    Rainbow roll
    Rhonda Z.

We are happy to see a new food joint open in Eagle Mountain. My husband and I stopped by about a week ago to check it out. Before sitting, we asked the host if they had gluten free options. Her immediate response was no. It really made us sad because we really wanted to give this place a chance. A few days after that, and after looking through their menu, I found some options that would be naturally gluten free with the obvious possibility of cross contamination. Taking the risk, we decided to stop by again and actually order food. My husband who is not gluten free ordered their garlic chicken and noodles. He is someone who would never really order something like that but he was pleasantly surprised and truly enjoyed his meal. I ordered their rainbow roll which probably wasn't smart of me because of the sauces they drizzle on top. That being said, the roll was lovely. Presentation was beautiful, the fish tasted fresh, the rice was very yummy and didn't taste stale like many sushi places. The restaurant is very clean and decorated so cute. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely try this place again

I would not be the surprised if the owner of this place is the same owner as Ramen Hero in EM. The food/menu is very similar! This place has a mix of Chinese and Japanese food options. The portions are generous. All the soup options are huge! Definitely can feed a family of 4 while costing the same as a cup of soup at other typical establishments. The food taste is good/okay. However, I am very happy they opened a place here in Eagle Mountain! All the locals love supporting this place, as they should. The service is good, and the place is new and clean. PERFECT location.

No 1 Asian Cuisine has quickly become a weekly staple for me and my family. It's so nice to have a good dine-in or takeout Chinese option in city center Eagle Mountain. Everything tastes great and the portions are generous, just go! My current favorites are the bbq pork and wonton soup. Food 5/5 Service 4.5/5 Cleanliness 4.5/5 Ambiance 4/5 Value 5/5 Variety 5/5

Excellent food I had sweet-and-sour chicken with chow mein. Let's have combination plate Mongolian style with shrimp, chicken, and beef. We recommend this place. It is delicious and the portion size is pretty big compared to other Asian restaurants.

We love to try all the local spots. I am gluten free so it was nice to see a whole section of dishes with rice noodles. The portions are huge and delicious! This will be a regular for us.

10/10 service food was great. Had a fussy baby and they made her happy and laugh and were quick to clean when she spilled

First day open and lines were long. It was very worth the wait. Fried rice by far was our favorite.

Our family LOVES Korean food! This restaurant offers most of the Korean favorites that you cook…read moreover a tabletop grill. What we ordered: Beef & pork bulgogi, shrimp, kimchi, vegetable pancake, noodles, gochujang, cucumber kimchi, potato dish, vegetables and tteokbokki. As we are very familiar with Korean food, the dumbed down-Americanized menu was a bit confusing. For example; japchae is just listed as "noodles" where some of the dishes were listed with Korean names. It would be helpful to list both. There also should be an indication for spice levels, like adding a chili pepper next to tteokbokki. We really enjoyed the food we ordered. Our favorite was the tteokbokki. Our least favorite was their version of japchae (it wasn't sweet and only came with onions.)

We love this spot. Their quality is so good and taste too. We've tried a bunch of Korean BBQ places…read morein Utah and this is in our Top 3. So far we've come twice and the second time we got there a little late (came from slc) and they let us stay and cook and eat even after closing and we were so grateful. Service can be a bit slow but she one server is sooo nice. I think it's only one server/hostess and one cook. It's definitely worth it. We love the japchae, the kimchi, the potatoes and ofc the meats. I'm picky about how sweet meat marinades can get but their short ribs are probably one of my favorites I've ever had. The other time we came it was on a weekday and it was us and one other family so I hope that this place gets as busy and popular as some other overhyped ones in the area

A Sushi Spot That Earns Regular Status Tsunami Traverse…read moreMountain checks all the boxes. Great ambience, friendly staff, a menu broad enough to satisfy any mood, and food that delivers on what it promises. This one has earned a regular spot in my rotation. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, do yourself a favor and order from the combo lunch menu. For a good price, you get miso soup, white rice, pork gyoza, and tempura vegetables, and then choose two items from a list that includes chicken, rolls, and sashimi. The gyoza and tempura alone are worth calling out, both done well. I went with the spicy tuna roll and steak teriyaki and did not regret either choice. Now for the rolls. The Tsunami Roll is the signature and it earns that title, order it without hesitation. The Spicy Masa and Fire Breathing Dragon round out my personal top three and I have yet to be disappointed by any of them. The two areas where they could level up: the wait for food is longer than the lunch setting calls for, so come with patience and plan accordingly. And for a restaurant with rolls this photogenic, a printed menu with photos would go a long way.

Heard great things about this res and had a lunch here today…read more Service 5 stars! Our waitress was awesome. Ambient 5 stars The selection of rolls seemed to be limited in my opinion. I ordered a lunch box with spicy tuna and salmon teriyaki. I liked that they served teriyaki sauce separately. But the spicy tuna,,,,, the tuna was not fresh and it was not spicy tuna I am used to from the bay area. I had one and did not touch the rest of the rolls. You know the fishy taste you get when it is not fresh. Rice in the roll was not properly cooked, was al dente-this is big no. They have house made ice cream which we ordered three different flavors: vanilla, coconut & strawberry. They were Amazing! My 3 stars is for their sush roll.

Upon arrival, they were very pleasant and the manager explained that the kitchen was closing in 20 mins. We were told it was not a problem and we just needed place our order fairly quick. They have a good size menu and they offer sushi specials during the day. If you decide on ramon, you pick your ramon displayed on a wall and you can create your own, pretty cool idea. The dining tables are nice and they all have hot pots. We decided on sushi, everything was delicious. They even brought a complimentary appetizer which was very good. The sushi was presented very well, it was fresh, and very good. Place ROCKS!!!

I enjoyed the wagyu, ramen noodles, and all the veggies! Eating it with the tonkatsu broth was great, but I also loved dipping it in the sesame and teriyaki sauce. So many different ways to experience it! The cream cheese wontons were also a hit. The appetizers are included in the all you can eat price, so try them! The big downside to Mr. Shabu is that it's so expensive. I would come back all the time if it weren't for the price. You have to do "all-you-can-eat" for the hot pots, and it costs over $30 per person. Because of that, I probably won't return anytime soon and it makes me very sad.
