If I were you I'd go somewhere else! Service here SUCKS! Does not matter when you make the mistake of going to this McDonald's make sure you have pleasantly of time to spare! I usually will go through the drive thru thinking it will be faster but on average I'll spend 20-30 minutes in line before even getting to the first window (pay window). Tonight only three cars in line, and no one inside the store so I figured it might be faster to go inside where there's NO LINE. I was so wrong! I stood at the register for about TEN minutes to watch four employees leisurely walking about prepping the drive thru foods. One employee looked up and said "He'll be right with you". I walked over to a part of the counter where I could see the cooks, there was 6 employees on duty and not one of them was tending to the in house customer(s). Totally ridiculous! Trust the review ratings, this is by far the worst fast food restaurant with the most incompetent employees. I ordered a 10pc chicken McNugget meal (medium), and a Big Mac meal (large), they gave me one medium drink and one large drink, then when they gave me the food, they were both medium fries. I brought it to the ladies attention and she told me no, I only ordered a large drink. I tried rationalizing with her and she had to get someone else, explained, and she still argues with me. She pointed to the receipt, pointing to the "M" on meal, and saying that means I get medium fries, also trying to use the "M" for meal on the chicken McNugget order, saying that it would be an "L" if it was a large. I tried explaining that the "M" is the first letter in the word "meal" and she still argued with me...over french fries! Are you kidding me? First you're gonna short me, then argue with me when you get called out? The manager of this location should be embarrassed to pick up a paycheck. (Written a few weeks ago, just getting around to posting) Received friendly service during my first and possibly last visit to this location's drive-thru, sadly my experience was marred by onions. Yup, onions. They were incredibly accommodating with my special request of 2 Egg Biscuits without sausage, egg whites and white cheddar cheese. I eat these quite often and have never had an issue until today. I took my first bite and all I could taste was onions! My lips swelled up and my entire mouth started to itch. I have a slight allergy to onions so avoid them, plus I abhor the way they taste. My companion, a person who will usually eat just about anything, including onions, attempted to eat my unwanted sandwiches but couldn't get past two bites because as he put it, "there's something wrong with them." Food: I actually enjoyed their Mango Pineapple smoothie. I guess I have to thank the broken shake machine. It was tasty and soothing for my throat. I usually order their McChicken Sandwiches. It was salty today. Strange! As for breakfast, their sausage egg with biscuit and sausage egg with McMuffin were decent. The big breakfast with hot cakes were pretty good. However, you have to make sure that they give you some butter before you leave the restaurant. Drive Thru & Service: The drive thru has two lanes. It is pretty convenient. Worst McDonald! MANAGEMENT need to train their employees. It all starts with good managers to have good employees! First off, we ordered 2 large fries, both fries are not filled (amount of fries inside are for medium size). Second, 2 hot fudge sundae were halfway full as well and they do not have nuts (was informed that it's unavailable). Third, manager was on her phone and busy looking at her phone while working and did not even glance at the customers inside the restaurant. There were at least 3 people waiting. Fourth, I informed one of the staff regarding our fries and she said someone will give us a large fries to compensate for it, but they never did. I have to ask them 2nd time about the problem and I waited for it so that I can get it. Finally the lady that helped me with it actually was apologetic about it and gave us extra and said sorry (I praised her for it, I wish I know her name to commend her). As for the manager who is in charge at this time, June 30th at 6pm, should be more alert and show more leadership rather than looking at your phone and train your employees so that this restaurant can get a better review! I am scolding the manager because I am 100% sure you were not even aware of what happened and you were only 6 feet away from the counter. You did not even glance or did any customer service. Well this place is not located in the best area but kids an teenagers are addicted to this place. It's always busy at this location but they have two lanes that connect into one that makes it seem like the like is shorter. My son likes the chicken nuggets . It's getting a little pricey for fast food. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal and wanted to be charged the difference for a milk shake. The guy said we couldn't I don't see why not if you're paying for it. This location has failed to attend to the needs of their customers individually. For the second time we ordered our food and we upgraded our meal to large and drink from our to a strawberry banana smoothie. When we received our meal they did not input the proper size for the drink in the register so we received a medium. But everything else was large, and when we mentioned this to the employee they did not make eye contact and continued to work on the next order. They simply said "it showed as a medium", but without trying to find a solution to our situation they turned around and started grabbing for the next customer. Because we already waited as long as. I walked in with my daughter who had a DOOR DASH order. The customer in front of us was an elderly man with a cane waiting and a African American woman at the counter. 20 mins went by and the lady at the counter was finally helped. The Door Dash order my daughter had finally got address ( only one person at counter (new)). Next, I got my coffee made. No one greeted us when we came in. Then a customer with curbside order came in cause he was waiting 20 mins already. Hr was there before my daughter and I walked in the restaurant. Last night was one of the worst experiences I've ever had . I come here almost every other day . As I was pulling up to McDonald's I see that it's packed so I decided to order on the McDonald's app for curbside pick up . It just thought it'll be easier that way because when I was working in the fast food industry we were taught dine in orders need to be made first then handed out . So as I was waiting for my order I would say 10 minutes has passed and I get a notification on my phone that my order was handed out when i didn't even receive my food . I didn't see anyone come out of the door and the drive through line was getting longer . I then called McDonald's but no luck . I found out that the employees disconnected the phone so the line was "Busy" it just kept beeping . I'm not sure if I should contact corporate for this behavior .at this point 30 minutes pass & there is 2 people working doordash and they are outside trying to get the workers attention by knocking on the door because it's locked but the employees are ignoring them . I seen that one of the doordash workers finally got an employees attention I asked her what did the employee say , She replied " I have to go to the drive through to receive the order " and there was a long line . So she left . 10 more minutes pass and I see that the line is short so I go in the drive through I told the employee I ordered off the mobile app and never got my food . Obviously I went to the drive through. I asked for a chocolate shake, vanilla shake, double quarter pounder with cheese and a fried chicken sandwich. First off she told me she didn't have chocolate chip shakes. I explained that I didn't order that and said chocolate shake. She said ok. She told me the price and to pay at the first window, which I did. When I got to the pick up window there was a chocolate shake, a fried chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger and no vanilla shake. I asked where the other shake was and was told that I wasn't charged for one. I said I'd like to get one and was told to get in line. I asked why and was told, that was how it worked. When I got home I realized that the order taker charged me for a double cheese, not what I ordered. The fried chicken had a dried out stale bun. In these days of Covid 19, I would think that ALL restaurants would do their best to sell as much quality food as they can. McDonalds has got competition for the same type of food very close... you'd think they would strive to get the orders correct. I doubt I'll be back there. read more

This place is great because of the play area but it seems like they are not checking the expiration dates or the quality and safety of their food. On May 6 i bought a happy meal for my baby girl with milk and when i opened the milk i noticed a sour smell to it. I tasted to make sure and it was sour. The smell was faint though. I noticed the date and it was dated for that day May 6. I asked for a new one and they gave me the same dated milk. I opened it and same exact thing. So i asked for another with a different date. They went to a different fridge with milk dated for May 12. They still had a lot of the May 6 milk and i couldn't believe that they wouldn't dispose of the spoiled dated milk. I can't imagine what else is expired and they are still cooking and serving to people and specially the kids. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Never been to this location HOWEVER. I waited in line for 30 mins with no one answering the intercom. Come to find out they where closed when the sign says 24 hours and instead of telling the 15 plus customers in line that they were closed they HID behind walls and refused to come to the window and started laughing and giggling. We found out by someone who had to get out of their car and go into the place that they were closed and then told the whole line instead of the workers. VERY SAD AND DISRESPECTFUL SHITTY PEOPLE. This place has clean restrooms, a play place which is two stories high, and the lobby is clean. Drive through is busy around 2, if you do order through a kiosk they won't bring your food to you, not sure if this is certain locations or all but lately taking a number does nothing. Last time I was here they forgot my fries, this time the second drink and the lettuce on the burger. I get they get busy, and it's probably not intended to be forgotten but stressed due to high demand at the present time. It's hard to get staffs attention, so I forwent the lettuce even though I paid .49 for it. Also it seems attention to detail is not likely during this time, my ticket said eat in and it was in a bag to go. In order for any business to function properly a company needs to train their employees and have them fully staffed to support a well maintained business. It seems the workers are coping, but the service is effected by lack of proper staffing. read more

I came here to get a happy meal with a minion toy train for a child. I asked the lady if they had the minion train toy BEFORE I ordered and I was assured that we could get one. Well we get the meal and I check and see the wrong toy. I go back and ask for the correct one and I'm told they don't have that one. It wouldn't be to big of a problem except they charged me for a mighty kids meal instead of a happy meal. Also this child is undergoing chemo therapy and is not eating well at all. I just wanted the toy which I NEW would make him happy since he's had a rough treatment and is not feeling good at all. This place has been horrible almost since it's opening. I've watched the grand opening fan fare of this place sadly and slowly degrade to a place where dirty shoeless people are allowed to rummage through the garbage inside the dinning area. Thank goodness for hand sanitizer. The store manager seems a little too nice for his own good. Where he should be thinking of the dinning experience of his paying customers, he's being super sweet to the homeless or drug attics who are taking up space and making the whole thing uncomfortable for families. The food is what it is. I'm a fan of the pancake. The coffee is pretty good too. Especially when it's $1 for any size. This place should be closed down, even though it's been through a remodel, and left to corporate to run.
