Update: they rebuilt the worst Wendy's in the solar system! The floors are clean! The walls are clean! The tables are.... Still dirty! The builder did not install a furnace. It is 39 outside and 46 the dining room. They still got my order wrong. The cashier was happy to swap out the two things they made wrong (I didn't order special, I know better) - this was simply the wrong items. But as this friendly exchange was occurring, the cook made sure to run up from the back of the kitchen and angrily scold both me and the cashier for attempting to bring this wrong order back up to the counter it was just served from. The staff aren't tentative to the customers coming in, the food is not hot and they don't ever have chocolate frosty's (first world problems yes I'm aware, but when I get a frosty I want it to be flavored). I went to this Wendy's, knowing it's history, I thought that maybe they changed and got new management and new employees, but they didn't. I ordered 10 piece nugget meal and the chicken nuggets were good, but when I got the fries and took one bite out of them, they were rock solid. I then had to go to McDonald's, ironically, the Mcdonald's was right next to the Wendy's and I went there and got some fries and I was really annoyed. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I normally place a mobile order when I go to Wendy's locations and typically have no issues. However, today while sitting in the parking lot, I placed my order, waited for a minute or two and went to the drive thru as the app instructed me. When I went to the speaker and tell them I had a mobile order, the lady was extremely rude from the jump. I checked prior to see if I had the right location which I did and she kept cutting me off and used a rude tone claiming they didn't have a mobile order. I kept trying to tell her that I placed the order a minute ago and she CONTINUED to be rude, raised her tone and cut me off. They already withdrew the money and I had a receipt as well. Just ordered three biggie bags two Frostys and an Asiago spicy chicken sandwich meal and they forgot to put a nugget a whole biggie bag and my whole chicken sandwich meal in the bags and the woman at the counter pocketed my $20 bill I will never eat at Wendy's again. There were no customers cars in the parking lot. They told me I had to come inside to order food. I couldn't order at the drive-through. I placed a mobile order and they told me to pull up past the window as I waited 15 minutes to get my food. They apologized and made an excuse that they were short staffed. The Nuggets were cold, the fries were cold, and the hamburger patties were overdone and barely warm. What a SH!T SHOW. This location needs shut down! Initially while walking up to the location after we parked in the very small parking lot. We were welcomed by I would say about 20 cigarette butts up the walkway of the entrance at the location. Once inside there probably about three other customers eating in the dining area we're pretty much the first in line so we place our order fairly quickly the cashier was nice, and the food order was taken properly and called fairly quickly. But the cleanliness inside this location could've also used a lot more help there a few tables that were not cleaned, the soda vending machine area looked fairly dirty around it and the floors could have use a little bit more cleaning. I did however enjoy the spicy nuggets from here, as they had a little kick to them. read more

Before about a year ago, this location seemed fairly consistent. However, something happened drastically to the quality. The staff either got changed around or stopped caring. My family's food looked as if they sloppily threw everything together. A cheeseburger looked chucked in a bag. They tried it one last time a few months ago to give them the benefit of the doubt. A salad was not good quality. It was missing ingredients and there was a giant core and nothing but scrap ends of lettuce. A burger was cold and missing cheese. The last 5 times I went there, they could not manage to get my order right. The folks do not provide napkins and spoons, and often leave out parts of the order. Consistently the worst customer service, ever!! A typical visit doesn't include a greeting or ThankYOU, just an abrupt voice telling you to place your order. On several occasions, while arriving far before closing time, but later at night, I've been blatantly ignored at the drive up as if they were just choosing to not work. I would sit for several minutes for a greeting and receive none so I'd leave. I've filled out several receipt surveys and asked to have Wendy's contact me and they never have. Unfortunately for me I do like the food and this is the only location near my house. Words of advice, don't waste your time at this location if it's after 9pm. Wendy's 'used' to be one of our favorite fast food restaurants, however, after the treatment both our daughters family and I just received by the manager 'Connie', we will NEVER patronize that restaurant again. I have written the District Manager and can only hope they investigate. Wrong and missing food (so many times) as if that's not bad enough the manager spoke to our daughter terrible, then slammed the drive through window on our her while she was speaking. This particular Wendy's is unlike the others, and I don't mean that in a good way. Until a few months ago, I don't remember it being that bad. What I can tell you is that now they are consistently bad. Crazy slow. They don't thank you. In fact on my two most recent visits to the drive through, neither the person who took my money nor the person who gave me my food said a single word to me. They don't give or offer a receipt. If you ask for it they look at you like you're crazy. The food is usually ok, but today both of the burgers I ordered were way over cooked- literally crispy except in the very center.
