This may be seen as a skewed review because it's not about food service and such. Came here with my dad who was asking me to find a McDonald's as we ran errands. Coffee came quick and to his liking no problem. The biggest deal about the 5* is that as we were exiting we noticed a gentleman with his wheelchair bound sound entering the establishment...one of the staff (you African American lady) swooped over to open the door just as we were about to do the same. THAT was definitely 5star behavior. Fantastic human kindness, Ms. Sonya!!! read more

I'm sick of this McDonald's and I'm never going back. Long drive thru waits, inept staff, and rude managers.

Not 24 hours. Tried on multiple occasions to try and get breakfast on my way in to work at 4am and they "are not taking orders"

Service mostly get rid of the kiosks put people back it took me 30 minutes to get a hamburger and a drink and not because it's busy

It's seems like the workers here are upset they work here? Came to get breakfast but got there too early before 4 and was told to wait till 4. Once 4am came around no one wanna answer and then get told to wait even longer. Waited a whole 25 mins for absolutely nothing. Incredibly terrible service read more

This place sucks. I ordered two meals today and asked for a packet of Big Mac sauce. My Big Mac and my spicy chicken deluxe had no sauce on either of them and we didn't get the extra packet of sauce. My food was also cold and this isn't the first time it's happened here. I'm not coming here ever again. read more

This store was DISCUSSING the floor and chair were so gross I can't express in words don't even get me started on the costumer service I went to get my order seeing it on the counter and then showed my receipt she said wait till it comes out I DONT EVEN TAKE 2 STEPS AWAY AND SHE CALLED MY ORDER OUT my friend asked for no tater sauce on her fish fillet (cuz she's weird) AND THEY GAVE HER EXTRA I asked for onions and pickles they gave me ONE PIKLE AND THREE TINY ONIONS the burger was CHEWY (why is the burger chewy is what my friend said when she took a bite) the store smelled like a 12 year old boys room and looked like a murder scene over all NEVER COME HERE IF U WANT FOOD EATING OUT OF THE TRASH WOULD BE BETTER read more

McDonald's - My thumbs down because it was so bad - Fast Food Near Me - Antioch, California

I am a regular at this McDonald's , and the service is normally pretty okay. Tonight I went through the drive thru around 1 am and when I received my order I asked the worker for more sauce and if I can get my ice cream remade because it was very melted. The worker in a rude manner said I already gave you sauce in the bag ill give you one more but the rest you have to pay , which was fine with me , she then gives me the sauce rudely and shuts the window. when we waited for her to come back she was very rude when we asked her to remake the ice cream cone she said it's gonna be melted , so I told her can you jus put it in a cup , she proceeded to do so very rudely and when we asked her for her name she was not wanting to provide a name at all. Her name is Yvette. Worst service ever don't think I'll be returning to the McDonald's again. read more

This McDonalds is redeemed. Left speaker works good now. Appears to have had some sort of remodel. I pulled in right behind 3 cars and expected to wait forever, but actually got my order pretty quick. What do they call it when you keep doing the same thing and expect different results? Well in this case, I'm going to keep coming here! Mobile app is super convenient with lots of deals. read more

Believe all these reviews. This McDonald's location SUCKS! My order is never right, you order something only to find out they're out. Burgers are never cooked completely. No one is helpful. No longer giving this location my business. #BeBetterMcDonalds read more

I came in to the McDonald's on Mahogany and I went to pay for a clients food with his own cash and the cashier (didn't get her name) but she told me his order was $11.84 and my client only had $10 or so so I was going to pay the $1 or so on my personal card and she charged me the full $11.84 on my card and didn't give me my clients money back. I don't think she understood because I tried asking why are you charging me $11.84 on my card I said I'd pay whatever didn't cover his purchase. I didn't make a scene I wouldn't have got anywhere even if I did. read more

The lady was super nice and very kind to me and my family I loved coming here for ever

Again, service is nonexistent. My husband had a diabetic issue because they served him real sugar after he asked for sugar-free coffee. We spoke with the manager, and since then the person who works the shift has been consistently adding real sugar to his coffee. We live next door. He buys coffee at 4:30 am - there is only a drive through- and he gets the same server each time! This has been going on for several months. At this point, we have to assume this is being done on purpose. Real sugar had made my diabetic husband vomit on several occasions- he is on a low carb diabetes control diet and medication. When he called and asked to speak to the manager- they hung up on him. The same person who hung up on him, also told him that she doesn't care what happens to him(he mentioned he is diabetic). read more

I took my one year old inside to burn a little energy at the Mohagony location. The entire play area was so dirty you can tell no one has cleaned in months from the build up. The actual play structure inside smelled like urine. We were there for about 20/30 mins and no one ever stopped to clean anything. Ordered the Fish Filet & a medium diet soda. Received a 20 piece chicken nuggets, two ten packs and a large sweet tea. Didn't discover this grave discrepancy till on the road! After reading the reviews here on Yelp! I'm not sure why I even bother anymore. This trying to support these establishments where no one seems to give a shit, is a complete waste of my money, my time and effort to try helping keeping our economy going! The lack of caring is why there's this huge negative about raising minimum wage! If these children don't want to work... Don't! Zero stars for this location. How do you put 3 meals into one bag? All fast food put meals into separate bags. I have never been to a fast joint that put meals into a single bag. I have tried to go to this place two days in a row. Both days I have used mobile order. I arrive at the drive through and they tell me the system is down and I need to pay in cash. I mobile ordered so McDonalds has my money and they refuse to refund my money. I spoke to a manager why this happened two days in a row and she tells me she not going to talk to me, slams the window shut and walks away. I drive back around to ask for the store managers name and they refuse to give it to me. if this place shuts down in the next year, I can see why. bad food, bad customer service and they are in the worst part of town. McDonalds, you need to send your employees and managers to customer service training and refund my money. Will not do business here again and I hope you chose to as well! read more

If I were you I'd go somewhere else! Service here SUCKS! Does not matter when you make the mistake of going to this McDonald's make sure you have pleasantly of time to spare! I usually will go through the drive thru thinking it will be faster but on average I'll spend 20-30 minutes in line before even getting to the first window (pay window). Tonight only three cars in line, and no one inside the store so I figured it might be faster to go inside where there's NO LINE. I was so wrong! I stood at the register for about TEN minutes to watch four employees leisurely walking about prepping the drive thru foods. One employee looked up and said "He'll be right with you". I walked over to a part of the counter where I could see the cooks, there was 6 employees on duty and not one of them was tending to the in house customer(s). Totally ridiculous! If I were you go somewhere else! Service here SUCKS! read more

Not only are they extremely slow at getting your order and through the line, I got my food through the first payment window. However, the car in front of me didn't and was still waiting at the second window. I had to wait another good ten minutes behind that car until I was able to leave. Wtf. Worst drive thru ever.
