This is a popular office serving the local community and you as a patient have a responsibility to have your medical test orders available so they can serve you. They do their best to track down orders but this wastes time for everyone. I highly recommend this Lab, always a pleasure to be treated by them.

Notice how many of the negative reviews resort to pointing people out to by race and ethnicity, on completely unfounded complaints too. You get there, check in on your phone or kiosk, they call you in to verify your name DOB, and send you on your way. If during this short of an interaction you run into any social "problems" that says something about YOU. Now if your complaint is about Quest Diagnostics as a corporation completely getting rid of the human check-in process then yes, I wholeheartedly agree with you. They have essentially betrayed their core demographic (the aging population) for profit. This is your loved ones, the disabled, the grandparents, the parents stranded with no one to help or speak to. How evil is it that they even have the 'blind or vision impaired' announcement on the TV (which only plays every few minutes by the way) that tells BLIND patients to navigate to the kiosk and swipe with 3 fingers on the tablet. Are the suits mentally all there?! Surely this violates the ADA and the DOJ should crack down on this no?

At first glance my burn didn't seem bad but I knew it would worsen later. After filling out some paperwork and getting vitals done, PA came in. My hand felt like it was on fire and he insisted it was nothing bad just a superficial barely first degree burn. He was about to send me on my way but I think the nurse said something to where he changed his mind and put burn cream on my hand. I asked if he could put it all over and he kept telling me "it's just a superficial barely first degree burn, you're lucky. It's not that bad" I was getting irritated because as a someone who worked as a nurse, you don't minimize someone's pain like that and second I didn't care for other people's stories about how their skin is coming off. For the rest of the day I was in pain and my hand started to get worse. Blisters appeared and it was definitely not a superficial burn as the PA stated. I would have given it less stars but the MA/Nurse/front desk girls were really great. Male PA needs better bedside manners, no need to minimize others pain because "skin is still intact" This was on Sunday 09/20/2026 around 9 am

Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment and was one of only 3 others in waiting room with appointments; all the others were walk-ins. Appointment obviously meant nothing. I was finally called into a room 40 minutes after my appointment. Waited another 10 minutes for a technician to draw my blood. Flobotomist could not find a vein after several painful attempts. He had to call on another person to draw blood from my other arm. She came in 10 minutes later, laughing like Dr. Hibbert from the Simpsons. I let her know that I was not happy about their service. She laughed even more saying that's too bad, they are awfully busy. I told her about several walk-ins being treated before my appointment time, but she didn't seem to care. I ended up having to cancel my physical therapy appointment because of the delays here. Why bother going through the trouble of making appointments if can walk in and get served first?

Parking: paid lot but we were able to find 2-hour street parking next to the Thrift store across the street at 9:30am on a Monday.

Booking an appointment ahead of time is definitely recommended. My appointment was at 10 a.m. During check-in at the kiosk, it gave me the option to reschedule due to their busy schedule or to "continue." I chose to continue and told myself I'd wait about 20 minutes before considering rescheduling. Surprisingly, about 5 minutes later, I received a text saying, "Your Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." I went to the lobby, where the front desk staff verified my information and told me they'd be with me soon. My name was called a little over 20 minutes later, and the actual blood draw took less than 5 minutes. Arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment so you'll have enough time to find parking. Friendly and professional staff overall.

VA has an Urgent Care alternative. I called Urgent Care Pros, and got in right away. I was processed through treatment with efficiency and care. UC Pros had my X-rays examined by their O.D. bone specialist right away. I sent their O.D. findings to the VA and got an appointment right away. My care by Janny and Michelle was excellent. The entire office staff is attentive and efficient. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The lobby and check-in area were clean, neat, and had a fresh feel, unlike some other locations that can feel a bit worn down. The self check-in was fast and simple; the kiosk quickly scanned my ID and insurance card. I had barely sat down before my lab technician, Jessica, called me in. I'm here to talk about the two most recent times I've had Nelson. I came here after a really bad flare where I couldn't eat for 5 days and couldn't drink much for 5 days due to the flare pain. After getting out of the hospital my doctor sent me here for more tests. So that just made it even harder to find a vein. Nelson got it on the second try.(he did have to try both my arms) He's always been really helpful and if you're a chicken when it comes to needles like I am, he's great at making you feel comfortable I also had Nelson do my pre op bloodwork. I was in the hospital a few nights prior and then had to come here. I showed him the only area they could get blood out of (showed him where my Iv was in the hospital) It didn't hurt, So I told him to try there. He told me to take a deep breath In and I was waiting to feel the needle to exhale, but I didn't even feel it. He was already taking blood out. This was literally 100 percent painless. If you have a hard time getting blood out, ASK for Nelson!! My veins are extremely small and he is amazing. Nelson always makes it pain FREE. And my veins are always hard to find since I'm always so dehydrated from the pain not being able to drink enough fluids and keep it down The only thing I hate is how I have to upload my ID and insurance card every single time vs them just keeping it on file But making an appointment is a breeze. I highly recommend it. Sometimes it can be extremely busy here. They do have limited handicap spots up front which fill up fast. Other wise there's other parking on site but you do have to walk (not super far) They always make it easy to look up my results. I get an email saying my results are ready, I sign in and boom! Everything is there There's a lot of chairs to sit in while waiting for your appointment. There's also chairs outside the waiting room in the hallway which is where I usually sit Things can get wild in the waiting room. There's so many rude people asking when their turn is (make an appointment! They are always on schedule) Good luck to everyone!! And Nelson is a godsend

I checked in using the check in link that was texted to me and I was called in within a minute. I forgot my phlebotomist tech's name, but she was extremely thorough, professional, and the smoothest needle stick I have ever experienced! I was in and out within 15 minutes.
