She was friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled--I didn't even feel a thing during the blood draw! This will definitely be my go-to LabCorp location for any future lab work.

Please avoid this location, though. My first visit years ago was unremarkable, but a recent visit in early August was a nightmare. First, the nurse checking me in insisted I could only be seen for one symptom, and her manner brought me to tears. I was experiencing about seven symptoms over 10 days. She was extremely rude, and then noted that my heart rate was high -- yes, because she was stressing me out with her unprofessional attitude. I've never encountered an urgent care that insists on treating only one symptom. I asked her to listen to all seven and then decide which was most urgent to document. It later turned out I was having an allergic reaction to an antibiotic -- I had noted a rash as one of my symptoms. I saw Dr. Hanser, who described my rash as looking like "sun exposure" but said he suspected an allergic reaction. He had me tested for viruses. He did not land on considering it an allergic reaction nor treat me for that. Later that day, the rash spread across my entire body, and I had to go to a different urgent care the next day to get steroids. The difference in quality of care I received at the Westminster MemorialCare location was like night and day. The nurse listened to my situation and noted that as cause of visit. The doctor showed true concern and empathy. Given how dismissive both the nurse and the doctor were here, in their own ways--please avoid this Bellflower location.

I didn't have a problem but didn't have to go. Shortly after the nurse practitioner came in sand she was very personable. She touched my stomach, asked numerous questions and advised me what to do. Things I didn't even consider. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and felt good mainly from my experience. Quality care was great as well as type of care. I felt heard and respected which is important to me as a woman of color.

So the ball was dropped there on their end. Then they did it again.. luckily the office supervisor was right there and she heard. She had the staff re-schedule me with the correct dr. The Dr himself is caring. Dr. Samuel Benjamin took time to listen to me but we just didn't click so I started seeing a FNP, Ms. Binbin Zheng.. the reasons for visits were fairly quick but she listened to me. She didn't drag the appointment but also didn't made me feel rushed. She dresses so professional, I highly recommend her. Ok, i increased it to one more star. They answer phone calls and if you send them a message through the patient portal, they call back. They called me before a tele-health appointment too which I thought was a nice heads up. Other than that, they have their own parking lot, it's spacious. The entrance to the office is right in front of it. It's dusty but clean, somewhat spacious. They have a/c so it wasn't stuffy in the waiting room. Would I recommend this place... maybe.. yes.. depending on the reason for visit honestly. I also recommend to make sure they verify your eligibility before your appointment.. they checked mine when I checked in, that same day.

Her price for a basic exam for cash paying patients was so reasonable my husband and I decided to give her a try and I'm so glad we did. Dr. Chaudhary stays on top of my tests, health concerns, medication and overall well being. She is so thorough at every appointment. She encourages you to ask questions because she wants you to understand your health. I also appreciate the office staff because they always do such a great job with getting your referrals done, contacting the pharmacy and just making sure all your paperwork gets processed. I always lose my lab worksheet, but they never make me feel bad about it. I had two visits before my new Insurance took effect. Once it did, I selected Dr. Chaudhary as my primary care physician. It's a great location, easy to get to off of the 405 freeway, the office is neat, clean and organized. If you need a primary care physician, I highly recommend Dr. Chaudhary.

She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. Joseph at the front desk was incredibly helpful and helped guide me through some options. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the pre-check in link was easy and concise. The facility is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The waiting area is well designed, clean and nice. Jasmine handled my intake stats and was friendly and fast. Shortly thereafter I met Dr. Nair. What a fantastic person. Great bedside manner, friendly, and upbeat. It was very easy to discuss my symptoms and concerns, and he addressed everything like a true professional. Dr. Nair provided the next steps and I was on my way. One of the best doctors I have been in contact with in a long while. The entire experience with Nair Urgent Care was superb from beginning to end.

Hi, Like with most…read morethings I am sporadic and my health is too. A couple months ago my body decided to betray me. With my busy schedule it's difficult to get an appointment on my timing. I have Kaiser insurance and going through them = "We have an appointment Wednesday 28th.. of 2018!" Yeah, well that isn't going to work and who has time to check in for cancellations etc.? Well I do at times, but I refuse to do so. I was NOT okay enough to know I needed a doctor, but not bad enough for Kaiser-wait-a-long-ass-time-Urgent-Care. SOOOO I yelped walk in clinic. Arrived to a business center looking building. 2nd floor, door to the left after exiting elevator and there I was... (They close for lunch from 12:00pm -1:00. They have to eat. duh) I went in, 10 min wait. $49 later.. diagnosis, a prescription for prednisone that had me swollen like a blow fish (necessary) and a free follow up (10 day timeframe) I was out the door. Oh and a note to be off work for a couple weeks (Which she gave me the option to still go but with all the restrictions in the world) I appreciated her options. I was able to be at work and just sit pretty while getting paid. Thanks!!!! Dr. Archna was great. Very sweet personality and took genuine concern. She has been monitoring my progress and although having insurance, I am more than willing to pay out of pocket for her. Location is clean and staff is nice. Oh, this medical clinic does not cater to children, so don't waste your time bringing in the kiddos.
