So I usually have a decent experience at this location but today the food wasn't great and neither was the service. If you are racist towards white people don't work in customer service. Went to this same location the day before and the girl was so nice. Today this woman with multicolored dread locks (older woman) was rude as hell. Just shoved my stuff at me and didn't say anything. I worked at Burger King back in the day and it's not that hard to be nice. Just another prime example of this companies hiring crap workers. Do better. I don't care what race you are just be nice geez. In regard to the food my whopper had two big hard clumps of lettuce in it. You are supposed to break it up so it's loose before putting it on. I would skip this place for breakfast and stick to just lunch and dinner. Went through the drive-they and ordered two Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissanwich meals with hash brown rounds and coffees. Firstly, they didn't put the hash brown rounds in the bag and I when I realized it, I was 2 miles down the freeway. I had to get off on the Massillon exit, turn around, drive back and pick up the hash browns. Hassle. Then when I got to my mother's house to share the meal with her, we both found that our sandwiches were not properly cooked. The bacon was not crispy at all. In fact, the bacon was raw, with raw white fat all throughout. And the bacon was cold. Undercooked pork can cause people to become very sick. The coffee and hash browns were decent. I prefer French Roast or Colombian beans, and they use Arabica. No problem, we just added a little creamer. It's just really disappointing to have undercooked/raw bacon on a breakfast sandwich and have to peel it off and throw it away. It should be the standard within the industry to make sure all pork products are cooked thoroughly and the bacon should be crispy. I would watch your lunch/evening foods to make sure the bacon on the burgers is properly cooked. read more

Had a late dinner here one evening - ordered the Chicken Club - had them add Onions and Cheese to the Sandwich - with a medium order of Onion Rings and a small Diet Coke. It was past 9:00 pm when I arrived. I was the only customer present, although they had a number of Drive Thru customers. They cooked my Sandwich to order - which means that the chicken would be hot, fresh, and crispy. The Sandwich was hot and tasty. Unfortunately, the Onion Rings were only luke warm. They should have cooked me some fresh rings to go with the Sandwich. They were still crispy - just not nearly as good as they could have been. I usually go through the drive-thru here, but ate in this time. The staff is not friendly, no thank you or anything like that. As little interaction as possible. I know young girls, maybe first job, but still could be taught to be more pleasant to deal with. It doesn't encourage you to go back when they have attitudes. Also I ordered for inside (not that I was asked) and got my meal in a bag. I hate that when places put everything in bags to go even if eating there. I guess they don't like cleaning up trays, but too bad. Even so, If I had wanted a bag, there weren't any napkins provided in it. Again lazy. McDonalds has improved their customer service, but seems Burger King is still in the dark ages. A shame because I prefer the food at BK, but treatment like that doesn't encourage me to revisit. read more

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Not only did they claim they did not have my order but when I went inside and showed them my mobile order, they had the audacity to lie to my face and tell me I am at the wrong Burger King. If I could give negative stars I would. I have been to this Burger King location numerous times and EVERY time they get my order wrong. I end up having to go back through the drive through just for them to straighten out my order. This final time I went however was the absolute worst. First and foremost they got my order wrong- which is no surprise. They can't distinguish between a small, medium, and large. They repeat the order back to you correctly but then what's actually in your bag is not accurate. Strike one, but we are used to this so whatever. When we got home, we opened my husbands sand which and it was bacon instead of sausage. Strike two. But then it was cold. Not just room temperature, but actually cold. Strike three. Finally....the final straw on this was when opened my sandwich and there was a curly hair in it. Every single piece of our food went in the trash. In hindsight we thought about the fact that nobody in there wears proper hair nets and their hair is just everywhere. This place is disgusting. Don't ever go there. It should be shut down. read more

The weekday lunch staff are great. The last time I was there, an elderly lady with a cane and neck brace. The counter staff didn't just carry her tray for her, but got her drink, napkins, and condiments. All without slowing down the line.
