Had a good experience at this McDonald's. The Manager was friendly and attentive. Ordered the dinner box and they brought it out on trays, but I explained my husband and I were going to eat our chicken nuggets and fish sandwich onsite, but take the rest home for my son. He went and grabbed the box and apologized for the inconvenience. It was nothing I am capable of putting the box together and adding the food to it myself. I think the employees at this McDonald's should be treated with respect and they deserve it. The store was clean as well. read more

Usually this store does pretty good but recently the quality has TANKED. Shake i ordered was liquid-y, barely any whipped cream on top. Fries were soft and soggy. I ordered 2 mcdoubles and got 2 regular cheeseburgers, wrapped up like mcdoubles?? I mean come on, do better. read more

I ordered a 10 peice meal with 4 BBQ sauces and a large sweet tea. They gave me 2 cheeseburgers and no BBQ sauce. They closed by the time I realized I had the wrong food. The fries were dry and cold, definitely not made within a few hours. If this is their service then they should just close. The restaurant industry is 100 percent service. While staying at a nearby hotel I walked over for breakfast. The posted dining room hours were 8am to 10pm, so I left and came back at 8:15. Still closed, employee came out to deliver drive through food, and told me the dining room wasn't open, nor could I order at the drive through. She seemed happy that I wasn't going to get breakfast there. The restaurant appeared as well staffed as any other, just not interested in serving customers I guess. read more

I've visited this location many times. They always seem to work pretty fast despite the line wrapped around the building. During Covid the drive-through remains open. The first window is dedicated for payment with contactless payment option . Picture attached. The gentleman wore a mask, gloves and was super friendly as he was in charge of both ringing in the orders and collecting payment. The second window appeared more hectic. read more

I ordered using an online app from McDonalds.Around the time I went to check in I noticed the lights were all off before 9pm.-I wasn't sure what that meant for my order.The app gave me no options and sent my order to a location 20 to 25 minutes away and not any of another few much closer.I didn't want to drive that far and didn't feel that was right that they would expect that.I got an alert that my payment went through and I was mad.I emailed corporate asking for my money back.Days later they finally responded.Nothing about we are sorry for what happened.Just wanting more info and I have 72 hours to respond.Fortunately my money was refunded already before I got the email.I am offended and find it bad business. read more

I stop here often after birding in the area, mostly just to visit the ladies room or get a Coke to go. Yesterday I had lunch. Not very busy, maybe 3 people ahead of me, but the staff made it all look like a HUGE production. No one got their food right away. People standing around waiting for their number to be called. Still waiting after filling their own cups from the pop machines. Got my quarter pounder, and the bun was stale. I think these things through. Someone picked up the bun, felt it was stale, still put it through the machine that toasts it, still put the totally overcooked, dried out hamburger patty on it, still put it in the container, still put it on the serving tray, still handed it to me to eat. She was very rude about it and not nice at all, all she had to do was say thanks for choosing McDonald's but we're currently still closed sorry for the inconvenience! Why has it been over 50 times in the last 2 years that you don't turn your parking lot lights on at night nor your McDonald's sign up front to attract business? Why are your employees always having conversations with their friends the counter? These conversations can go on for one hour or more. Why do employees eat at the front counter I don't know is a customer whether or not they're on the clock or off the clock but they should not be eating or people are ordering. Whomever the franchise owner is needs to get in your during the evening and see how this place is run. For god sakes wipe the dinning room tables down. read more

The women at the window on the bigger side, did not want to let us know our order since I knew it was messed up but she didn't care at all. When we asked her a question she said look at your recipe and turned her face and didn't wanna discuss anymore , dont go here for the service but the food is good . The weekday lunch staff is great. Store is very clean, orders are always correct. They seem to really care about doing a good job.
