Fast food is fast food. I've never had a problem with this location. They've always been accurate and the food has always been hot and fresh. I always place my order online and just arrive at the drive thru and let them know it's an online order. This makes the experience much quicker, plus you can get deals on their app that are only available online ;) read more

You can find this Wendy's easily, in the corner of the A St. intersection. I order through app, and drive thru is never too crazy at this location read more

This place has went downhill since Norma left. Would not go back here again maybe drive to the one across town. I was first told to pull on the side when no one was in back of me so they would get better drive-through times ,then when I got home, no chicken nuggets which I ordered just baked potato and barbecue sauce. read more

First I'd like to give a big shout out to the employees & management at this particular store... Wendy's on A st in Antioch, Ca. Your team is always professional, always seem to be happy & your customer service is great... JUAN & FRANCISCO & THE AWESOME MANAGER WORKING ON 5/6/23 at 6:30pm.....Thank you for making my order so perfect! .... Anyone who has been to this location is very familiar with the continues non-stop it seems, line in the drive-thru that's wrapped around the building... maybe these employees are slow... not the case! The food is always good, hot & fresh! Can you go to other fast food establishments and order garlic fries? Or homemade chili? How about a Strawberry frosty, or square all beef patty? I think not... almost forgot about their baked potatoes....soooo fluffy & good! Unlike a majority of fast food establishments, Wendy's has real food, with real substance, reasonably priced & a great selection for all types of eaters and if you are dining inside I'm sure you'll be pleased at how up to date they keep their stores looking... keep up the great work!! read more

See all

Not only do they give you old food, but the employees are rude as hell . Miguel Cortez to be exact if that was even his name being he didn't have a tag on. But he was medium height, Mexican, low cut & about early 40s & Rude for no apparent reason. I order my food and get to the window and ask is it possible to add something on he snaps back rudely like "you didn't say that" with a bitter ass attitude. I would've kindly took a no I'm sorry. People like that need to be in a warehouse not around people food. Then when I ask for his name he tells me then mockingly asks for mines. Please train your staff. That is not the experience anyone wants to Have before starting a shift their self. read more

Amazing food, chicken nuggets taste so WOW DELICIOUS I come here everyday now and you should to, amazing service

The food was dry and did not have anything. The only thing there was on there was the greasy chicken and barely any lettuce on there. Also the fries were really dry. The service was awful the manager did not want to give us a new burger and he didn't want to because I eat a quarter of the burger. The place was clean but it smelt like Burt food. read more

3/3/2020 - Today for lunch I ordered a single hamburger combo, no cheese with a natural lemonade. I had to do this review because I haven't enjoyed a Wendy's meal in years. Everything was hot and my natural lemonade was everything. A perfect meal on a great Tuesday!!!! I don't live here, and my Wendy's doesn't try this hard to keep their customers happy and coming back!!! This Wendy's had great service as well. They even put our orders in separate bags because all of our burgers were different and they didn't mind giving us a drink tray, because some drive-thru's will NOT offer even if you have four or more drinks, and another drive-thru gripe is napkins; too stingy with them; but not here!! The total was a little stiff, but it was well worth it!!! read more

I like Wendy's for a quick and easy drive thru. The food is good. The employees aren't as friendly as they should be. Even though you having a bad day or hate work put on a happy face. read more

So I went and got Wendy's sausage nuggets for my daughter today because she wanted them for the third time I asked him for extra sauce because every time I get them is more nuggets than sauce. They had nerve to charge me an extra dollar for extra sauce that was a 2 oz cup like for real most places just charge 25 to 50 cents a sauce, like there's more nuggets than sauce, you should change your name is false advertisement I will not begin saucy nuggets ever again.if I could post a 0 rating I would read more

Drive thru always messes up the orders. It's so frustrating. Maybe they need to get their speaker fixed

Wendy's is Wendy's; it's fast food that tastes pretty good and seemingly more "fresh" than some other fast food options. Always enjoy the taste of Wendy's food, but that's not what's getting the 5-stars here. I come here maybe every other week or so specifically during breakfast hours and the employees at this location are the STARS of this review. They speak clearly at the order speaker and no matter who I have interacted with, they are always incredibly polite and kind. Major props to them for being nice (especially in the A.M. when we all would probably rather be in bed) and for delivering such wonderful customer service. Keep it up! You are appreciated! read more

I just want what i pay for. If i order a large fry, i expect a full order of fries. Not half a box. Service is good but i feel like management tells employees to be as stingy as possible with the orders. 2 packs of ketchup for 2 orders of fries and 2 burgers?? Wtf do i do with that? Anyway, i gave you a 4 because i do appreciate having a place to eat after a late shift. But im in going to start giving you a bunch of one stars if this continues to happen. All i want is what i pay for. No more, no less. read more

We haven't had Wendy's in years! Went in and stared at the menu for days! The cashier was really nice and patient. She even helped us by giving suggestions cause I couldn't make up my mind. I wish I saw her name tag. I ordered the 4 pc chicken nuggets for our son, I had the baked cheese and beacon potato. I forgot what my boyfriend ordered other than the chili cheese fries, he had a meal with it too. The chicken nuggets was good, tasted like chicken compared to McDonald's whatever mashed up meat mcnuggets. The cheese & beacon potato was delicious! Hot and fresh, just enough cheese and beacon on top. And I do remember my boyfriend saying the chili cheese fries was really good too! Inside was nice and clean. There was bar stool and tall tables, booths, a lot of places to sit. I guess there used to be a flat screen tv but someone broke in and stole it? That's a damn shame. Outside looks nice as well for its location. The drive through was packed. read more

Wendy's why have you failed me? I used to love your bacon burger and baked cheese potatoes. Seriously!!!! The service kinda stinks. Really bad. Just don't argue with customers when it's your mistake. read more

I normally don't review fast food places but I felt the need to point it out. I went here yesterday night with a friend and I couldn't help but notice how rude the cashier was. I greeted him and he said nothing in return, and just asked for my order, no smile or nothing. My order was finished and he kinda slammed it on the counter with a frown on face. I work in hospitality, so seeing this irks me. If you work with customers at all, you need to treat them right and at LEAST smile and greet them. The milkshake was good though read more

Drove through here on Friday for lunch, only took a few minutes to get my food. I was pleasantly surprised; It was actually a very good burger, better than McDonalds, Burger King or In and Out. The fries were ok, nothing special but not bad. I think next time I crave a burger and can't get out to Hazels I will go here read more

I've never posted a review on Yelp. Every time our family goes to this particular location there's a problem. The order is wrong or they overcharged us. Yesterday the Manager told me $22.57 over the drive-thru speaker, but changed the amount when I got to the window to $25.57. When I asked about the total I was told, no that was the amount. I wasn't given my receipt until my food was handed to me, inside of the bag. Our large family will never return. You made an extra $3 yesterday, but lost a customer. We'll go to the Brentwood location, where I never had a problem with customer service. read more

I remember when they broke ground for this restaurant. The original decor was more like walking into your great-grandmothers living room. It was very antique looking, I miss that decor. They just re-opened this week Dec 16, 2014 after a total renovation. Went-thru the drive-thru and was welcomed by the same folks, was happy to see them all back!. read more

This message is for management at this location as well as corporate. I find it offensive and inappropriate for your order taker at the drive-Thur to speak in a mocking African accent. Half-way through my order he spoke English and then again with his "African" accent . The drive-Thur person also said his name was "Pumba" which he must thought was an appropriate name for someone of African descent. When I approached the pick-up it was a male possibly Hispanic. This person ought to be fired and all the staff NEEDS to attend some racial sensitivity training. His peers and coworkers all thought it was funny. I saw giggles and laughs from everyone visible from the pickup window. This occurred on 5/10/18 around 9-10pm. It is disrespectful and anyone else who went to Wendy's on this date needs to report those assh0le$. read more

I asked for hot crispy fries in my baconattor fries and that's what I got! Everything was hot and yummy! Thank you!

These people are such fuckin idiots. They charged me 30 dollars for my family's food, had the nerve to charge me 50 cents per sour cream for my chili cheese fries and got every fuckin order wrong. Charged me for 4 sour creams and gave me buttermilk ranch instead. Don't come to this place. Drive the extra miles and go to the one on lone tree. They don't try to charge extra for sauce or get your order wrong. Fuckin burger was cold as well. Dam I'm pissed. read more

Did something today that I rarely do. Went to a fast food drive thru for a burger and fries. Had to go to the post office and decided to stop on the way back to get some lunch. Since this is a rare treat for me, I really gave some thought as to where I would go. I thought about Burger King, McDonald's, Jack-in-the-Box, Carl's Jr. and Wendy's. Decided on Wendy's. I ordered their basic burger, the single Dave with cheese and a small order of fries. The burger was not bad, a little on the dry side, and I'm talking about the patty itself not the condiments. There was plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise on it plus one slice of tomato, a couple of pickles, A little bit of lettuce and some red onions. The best part was the bun, it was very soft yet firm and had some texture. The burger didn't taste seasoned with any salt and pepper so it was on the bland side. But, it was ok. The fries on the other hand were very disappointing. They were hot but they weren't crisp or very flavorful. Again, they weren't seasoned and some salt would've helped but the overall flavor and texture of the potato was not good. I don't know where you go for good fast food fries anymore. McDonald's were the best years ago but something has changed over the years. Anyway, back to Wendy's. As far as value goes I thought it was expensive for what I got. A few penny short of $7 for a very basic, not too big burger and a small order of fries that I barely ate. The lady at the drive-through window was very friendly and had a nice smile. The only thing that bugs me about these drive-thru's is that you have to ask for ketchup. Most people eat ketchup with their fries. If fries are ordered they should automatically throw in a couple packs of ketchup in my opinion. I will try somewhere else the next time I get a hankering for some fast food. read more

Just went through the drive through & the girl at the window had such a nasty attitude! Super rude, once we got to the window she had such a nasty look on her face like she hated life. Asked for ranch & she huffed and rolled her eyes. Got my receipt & it said her name was ADRIANA, all I know is she has long braids. Anyways, if you hate your job, chick, go find a new one! Or be nice to your damn customers! read more

I went to Wendy's on A st in Antioch and the lady handed me the cup holder with four cups and I seen something on the cup holder but didn't think nothing of it because it was dark. Got home and it was a freaking roach. I'm so done with fast food, fast food places should be shut down because they are all nasty disgusting. I will also be doin and BBB report. Didn't have time to take pictures or anything because I didn't want the roach to get away in my home so I had to kill it right away. Will never eat there again and you shouldn't either. I wish they had an option to give no stars. read more

We have eaten here many times, I'm finally doing a review. First of all, this place is in a bad location, homeless people congregate here and are in and out of the place. They really need to enforce their no loitering policy. Second, the service is always bad, yesterday, a man had ordered a lot of food and they never told him his food was ready, he was very upset and complained about it, yet the manager said nothing. My wife ordered and had to repeat her order several times because the staff didn't understand English good enough. Unless I absolutely have to, I will not be eating at this Wendy's again. read more

My father went to this Wendy's 4 meals and a kids meal with four drinks. We did receive the JBC $5 menu , when I called the line was busy but after a few attempts I spoke to Esperanza the manager and she told me to come in to make the meal the missed. Went inside , she upsized everything even drink to large (after asking for something after long drive). Another girl happened to come in after me with a drive thru problem as well but Esperanza was very friendly & professional& the inside is really nice with a sign that explains it's for customers only so it's very quiet. But just CHECK your bags at the drive thru read more
