Edit: whatever they did here, it worked! Been about 6 times since I wrote the review below and I haven't had any major issues. Only 4 stars because my fries were very soggy a couple times. Keep up the great work! By far the worst Wendy's We have ever been to. We went to the drive through and ordered a taco salad, jr bacon, a large spicy chicken sandwich meal and a medium frosty. We ended up getting charged for a small frosty 2 large drinks and everything else was right. We ended up getting everything but the chicken sandwich. Asked for a refund for the extra drink and the response was "my manager is making sandwiches so it's gonna be a while." After I expressed "that is not how it works...I want what I ordered and I want my money that was charged for the items I don't want." I got my refund. Then they gave us a half filled large fry, I ended up just taking the small frosty and they forgot the chicken sandwich. So we came back around and were informed that the sandwich must be in the bag but after some discussion we got our sandwich. We also asked and received a full large fry. 2 stars instead of 1 because they tried and we ended up with what we ordered for the most part but no more utterly failed to give us even a decent experience. On the positive note the fries were fresh and the rest of the food tasted good. read more

Maria is by far my favorite front-counter person. Her smiles are genuine, and her hair is always fantastic. She loves her job and cleans, cleans, cleans the dining room. She is mad at the dirt. The food is always fresh, hot, and fast. If you are going to post negative reviews, speak to a manager first. Give them a chance to fit it before you yelp about it. read more

I ordered 2 chicken Parmesan Caesar salad through the drive through. I got home & added the dressing to my salad. I then noticed the tomatoes in the salad had spots of mold all around them. I was absolutely disgusted & gathered the salads in their containers & headed back to this specific location. Let me start by saying the GM to this location is not professional at all. I walked in & seen three ladies standing talking among each other the lady in the red shirt who I assume was the manager walked straight to the back as soon as she seen that I was carrying a Wendy's bag with items in it. The lady that spoke with me seemed so disappointed when i told her the condition of the tomatoes but she didn't seemed surprised at all. I was refunded my money for both salads but the manager never once came up to speak with me. The employee who spoke with me had another employee next to her & they both went to the back to speak with their manager. I will never buy anything from this Wendy's again. Before leaving I let the employee know they should go & check the rest of their salads because it is not okay to be serving moldy covered tomatoes in their food they served to paying customers. read more

Getting good food let alone your order correctly thru drive thru is hit and miss. When they get it right it's good, but when they don't well...For instance I ordered their new grilled chicken sandwich and asked for no sauce and red onion to be added. The sandwich I ended up with had sauce, very dried out chicken (over cooked on one side) and wilted lettuce (it's possible it was under the heat lamp for awhile) they omitted the normal tomato and I didn't get the red onion. I also ordered the Mediterranean salad, the salad I got had some crazy nasty light red sauce on top which isn't featured in the salad description on the menu. I ordered 2 large coke zeros and got regular coke. Wasted $18.75. read more

I just left Wendys in the shopping mall location and i would like to say that Samantha has really good customer service and although my fries wasnt that great I definitely over looked that because of the customer service i received. Thanks read more

We went through the drive through about 12:30 AM. The young lady taking our order informed us that all our baconators would take about 8 minutes, which was fine with us. When we got to the window, she was pleasant, efficient and wide awake. I don't think we actually waited that long for our food, but it was totally worth it. The only complaint was from my daughter who found the lettuce and tomato in her spicy chicken sandwich were sad. After eating our baconator burgers, we were too full for the baconator fries. I guess you can have too much of a good thing. read more

Ok it says Robert on my receipt, he was exactly what I would expect for good service, my fast food experiences have been horrible for so long I was surprised actually. And the food was hot and fresh, much much better than the one in Tacoma. Sad that I assume if I need to grab a quick bite to eat, it's gonna be crappy sloppy old cold food with rude teens working. So it was lovely for a change! Good experience today, keep it up Wendy's :) read more

I went through the drive through tonight with my daughter. We ordered food plus two DIET cokes. The girl who took our money didn't greet us or say anything, not even thank you. Went to the next window, same girl (she claims to be the manager). She hands us our food, again not saying anything. Hands us our drinks and I say "these are both Diet, right?" She said yeah they slammed the window shut. I tasted mine and it was regular. I was waving my hand and trying to get her attention and she proceeded to ignore me with the window shut. I had to drive to a parking place and go in. I asked to talk to a manager, not only about the fact my drink was wrong after she assured me it wasn't but the customer service was extremely rude. She claimed to be the manager. I asked why she had to be so rude and that my drink was wrong. She proceeded to tell me she was busy with a customer in the drive through and ignored me. I told her "I was a customer too". She made me stand at the counter while she continued to ignore me. I asked the other front desk cashier how long it might take to get my diet coke and the cook (a guy) yelled "theres a self serve machine over there!" This really pissed me off, they couldn't even get me the correct drink and pretty much said if I wanted to correct one go dump mine out and get what I wanted. I asked the "manager" what her name was and she thought for a minute then said "Sharon". I said is that a made up name? She just laughed. My receipt says Stephanie. I told her, you may be having a bad day but you really don't know who else might be having a bad day and the way you are treating me is really rude. I said my dad just passed away a couple of days ago and I really didn't need to be treated this way. This was the first time I have made myself get up and actually get some food because I've been so depressed then to be treated this way was so uncalled for and upsetting. She started saying "Bye, see you again" then the other employees started to follow her attitude and laugh and wave at me saying "Bye!!" no apologies, no manners and if she is in fact the manager she needs to be fired. I will NEVER step foot in your restaurant again. She was the most un-thoughtful, unprofessional hurtful person I have ever come across in a fast food establishment. read more

At this location in Auburn by the SuperMall is a keep on rolling by Do Not Stop.. Lol the drive thru service was horrible. Lady took my order incorrectly and when I asked for a water I was told to pull up and wait for it.. I said, "I will not wait for a cup of water when it's right there!!! Wow I could see if it was a wait on food but water!!! Which she had a nasty attitude anyways.. Really customer service is not your profession lady.. read more

OMG, this place is a shame to the wendy franchise. The workers are sloppy, as is the food prep....smashed sandwiches, undercoo we shop at walmart often, and have stopped at the various fast food places near by. The other night, I witnesses something bad. A customer brought back their french frys from their table, because she ordered a baked patato ( this place is famous for screwing up orders, thats another funny story). I saw her eat one of the frys on her way the way to the order window. The girl ( cashier ) took if from her, and placed in the fry tray to be served again. I told her, you need to throw those frys away! she looked at me and then continued doing what, then I watched another worker give those same frys to a customer at the drive up window.....she clearly did not care. then keep screwing up our order. I know its a suckie job, but hell, food should never be re-served, ever!!! the parking sucks here too. only a few places to park, we had to walk clear across the parking lot, on the other side of the gas pumps. will we go back...maybe, but only because I love wendy''s and there is no other near by..... read more
