked out, reviewed every sign on the door & there wasn't any sign that would have changed anything. But as I was walking out, before I even reached the door, this lady, a perceived manager starting saying how I needed to learn to read. I did read every sign on their door before I entered. If it was my own order honestly I would have thrown the whole thing on the floor, but it wasn't. So I did as they said, went thru the drivethru as the only customer in between & the drive-thru people were super nice so I don't fault them. Then I spent 15 min waiting for the order while 2 cars came thru the drive thru like 7 minutes later got their order & left before mine came out. After today I refuse to spend my money and waist my time where I wait for 15 minutes to finally order and get disrespected while ordering. The person was very confrontational and I was shocked as I did nothing to receive this energy towards me as I was polite after the rudeness. It actually messed up my order because Of my thoughts were steered towards the angry worker why she lashed at me when I was ordering. When I approached the window I asked, "'we're you the one taking my order? " in a polite manner and she responded that she was. They should of been free after going through a line and wait as they pace the orders coming through by leaving cars in front of the order machine for at least 4 minutes before taking an order. The lines was literally to the main hwy. the guy assisted me pretty well, but the girl with the color hair needs to change her attitude and go to a job not dealing with people because it's clear she is not a people person. Every experience we have had here has been wonderful, from the friendly employees to the fresh and hot food. We don't live in the area, but whenever we come to the mall we always stop in here for a quick bite. I've always considered Wendy's to be among the better fast food restaurants (which isn't saying much) due to its great budget menu and inclusion of lettuce, tomatoes, AND onion on its burgers. This particular Wendy's does nothing to change my opinion. As Wendy's is a chain, there is no variation of the standard menu, and as such, the only difference in the food is dependent solely on the quality of the workers. The workers here are mostly adequate, although the food does suffer some inconsistency from time to time. I am basing this review off my past two visits, in which I ordered the same items: The Spicy Chicken Go Wrap, a small fry, and a large chili. For my first visit, the wrap and the fry were fine- the one thing I really like about the Wendy's wrap is the amount of chicken that is inside. Wendy's fries are always hit and miss...when they're hot, they're great. In this case, they were warm so, acceptable. The chili was the problem with this meal. Sure it was warm enough, but isn't chili supposed to be somewhat thick? Maybe it's just me, but when chili looks and tastes like someone threw ground meat, beans, and tap water into a cup, something isn't right. My friend specifically inquired about the chili, asking "How's the chili today" to which he received the response, "It's good" (and various other responses in Spanish). The second visit was actually good. The chicken wrap was warm and filled with chicken, the fries were hot and tasty, and the chili was hot and THICK. Based on the two visits, I will have to give this Wendy's the average of the two visits - a 3 star. Before I close out this review, I think it's important to discuss the "dark side" of this Wendy's. Whenever we (my friend and I) go to Wendy's for lunch, the same employees are working. My friend, who I will call A. Higher (a recipient of the prestigious 9.9 rating on HotorNot.com), always gets what I feel is preferential treatment. The women working all pause what they're doing to gawk and giggle when he walks in. I believe I even heard someone say "Ay Papi" - straight out of the Will Smith song "Miami." They give him extra friendly service and clean the tables in the dining room when he's there (which I've never seen a Wendy's employee do). There was also an instance where it appeared as if they gave him some free food, but alas, no evidence could be produced to prove this. Call it jealousy if you want (it totally is), but I think that they should treat all patrons the same, regardless of their high cheek bones. read more

After I expressed "that is not how it works...I want what I ordered and I want my money that was charged for the items I don't want." I got my refund. So we came back around and were informed that the sandwich must be in the bag but after some discussion we got our sandwich. We also asked and received a full large fry. 2 stars instead of 1 because they tried and we ended up with what we ordered for the most part but no more utterly failed to give us even a decent experience. The lady behind the counter must have thought i was overweight, cause i asked for large lemonades, and got small, and our frosty's were filled about 80% of the way. I was refunded my money for both salads but the manager never once came up to speak with me. The employee who spoke with me had another employee next to her & they both went to the back to speak with their manager. I will never buy anything from this Wendy's again.
