We had breakfast here and Debbie was our server. She was very attentive and the food was delicious. Also decorated for the 250th!

Can't beat this place for "good every time" breakfast. Great service too. Add some peppers and onions to your hashbrowns (add some jalapeño if you're feeling dangerous!)

Friendly server. Good food. Ordered the Patty Melt which very good. Too bad they choose to serve frozen french fries wife and split a slice of Dutch Cherry pie. They claim to have been voted as having the best pie in the State of Ohio.

Fantastic place for breakfast. Great service, it the kind of place where they get to know you, and you can order your "regular" and they know what it is down to the condiments on the side. No need to rush in and out have a seat in the family owed casual establishment have a conversation over a traditional mid western breakfast.

Good food and good service. They have carry out and there's a nice park across the street. Baseball field and swings and new pickle courts.

Great local spot that is the best place in town for a piece of pie. It is keeping the idea of the local diner and meeting spot alive.

The Three Cheese Grilled Cheese had an insane cheese pull and was loaded with melty, delicious cheese. The tater tots were surprisingly flavorful, seasoned with a unique blend that definitely had onion and a hint of garlic, along with other spices I couldn't quite identify--but they were fantastic! The Mouthful definitely lives up to its name. It's huge, incredibly filling, and absolutely worth ordering if you're hungry. To top it all off, we tried the crème brûlée for the first time ever, and it was the perfect way to end the meal. It was delicious and made for an awesome first experience with the dessert. Overall, South Street Grill exceeded all expectations. It does get busy, which isn't surprising considering how good the food is, but it's easy to get to and well worth the wait. A MUST-TRY if you're in the area! We'll definitely be back!

The smoked pork belly end app was excellent. The sauce is a tad sweet for me but they tasted great. I got the steak bombs which were chunks of sirloin marinated and grilled. They added onions and mushrooms as an option and giant baked potato on the side. The prices are very reasonable. It's a nice atmosphere and I noticed they have various events outside during the summer that look fun. I'll definitely be back!

My soft drink was cold and wasn't flat We walked in to the restaurant and the waiting area was packed and people who were waiting for open tables as you try and seat yourself. We decided to go sit at the bar to eat. The restaurant is nice. Somewhat clean. Bathroom could have used some tlc We ordered our food, which for me was fish and chips and my friend got a club. BTW I was on the fence between the Reuben and fish chips but the waitress recommended the fish and chips so I went with that and I also ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The soup came and I was starving so I dug in and after the first bite was looking for my drink as it was salty as heck. At this point I started having a bad feeling about the food and when my fish and chips showed up my feelings were unfortunately correct. The fish was drenched in oil that was burnt. It was so bad you could smell the burnt oil and even though my plate was full of the oil residue from the fries and fish I tried it. I was totally disgusted and even offered my friend to try it which he did and immediately spit out. I caught the waitress and showed it to her and she immediately apologized even though it had nothing to do with her and she got me a Reuben ordered. Btw the staff was great. The gal tending bar and the waitress who took care of us were great. I also want to add that my friend who ordered the club said it was good. I got the Reuben and again wasn't happy with how it turned out. At which point I asked for check and decided to leave as my stomach was doing hula hoops in disgust. Idk if it was an off day. It is a Sunday around 1pm but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Came out to $50 and imho I could have spent it way better. Idk if I will give it another shot, but who knows. Maybe Jersey Mikes would be safer......

The walls are adorned with really cool photos, plaques, and political memorabilia from the Ashbrook Center. Very nice decor! The food is great: typical American fare with an added touch to break out of the ordinary. Example: I had a triple decker club. It's got the usuals: turkey, ham, bacon...but also a great pesto mayo. Add sweet potato fries and you have a way better than average lunch. Even better: it's still under $10 per person for an entree and drink. The cherry on top is the service. The staff is attentive, cordial, and extremely welcoming. At the time of my visit, there were 2 large groups. In typical restaurant situations, those large groups get a disproportionate amount of attention. But, I was still individually catered to at the Accent Room. And at the end of the meal, since you're doing something nice for yourself, why not end with an AU cookie sundae? Or get a warm cookie to go? Do not skip the cookies!
