It took them almost 15 minutes to call me back for blood draw and there was no one in front of me. Two techs seemed interested in their coffee & breakfast rather than the patients waiting. I proceed to wait for 20 minutes, my name is never called. Finally, because there is zero reception, that person has been replaced by an iPad. Sad but true. She says "Well, I don't know what to tell you." and then says I can keep waiting until they can call me. I had another appointment and had to leave. This is the second time I tried to use Quest Diagnostic and had a similar experience. And the attitude is just the cherry on top.
