Service is quick, touch screen ordering, but the popcorn chicken is weird. Breading is not standard for popcorn chicken, which in itself is not a deal-breaker, but it also felt like a poor breading to chicken ratio-- far too much breading, like I could feel my arteries clogging before I could taste the chicken. Maybe that's the fad now and I just missed it?

While we were eating, I got the opportunity to observe several employees in action. One employee stood out. While most employees just speedily wipe down the tables and sweep the debris onto the floors. Edgar not only cleaned the tops of the tables, but also the back rests and seats, and even the tops of the trashcans!!! That level of attention to detail I greatly appreciated. I thought he was the shift manager given how much he was doing!! Not only that, he was the only employee I heard acknowledging and greeting guests. Edgar deserves all the praise! I come here maybe 2-3x a month, Food here has really been on point!! Fresh HOT crispy and juicy chicken tenders! My favorite Cane's location hands down!

The pickled veggies and jalapeños get the Jefferson role--a little tang, a little heat. And that sauce has to be the man from Mount Vernon, George Washington, bringing everyone together. As you can tell, I'm a big Hamilton fan, and now I'm an even bigger fan of Banh Mi Hoa Phat.

They gave a rude, insincere apology and defensively asked, "What do you want us to do about it?" instead of proactively fixing the situation. They ultimately agreed to replace the sandwiches--likely only because other customers were nearby--but their behavior afterward was incredibly unprofessional. While waiting for the remakes, I overheard the staff talking badly about us behind our backs, claiming we were "accusing them" and that the hair didn't come from their kitchen. Instead of taking genuine accountability and ensuring food safety standards were met, the team chose to insult and gossip about paying customers. Replacing the food does not make up for treating customers with hostility and disrespect. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise management to review both their kitchen sanitation practices and staff customer service training.

Now that I've dined here, I can include in my future panels for the Barometz dish! No one will understand a single thing I've said in this paragraph so you can skip to the next one. It's located in a busy plaza, so you can always do the hack of parking elsewhere and walking in or braving the PvP zone of the above parking lot or the underground parking pit. Lots of people are driving aggressively here without looking, so be careful. M JOY is a fairly small restaurant with a limited number of tables, but they do have a paper wait list outside. Be prepared to wait if you have a big party or if you go during a lunch or dinner rush. Lots of people order to go, if that works for you. It also gets quite warm in that restaurant even with the light AC on and the fans running, especially for a hot August afternoon. You order through a QR code and you can pay through it too or call over a server. My Internet connection was horrendous here for some reason, so I had to rely on the technology of others. Service was efficient and polite. Called him over a couple times to refill water since it was such a hot day. The meals were meant for a single person and it was more than enough to feed 4 adults who haven't eaten all day yet and still have a bit of food leftover too. Both came with a bowl of lamb soup that had bits of lamb in it and daikon. Nice rich lamb flavor, but not mega heavy for a broth type soup. The meat is served with carrot rice as the carb and it's a bit oily, but yummy and addicting to eat. It's one of my favorite types of rice dish to indulge in. The plates also come with slides which include pickled (I believe) red onions and carrots and some chili oil for dip. Great to add extra flavor, kick, and textures to an already delicious dish. The menu isn't expansive, but it's one of those cases where the restaurant focuses solely one something and does an amazing job of carrying it out. Will come back again!

And a lot was sold out when I went, which just shows me it is tasty and popular.

Short story Manager (elder asian man) and the cashiers didn't know how to process the MobilePay order until the supervisor came in to take my order. This was second time I visited with the same situation, same Manager different supervisor. Fun Fact: Wendy's MobilePay came out in 2014. MobilePay (Add digital/physical Wendy's Gift Card to App) Long story First visit was in April 2018, In the early afternoon I try to buy Dave Single via MobilePay, but the elder asian cashier and the other cashier didn't know how to process my order. (I have no idea if he was a manager then.) There was female supervisor close enough for him to call her over to helped him out. My order was processed via MobilePay. This wasn't a big deal, I was hoping the supervisor would teach them so it won't happen the next time. 2nd visit End of Sept 2018, There was 2 coupon offers on the app I wanted. 1. One time only you get free half size salad of your choice with any purchase. 2.Everyday of the month Sept 2018, you get free Dave's Single with any purchase. At Wendy's afternoon 1:30pm. The cashier was the same elder asian man from April. He was nice to me at first. I wanted the limited time Southwest chicken salad and Frosty Jr choco via MobilePay. He tried 3 times entering the 6 digit code and even show me he was getting error in the machine. The machine say exceeding amount, but I have enough on MobilePay to cover the cost. I told him 2 times to override the system, because that's what you do when you get these kinds of errors. The manager was telling me his shift was almost over and to hurry up. He then say their restaurant location don't do MobilePay. In that moment I know he full of it and sprouting lie. He said I was being difficult and that I was getting a good deal and just pay cash. So i pay cash unwilling. Sept is nearly over, I want to get in on the free Dave's Single at least once, I order Frosty Jr vanilla. I wanted him to tried the MobilePay again for this 2nd order, but still not going through. When I tried to tell him about the first visit incident in April but he kept talking over me. I told him I wanted to speak with the manager, and he said he was the manager. Obviously i didn't mean him I meant another person in charge. He called one of the worker in the back, I think she takes orders via drive-thru. She didn't know how to process my order via MobilePay too. I notice some workers staring at me because of the situation. It already seems clear to me that no one there knew how to process via MobilePay. Then I see the manager's superior walking in from the inside. He was told by the manager of the issue and the supervisor processed my order via MobilePay with no issue. It left the manager SPEECHLESS. I told the supervisor that he needed to teach the manager how to operate the MobilePay payment. The manager left without apologizing to me. The supervisor was the only one who apologize and tells me there's was 'No problem' repeatedly. Few mins later I even asked the supervisor if he could refund me the first order and to charge me via MobilePay. (Sure it might seem like a hassle but when you have a Wendy's gift card, you use that first right! I didn't say it out loud). At first he told me the order was already completed and ask me why, i told him because the manager suggested that I pay via cash. The supervisor didn't seemed to budge but gave in right away and got my refund money and charged me via MobilePay. On a side note, the young cashier offer me croutons for the salad. At first i didn't know because i was still iff because of what went down with the manager. The young cashier shows me the croutons and I happy accepted. Final Thoughts 1 star for manager because he learn nothing from April and Sept. 4 star for supervisor, Marking 1 star cuz he fail to teach the employees MobilePay issue. Overall Total 2.5 Stars, in the end i got what i wanted,with bad service. An apology from Supervisor. IMO, the manager should be the one apologizing. PS. Why is the Elderly Asian man a manager when he doesn't know how to process MobilePay? I don't want anyone fired over this, I want all cashiers to learn how to process via MobilePay. So the next visit would go smooth without the same issues within every visit. Most people would never come back or leave negative feedback, but no, I am different, I recommend this location only if you use the Wendy's app to check the coupon offers and getting a Wendy's gift card and adding to the app to pay via MobilePay. I want more customers to do this because it seems like i'm the only one uses MobilePay or else they would've learned by now, but they didn't. Take your order via MobilePay. read more

THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR. THEY DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT YOU!!!! THEY ARE RUDE AS HELL AND SHOULD GO TO HELL!!!! This is the second time I've been to this wendy's at night, the wait time is horrible, I spent TEN minutes at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order. The guy at the cashier had the guts to tell me that he just finished helping his customer and then he helped me. THE WORST PART IS THAT THERE WASN'T A CAR IN FRONT OF ME AND HE WAS A SHIFT MANAGER!!!! DUDE CAN'T EVEN TELL TIME. The customer service is bad. The tall Hispanic male employee with a monotone voice was very rude to me. I was ordering food inside and he refused to fill my drinks. He told me to do it by myself, but that is his job. They have soda machines inside the kitchen but was being lazy. He also got my order wrong. This Wendy's also does not give plastic bags even though they have plastic bags. They hide the plastic bags under the counter. When I go to the Wendy's in Atlantic Blvd, they always give me a plastic bag. This Wendy's needs to give plastic bags because they're easier for customers to hold. read more

Wendy's food is OK. They advertise FREE WIFI outside but it really does not work. Moreover, the manager doesn't know much about it and spoke a lot of nonsense. Worse yet, he came out to address this issue and he smelled. Service overall is good but can not have WIFI not working when you put a banner outside promoting it. read more

Particularly, the little girl who worked at the front cashier today at around 7:00pm-7:15pm , 8/17/26 . Yes if you're reading this little girl , clean up your act ; if you don't like your job . Find another job so another person can make the orders right . Avoid this location if you want your burger to be the wrong order . Now if I ever do come back to this location , I should always open up each burger and make sure it's right . Or else I'll tell them to remake each burger. Geez , do we really have to do this as customers ? Where did that amazing inn and out customer service go ? I think it's just the little kids who work here . Need more mature workers to run this location .

Both were really jolly which makes our dine-in experience better. Food is always yummy and made really well here. Yaki beef is there new protein option, savory version of the original beef (Guyon ?) comes with spicy oil (add on fee 0.50). Highly recommend if you like more seasonings on your protein.
