Burger was good. They didn't give us my chili, and the Cinnamon roll was so old it was dry all the way through.

Tips: - This eatery is on DoorDash…read more - The double turkey burger is excellent. I came to this plaza originally for Caribou Coffee. After fetching my drink, I did a brief tour to check out what businesses were here. I noticed My Burger. I made a note to drop by. After the blizzard, I broke out from hibernation in my hotel room and dug my rental vehicle out of a foot of snow with a snowbrush. I placed an order on DoorDash sitting in my vehicle after I was done digging out my vehicle nearly an hour later. I then headed over to this eatery to pick up my lunch. I got these items: - Double turkey burger (fried onions, ketchup, sweet pickles, and garlic aioli) - Coleslaw - Mexican Coke I got an estimated time to pick up my order. I got there early, as it was five minutes away by car. I went to pick up my drink order from Caribou Coffee before backing into a parking spot steps away from My Burger's entrance. My Burger is a local chain in the Twin Cities. It has apparently been around since 2004 and prides itself on using fresh ingredients. When my order was ready, I walked in. I got the most pleasant, cheerful man behind the counter. I let him know that I had a DoorDash order under my name. He nodded and brought out a paper bag. He then took a bottle of Mexican Coke from the fridge. He let me know that the Mexican Coke didn't have a twist-off cap on the bottle. He asked me whether I wanted it removed now or later. I went with having him remove it for me, as I may not have brought my bottle opener with me. I joked that I didn't want to try prying it off with my teeth, which made him laugh. He handed me my bottle without a cap. I thanked him and happily headed back to my vehicle. I headed back to my hotel room to have lunch. I liked that this meal came in a box. Let's start with the Mexican Coke. I last sampled it when I was at the Coca-Cola Museum in Atlanta. It was nice getting a full bottle. I liked it. It tasted crisp, with almost a natural sweetness that you don't get with regular Coke. It was fizzy and cold. I went with a double turkey burger because maybe the patties would be thin. Nope, they were perfect. The burger itself comes with lettuce, tomato slices, and mayo on a buttered bun. I also added fried onions, ketchup, sweet pickles, and garlic aioli (swap). I got a combo. By default, the side was fries. I got coleslaw instead without paying extra. This double turkey burger was excellent. The patties were juicy and seasoned to perfection. It reminded me of getting the gobbler at Licks. It was my go-to burger before the franchise died in the greater Toronto area. I have not had a decent turkey burger replacement until now. The ingredients were indeed fresh. I loved the garlic aioli, fried onions, and sweet pickles that made this burger special. I miss this burger already. The coleslaw was the perfect side. The slaw was crunchy. It was a mayo-based coleslaw that was tasty. I wish that I had known about this eatery sooner. I would have had more turkey burgers by now! It's a winner. I look forward to returning for more good eats. This place also has milkshakes. I'd like one. (136)

We started with Ahi Tuna Crisp appetizer - we substituted the cracker for cucumber. This twist makes it so fresh. The sauce is a bit tangy and avocado balances the tuna. So yummy! I made a last-minute reservation online, which was quick and seamless. Parking was easy enough, there's a small lot, plus plenty of street parking options. We were seated right away when we arrived, though unfortunately at a very small two-person table with very limited space. It worked out, but next time I'd definitely request something a bit roomier. We arrived during happy hour but skipped it since we didn't want to spoil our meals. For dinner, I ordered the double barrel burger with a side of fries, and my friend got the fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries. I enjoyed my meal, however, my friend thought the food was very salty and that maybe the chicken sandwich was fried in the same oil as the fish as it didn't taste much like chicken. We thought the portions were big enough that we had leftovers to take home. Service was just okay...nothing particularly memorable. The most uncomfortable part of the experience was our table location right by the door. It felt like people were constantly hovering nearby or watching us while waiting for a table, which made it a bit awkward. Almost like we better hurry up and eat. Overall, a decent meal.

Our waitress was very nice, and joked around about us being from out of town which half of us were. They were very impressed with the Juicy Lucy's flavor and crispy French fries. Beer was cold and refreshing. The only drawback is the location of getting there in a direct route which is location, location, location. Definitely would recommend trying these burgers here. I miss seeing the Pulltabs here as well as they stopped selling them after Covid

It's tucked away in a trendy business district, and boasts the traditional Ze's decor inside. The ambiance was more lively, as they had several TVs and an open kitchen concept. The booths were a bit small. Our party of three small adults were cramped in the odd shaped booth. There were several Ze's tshirts on display all over, but nobody knew how to buy/order them. Our food was outstanding. Eggs benny, MN Rancher and Denver omelette. The service is one of my favorite things about Ze's. Not this visit. Our server had a scowl on his face and his micro bladed eyebrows were scrunched. He came to the table and really didn't say anything. Hubby ordered the rancher and the server literally asked, "Eggs? (How cooked) Meat? Toast?" and then turned to awkwardly take other orders. At first, I thought maybe it was a language barrier, but I heard him speaking to other staff just fine. We sat there quite a while, watching interactions at other tables and it was just atrocious. We saw him again when he delivered our plates (all to the wrong people) and when he dropped off the credit card scanner. We were never checked on and our drinks (including coffee) were never refilled. Beverages are pretty steeply priced, so that made it even more disappointing. I'm definitely not going to return to this location and it makes me appreciate the staff in Hastings even more!
