Similarly they were very large portions plan accordingly. Of the two dishes I had I favored the chicken kung pao over the teriyaki. I think the teriyaki could have been the better but also feel it was a timing issue and it was not as fresh. We stopped here last weekend to pick up dinner during a snowstorm. The restaurant itself felt a little chaotic inside, perhaps due to the many different items on the front counter. But the service was friendly and good. We were even given samples as we decided what to get from the Panda Express-style menu. We wound up getting fried rice, noodles, honey shrimp, orange chicken, and a beef dish with veggies. Everything was really good, except for the orange chicken, which is my opinion was just okay. Amazing food and especially impressive service. We came in and one of the workers was eating his lunch. He immediately put away his lunch to help us with our food order. This is quite literally the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life like I actually can't believe how bad it was. My husband and I did not eat more than 5 bites of our food. The chicken was all just bread no chicken, the vegetables tasted like dirty water, it's so ghetto in there they just have some aroma rice cookers, nothing commercial grade. The food had clearly been sitting out for a while but my husband asked for fresh vegetables, they were still nasty, and it took them forever. We were super excited to see a Chinese food restaurant opening right here in our neighborhood... We were really hoping that we could get good food closer to us. Unfortunately only half of that is true. Yes, they are in fact close. Good? Not so much. I really wish I could say differently. We were craving Chinese food and our favorite place was not open for delivery tonight. So we went with the new place within a couple minuets of our house that we had been meaning to try out, Happy Dragon. We ordered two combination dishes, my wife had the regular combo with the Mongolian beef, orange chicken, and fried rice while I had the large combo with Orange Chicken, BBQ pork, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Lo Mein. We also ordered some of the pork egg rolls. Sadly we were not impressed. The Beef was dry, the chicken was chewy, the shrimp was flavorless and both the rice and the lo mein were greasy. It was like all of it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The egg rolls tasted like the ones you get in the freezer section of the grocery store that you heat up in the microwave with about the same texture. I'm really sad to have to report this. I was sincerely hoping that we had a new local gem here in the area, sadly we don't. And with other outstanding local choices like Red 8 and Fong's within driving distance to get take out I'd have to recommend that people take a few extra minutes, drive past Happy Dragon and choose one of those. read more

Really disappointed. Placed a curbside order and it said it would be ready in 15 mins. I wait the allotted time and park my car to call the curbside number. No one calls.. so I call again... then a third time. I got out of my car and walked in, and 2 employees were sitting down in their phones and the other employee was just standing there. I said "I'm here for a pickup order"... he gets confused, then finally finds my order # after a few mins of looking. (They haven't even started on my order.. meanwhile, I'm picking this up on my 30 min lunch for work). They start making the food which takes like 10 mins (for 2 entrees and rice) and start filling my drink. Their soda machine wasn't working, and I wasn't aware of that. I asked him (after like 5 mins of him running to the back) if I could just grab a canned soda instead because I was in a hurry to get back to work.
