Terrible car wash service. I paid $18 for an exterior wash. Turns out that it doesn't include "dry" service. When I parked my car to dry off the water, there was soap all over the car because the rinse and dry cycle does very poor work. Terrible service for $18. I got much better service from the automated car wash on Jacklin Rd next to Hwy 680. Much cheaper and a way better automated washing system. Car comes out clean every time. I personally will never patron this particular car wash again. Simply not worth it for the $18 price tag. read more

HORRIBLE. OMG. I went here against my better judgment. Paying $44.95 for a so-called premier wash and getting a crap job was not ideal. They don't even wipe down the seats, no finishing. the rims were not cleaned and when I asked him and pointed it out he yelled, " IT DONT COME OUT" I asked for his rag to show him it was just needing a little rub and then while I WAS TAKING IT OUT, he left to another car. I asked him to come back and he grabbed the towel from me and started to speak in his language to his co-workers and then they all just looked at me. Don't stop here for Air. Guy told me they had air but they didn't. Walked back and forth twice no air. CA State law requires that gas stations do not charge for air or water. I seen that there was a card swipe on the air as I waited for the air to come on that never came on. This gas station is obviously not complying with the law. read more

Review strictly for their car wash. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I brought my SUV in for a wash and when it came out & the staff here was drying the car, I noticed a piece of my car missing. (See photo) I approached the guy I saw cleaning it and asked him, why and where is the missing piece of my car?! And he replies "I don't know" and continues to wipe the car down. Then one more person comes by and looks at the door where a piece of it came out and goes back into the car wash to try to locate it. First attempt, he pulls out something and places it on the table, "do you know how to put this back on?" & FYI, that loose part IS NOT a part of my car. So I tell him that and he's like "???" And goes back to look for it again. This takes about 10 minutes until he finally finds the piece to my car and it now has scratches on the paint. They pop it back in and tell me to glue it back on later. WOW. No apology, no acknowledgement of what happened, and no discount. Yet he looked at me like I wasn't going to tip them. I REALLY SHOULD NOT HAVE. Closer inspection, the car isn't very clean, I had to wipe excess dirt and water off AND the floor mats were SOAKING WET when they put it back in my car. The rear window has swirl marks because they did not do a good job wiping down the car. I paid $28.95 and tip to get my car washed and now I have to bring my car to an autobody to fix it. TLDR; Don't bring your car here, they do a half assed job, and make sure you check your car for missing pieces. read more

The following review is only for the car wash: I've been here a few different times with mixed results. It's an automated car wash with hand pre-soaping and finishing. You can pay ~$25 for their basic wash--not bad, but I was looking to get my floor mats cleaned in my Explorer. The $35 mid-grade will allow for the cleaning of two mats, so I shelled out for the "premium" for $40. Fast forward a couple days past the mediocre wash, and my car smells like wet dog (with a hint of the vanilla scent I had them apply). Leave the windows down, the smell goes away temporarily; windows back up for an evening in the garage, and the next day it's back to wet dog. I search the trunk for some nasty days-old school lunch contribution from the kiddos--nothing. I move up to the second row place a hand down to peer under the seats and freeze. The floor mats are sopping wet. Wet enough to disintegrate the cardboard that was left under one of them. There was no attempt to dry these, there couldn't have been. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed (and a little mad that I paid more for more wet dog smell and less give-a-damn). I won't be back. read more

So sad to see this place has bad reviews. I come here every two weeks since they give you a free car wash after 5. Indeed the gas is a bit more expensive here, but it's for the convenience right? Car Wash Review!! 0 STARS. Shitty. Windows stayed dirty. Didn't even lift the wiper to wash or wipe Left the rims dirty. Only pressure washed the rims. Didn't even wipe the dirt off the rim spokes. Never coming here again. Felt bad not leaving a tip. But it's the last person cleaning the car to inspect the car before giving the keys to the customer to make sure nothing is still dirty. I came to this Shell gas station because it's near my work. I pumped gas and selected a car wash. It was my mistake because I didn't realize this was a real car wash place. I just wanted a cheap machine car was run through. I tried to tell the cashier what happened but she brushes me off and told me to go to the car wash section. I told the man. He was really nice and even walked me back to the rude cashier. I couldn't hear the cashier lady behind the glass but I know she was complaining. Although they didn't know I understood their language, the man was helping me and kept telling her to give me cash then. In the end, she printed out a slip that said negative $21 . Ryan should be employee of the month! I went to this shell station to air up my tires and get some gas (because air isn't free unless you get gas right?) So I filled up, didn't get the receipt and went for air. I asked Ryan the employee on hand to turn on the air machine. I told him I had just filled up, but since he was horking lunch, he hadn't noticed I gassed up. Then he asked me how much I spent, which I didn't remember. In the end he didn't turn on the air machine. Ryan is one dedicated employee, in exchange for minimum wage he pissed off a customer and saved the boss $1 dollar. That's dedication! read more
