With the 680 freeway entrance located about a light away, it only adds to the headache. The gas station in itself is obviously dated and could use a little sprucing up. Besides the pump feeling a little extra grimy, I was able to get in and out quickly. 3 stars. If you're going to sit in commute traffic, you better have gas. Second, it's in a high tech business park. So, they assume you have money to spend on car washes and jacked up prices. She couldn't provide a working number and the form said to talk to the store manager...... Was able to track down the corporate info and left about a dozen messages to try to get someone to address the claim over the past 3 months. No callbacks and would always go to voicemail. Think twice about using their car wash as any damage will be ignored.....
