On multiple occasions, the customer service at the drive-thru has been rude. It's not just a one-time thing--the tone and attitude from the workers often come off dismissive and unfriendly. On top of that, they've messed up our orders several times, not just mine but my family members' as well, which makes it hard to rely on them. Tonight was especially frustrating. We pulled up to the drive-thru around 8:30pm, and their posted closing time is 9pm. We were told they were only making carne asada fries because they were closing soon. I asked for a simple bean and cheese burrito--something that's arguably easier and quicker to make--but the worker responded, "Nope No No," in a rude tone. I understand places get busy or want to start closing procedures, but if your hours say you're open until 9, customers should still be able to order from the menu until then. It felt more like they just didn't want to make anything else and were trying to wrap up early. The food itself is okay, but for what's supposed to be one of the only Mexican options around, it's just not worth dealing with repeated mistakes and disrespectful service.
