Most of the food and drinks were delivered by runners. Our meal ended when our server dropped off our bill (no offers for refills or dessert). She didn't speak more than a dozen words during the entire visit. This was kind of bad, Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

First time I've ever been to a buffalo wild wings. I've got to admit, the old fashion that I started out with was made to perfection! Had the all American burger one of the best burgers I've ever had. As a man, I enjoyed all of the TVs with different sporting games on. It was just hard to follow, because there was only one with the volume and there was so much going on. Out waitress Shirley she was outstanding. Did not give us our requested sauces for a pick up order. We called back to get our sauces and no one apologized or gave us some sort of refund even though we had to drive all the way back. The wings had barely any sauce on them, the fries were soggy, and the wings were also not the correct order. Also, you should be able to add the tip after you get your order because if that was the case we wouldn't have tipped them so much. read more

Well my chicken sandwich was hot and my fries, but my wife got the appetizer sampler and it was all cold. It looks to me like they made the sampler before my meal and then realized the sampler went with the meal and it sat in the window until my meal was done as when her sampler came every bit of it was cold. Server said she could have it remade but if they could get it right the firsts time why would we want them to try again. She tried eating it but it was just too cold so when waitress came back she again offed to have it remade and we just said to take it off the bill because we were not going to wait again for hot food she said they would only take half of it off so we had to ask for a manager as our server was not the best server we have dealt with she may have had a bad day but when that runs off on customers it don't help your tip. Manager came out and also offered to remake or make something else we choose to decline and she removed it off our bill. I have allergies I said no tomato we'll they put tomato on it plucked it off I guess because there were several seeds and parts in it at the bottom. I absolutely love the wings (Buffalo seasoning is my fave), crispy tenders, fried shrimp and Buffalo chips. My only issue is the pricing. Yikes. Way too expensive for what you get. $8 for a soft pretzel? Let's get serious, fam. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly as can be, which helps offset my issues with the cost. Update: dropping this to a three-star rating due to all of the problems I encounter with pickup orders. I live and work near this location, so it's convenient for me to frequently get my chicken fix on. Not once has an order ever gone smoothly or been ready on time. The wrong sauce. Today 06/26/19 at the Copperfield Hwy 6 location... @ 11:36 am I called in a lunch order @ 11:15 am...No, it was not ready! while waiting at the pickup counter I looked for someone to help me... I saw a waitress across the dining room area, combing her beautiful long hair with her fingers, and tossing it back and forth, you know that song starting playing in my head "toss my hair back and forth": Placing a pony tail holder on it!!! Maybe, I was jealous anyway! I told the gentleman standing next me, "When I use to work in the food industry, we had to wear hair nets." He shook his head yes! I told him," I hope she washes her hand before serving the next person! Lol Just at that moment, she comes walking over to us, and asked," Can I help you?" My soul said, "Hell NO!!" Go wash your hands!!!" I quietly said, I called in an order! I gave her my name, I was praying that my order was in the Keep warm oven at the counter... No, it wasn't !!! She said, I have to go pack it up... Me and My big mouth said to her, "Please wash your hand before touching, my food! She looked back at me, and yes, I'm going to! Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to eat. They have amazing chicken tenders and cheese curds and mozzarella sticks. I would highly recommend eating there. Staff are very nice and food comes out quick. Went there with the hillsdale falcons softball team after we won the state championship and food service was amazing. Typical overpriced terrible food. I come here every week only because I am on a Sporcle team. Service sucks s spotty. Some of the wait staff is excellent and others only show up when it is time to pay the bill and get their tip. If you want good food go to Shanks or O'Bryans. I've visited this Buffalo Wild Wings on a few occasions. It's located a very short walk away from where I work, so it should be a place that I frequent for lunch. However, even with phoned-in orders, service is slow. Expect delays in getting your food. Don't even try to do a walk-up take-out order, because you'll spend over 25 minutes waiting for even the most basic of dishes. (25 minutes for a salad? For a small order of boneless wings?) Furthermore, I've stood at the counter before without anyone acknowledging me, leading me to walk out and go elsewhere. No emphasis on the customer. The food is also hit or miss. I've had wings that were absolute perfection, and others that are boneless gristle and tendon. Some dishes were piping hot, others like they'd sat in the warming window for the better part of an hour. I'll likely find other places to get lunch, particularly if I'm strapped for time. But if I could ensure the type of experience I'm used to at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, I'd be a regular. read more

This establishment leaves a lot to be desired. I was there recently with a group of co-workers on a Wednesday after work. We were seated in the back corner at a table for 4 with 9 folks in our group and were not being loud or anything of the nature. After we ordered our appetizers and food, we were immediately told that they were watching us because they had a policy of a 2 drink per hour limit per person. Meanwhile setting at the bar there were a couple of folks that had at minimum 6 per hour. One person in our group knew them personally. Two folks in our group were not drinking adult beverages, but nothing was said about that. Rules are great if they apply to everyone. Manager was very rude as well as bartender when we questioned them on this, we were actually asked to leave. An establishment that advertises Wings, Beer, Sports, maybe should change their moto. They took forever to bring us our check so then I couldn't go home and play Fortnite Battle Royale and get all the Victory Royales. The food and the waiters/ waitresses were all nice. I really wanted to like this place bc Ashland is in deserted need of restaurants. We got seated in the garage area but never given menus. We sat for 15 minutes before we got one. I ordered a c Patron Margarita and our meal. The Margarita was the worst one I ever had but never had anyone come back so I could ask for a change or something. It took 35 minutes to get our food and it was the wrong order. They brought out cold dried out french fries and it took 2 more people to bring the right order. Disappointing phone service when placing my order. I had to repeat the number of boneless wings three times, the sauce twice and onion rings twice. That should have been an indication of what the service would be like upon pickup. I waited behind another gentleman 3 minutes. He said no one had been over to check on him yet. Not as good as other BDubs, but not bad. Of the 12 pieces of boneless wings I ordered 4 were inedible (connective tissue, fat, no meat). The manager seemed like a kind of neutral guy. Food was good, service was excellent. I was surprised they were out of coffee. I know most sports bars don't serve a lot of coffee but surely an occasional customer besides my husband requests it. Anyhow, the wings I had were great. The boneless were so so. Soup is in the menu but all they offer is a chili topping in a bowl...it was not great but it would be good on some Taco salad or nachos. Anyhow, lunch for 3 cost over $50, not cheap but I knew that. Enjoyed the street tacos and the flat bread appetizer. Our waitress was fantastic! I'd like to give it a 3.5 but felt 4 was pushing it. We were passing through on our way to Indiana and had a taste for bdubs and were happily surprised this one was near us. Overall the building is much smaller than Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants we have been to in the past but it didn't feel crowded. The service was good overall, our waitress was wonderful but she did take a long time to bring us our bill. The host when we first walked in the door was not very welcoming and seemed to be having a bad day. The food was good but nothing or if the ordinary. The one thing we were disappointed with was our drinks. After being on the road we both just wanted some soda and got diet Pepsi. When we tried them, something tasted off and almost dirty. They either needed to change the flavoring out or clean the machine. We ended up just drinking water. read more
