Horrible wait yesterday. I ordered at the counter and spent 15 minutes in line at noon. My daughter ordered on the APP and it took her 45 minutes to get food for her and 3 daughters. One of her bags sat on the counter over 10 minutes. When she asked why it took so long, she was told "They always but huge orders on the bottom." 4 person order is considered huge. STUPID! Stopped in for lunch ... Dirty dining room - smelly filthy bathrooms that were missing toilet paper, soap and towels. Watched the team fight with each other, name calling and telling off manager. Very slow drive-thru, with cars leaving wo ordering. Employees not acknowledging customers, workers moving in slow motion. I was charged almost double what my order cost, they refused to give me a receipt or correct the overcharge, food was lukewarm and poorly prepared, manager Nikki was rude and blaming customers for employee mistakes. It's always odd reviewing individual restaurants within a chain. Do I rate the franchise as a whole, or this individual location's performance within the parent company? How about both. As far as fast food burger joints go, Wendy's is among the best in my book. As long as you don't go for the super cheap stuff on the value menu, you're getting some pretty substantial food. A 1/4 pound single or a chicken sandwich always does the trick for me. There are of course the standard caveats that plague fast food as a whole, such as the necessary pre-made items, added preservatives and enriched sugars. If you avoid those types of things, you're probably not eating fast food much anyway. All within reason, right? As far as *this* particular location goes, it's run pretty well. The staff is generally very friendly and, within this small town, they mostly remember your face (and sometimes your order) from last time. The dining room is always clean, they often offer to dispose of your tray for you and there's ample parking in the lot. The one reprimand I'll give is the occasional sluggishness. Yes, they're close to I-71. Yes, all fast food restaurants get slammed in the lunch hour. But if you come at the wrong time, the drive-thru line can nearly be to the street, blocking people in parking spaces. The dining room is no better, with the line blocking the beverage and condiment station. Part of it is the speed, part of it is the inconvenient waiting areas. For the most part, a Wendy's is a Wendy's is a Wendy's, and it's pretty much always good. This specific location is a good one. read more

A very nice, run-of-the-mill Wendy's. Definitely a nice new clean location with plenty of friendly staff. Food was a little slow to come out, but there was a little bit of a dinner rush. I had the cod sandwich and fries along with Dave's cherry cream soda from the Coca Cola Freestyle machine. Food was tasty.
