Wendy's is new to the area. Just opened TODAY! When we arrived (for dinner just before 6pm) the drive thru was wrapped around the building. This place is small compared to other Wendy's I've visited. Also parking lot is small. Upon entering there are 2 "Order Here" kiosks where you can order and pay. Neat-O. They have a freestyle soda dispenser that offers a plethora of flavors. They also have a big screen TV with a faux fireplace underneath the TV. In front of that they have a small comfortable seating area. There is also what I refer to as a work station where you can plug in your laptop and/or phone. They do have some high rise seating. The flooring is wood looking and could be either the laminate flooring or vinyl. Temperature inside was just right especially for the amount of people that came in after we did. Overall this place is very nice and trendy! We wanted to dine in so we walked in. The line inside, at the time we were here, was short so we didn't wait hardly at long. We ordered burgers, soda, fries and a chocolate frosty. It cane out in a timely manner considering the longggggg drive thru line and people inside. People were ordering from the kiosks and inside as well. The food was better than expected. Plus they did have a good amount of staff to handle the crowd. We hope to come back in the future and hopefully not during peak time. Lol. I give this visit a 4.5. My only gripe, and it has nothing to do with the service, is that the cars in the drive thru would idle over the cross walk and handicap ramp! Rude! Lol. read more

Worst Wendy's location i have ever been to. The soft drinks taste like drinking trash because the mix is all wrong and there were nats all over the place because the store is so dirty and the sweet tea station was not clean. Had a hard time finding a clean table because there was trash on so many of the tables in the dining room that were not picked up. Tables that were empty were dirty with previous food and condiment stains. Would consider going back k one day if things were to improve but its unlikely. read more

Updating: they've improved since review/day 1 but a drive-thru is still incredibly slow and the cashiers never know how to work their own wendys mobile payment system. Me the customer has to show them which I have no clue how to work their cash register but have and can figure it out on multiple drives through occasions after convincing the drive-thru person to turn their screen my way so I can show them. I've complained to corporate too and will update this review to a better star rating if these folks can improve! Updated from a 1 star to a 2 star today. Product is great, people and process are where the improvement is needed. The worst experience at any restaurant ever. Wendy's, in general, has a reputation around here off being a pretty slow drive-thru experience. Today, I sat in the drive-thru line for 15+ minutes then said the heck with it I'll order online with the app. I then submitted my order and checked in at 6:52 PM. I didn't get my order till after 7:30 PM. The entire staff needs to be fired and replaced or store shut down for extensive retraining. Horrendous experience! I'm not complaining cause I want free food or any compensation of any sort just a competent local store to dine at would be nice. Wendy's needs to send someone from corporate down, maybe a couple of someones to help teach this place how to process and get orders right! Their were a handful of people behind me that had the exact same experience whether they come online with it or not who knows. And people, I love Wendy's, the product itself, sandwiches are always great. The service and experience are where the problems are. I love my spicy chicken sandwich, the fries only always taste good if hot otherwise they taste like cardboard. Drinks are drinks and all taste the same. Frosty is always good. So great products but horrible in house processes with training, recruitment, staffing... I'm not sure? This store is local, I love the spicy chicken sandwiches, I guarantee I'll be back and try it again but not for a while. I came here to give it a try and they got my order wrong 3 times. Then as I was eating there was HAIR in my food. ALL their sodas was out and the sweet tea tasted old. I then tried them again and ordered a regular cheese and chives potatoes. I received one with CHILI. Won't be back to this location. read more

If you'd like to wait in the drive through line for 30 minutes, and be handed drinks covered in soda, this place is for you! Also, if you'd like to sit in the dining room for 45 minutes, only to find out they accidentally skipped your order, this place is def for you!
