After drink orders and food order taken we set there for 33 mins (I timed it, it may have been longer) the food was good... it's just the long wait. I mean, come on, you can do better. I will still bring my daddy and come eat. Just don't make the wait too long.

All in all, it was a bad experience and we will NEVER be back to the Florence location, possibly any other location. My heart truly goes out to any of the good servers who work under him.
