That alone meant everything. From the moment I walked in, Mikayla at the front desk was happy, smiling, and so kind. Paperwork was quick and easy, and she was incredibly understanding--especially since I was a little out of it from barely sleeping due to the pain all night and morning. Juan took care of me before I saw Dr. Williams, and he was professional, kind, efficient, and straight to the point. He made sure I was taken care of quickly and comfortably. And Dr. Williams is truly a GEM. I didn't feel a thing when he numbed the area, and before I knew it--he went in, pulled the tooth, and was done. No dragging it out, no unnecessary stress. He was funny, calming, and extremely understanding of how nervous and exhausted I was from the pain. What stood out the most was how effortless the entire experience felt. No chaos. No obstacles. The pain afterward was honestly the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. I called them multiple times trying to get back in to have it fixed, but they couldn't get me in soon enough to actually help me. I ended up having to go to an emergency dentist because the pain was unbearable, and the only option at that point was to pull the tooth. So the permanent crown I had already paid for ended up being completely useless. At first I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just an unfortunate accident, because mistakes can happen. But then I went back later for a couple fillings and had another issue, this time with billing. Their billing department told me my insurance still had coverage available and that I wouldn't have to pay a huge amount out of pocket. I paid what they told me at the time, only to later be contacted and told they were wrong and that my insurance had already been maxed out. Now I'm being told I owe almost another $200. If I had known my insurance was already maxed, I would have waited to get the work done until it would actually be covered like 2 months later with the new year.Being given the wrong information and then stuck with the bill later is really frustrating. Between the dental work issue and the billing problems, this has been a very disappointing experience so I got a new dentist this year.

It was hands down the worst dental experience I've had. I told her I require more numbing juice than most and she wouldn't give me any more after I was saying I was in pain. I alerted the assistant that I was in pain and the dentist kept going. The temporary crown fell off two days after it was put on and the permanent doesn't fit my night guard that I wear. Ever since this procedure that side of my mouth has been painful to chew on. Makes me wonder if I actually needed the procedure or if they needed the money, it wasnt cheap. Located in a small strip mall, it's easy to miss, but very close to my home. Been there twice for x-rays and cleanings. Evan was my hygenists both times and he does an excellent job. I love the tv screen on the ceiling as they play netflix's Moving Art. The images are immersive and relaxing. So much so, I started playing it at home. It had been ages since a dentist had checked my teeth at my previous dentist office as he would not be in the office on a regular basis and you had to make a separate appointment from cleaning just to have him check your teeth for a few minutes. Dr. Holdaway checked my teeth at the end of each cleaning. Everyone I encountered is friendly and professional from start to finish. Lucky to find this group.

The cavity was below the gumline, so I was really worried about how he was going to get to the cavity. He was able to painlessly push my gum down enough to get to the cavity and do the filling. It didn't hurt at all, and my gum wasn't even sore afterward!
