During my first visit to check out the vehicle, Dan explained how the car had been through one owner they knew, and the reason they got rid of it was because they needed a bigger vehicle, and also because the check engine light kept popping up for emission issues. After expressing my interest in this vehicle, they had the whole catalytic convertor replaced to make sure the check engine light didn't pop up after someone purchased the vehicle (fixing the emissions code). Another reason being, is the warranty offered through CNA does not cover catalytic converters or O2 sensors. I decided to purchase the vehicle, and when I did Dan and Josh both told me if the light came on- to bring it back and they would make it right. About 50 miles later the light came back on. I called them right up and they were eager to get the Jeep back to their shop to fix it up. After getting to the shop, they also replaced both O2 sensors to see if that would fix the check engine code. It did turn off for another 10-15 miles, but then it popped up again. After this, I was a bit frustrated. I brought it to Huffiness Service department and they charged me a $150 diagnostic fee and three days without a vehicle to tell me they wanted to replace the brand new catalytic converter and O2 sensors destination motor cars had already installed. I called Destination Motorcars back up, and Josh was again eager to get my Jeep back to them so they could get this fixed once and for all. And while they were fixing my vehicle, they provided me with a loaner car (beautiful Mazda grand touring) in the mean time to save me money on having to use uber. Got the call it was all fixed up, picked it up, and to my surprise Josh reimbursed me for the Uber's I did have to use while my car was in the shop and the $150 Huffines Diagnostic fee. Now my Jeep is check engine light free, and I am a very happy customer. Needless to say, Dan and Josh are for the customer. They are willing to go out of their way to make things right for their customers. I highly recommend this small dealership to anyone looking for good customer service and quality care. I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. He arranged the replacement & date of service thru their service dep't. As a courtesy he also arranged drop off to my residence & pick up thru the dealership by Uber. Upon dropping off the Tahoe, I inquired if he could check the rattling noise on the instrument panel & he agreed to have his technician check it & an estimate of repairs for a fee of @$200. With which I signed a fee & he would call me back if we would authorize the once his tech had checked it. I dropped the vehicle off @10 AM & as promised I was back home by 10:50. Mike called back & provided me with a complete estimate that was way too much for the our current actual value of the vehicle. I showed to the prepared estimate by Mike & it was not reasonable bc our Tahoe had @ 140K miles. We had already a @$3K invested in it & now was it was time to utilize our Tahoe as a trade in for a newer model. Granted our Tahoe endured much use from Colorado to TX & was a backup vehicle for our family when needed. Thank Mike to help us & he even my estimate fee! The part was also discontinued & a used part was highly unlikely to be found... Mike & answered & accommodated us thru it all. The juke i ended up buying was not the car i went for, but when i test drove the one i went for something was really wrong with how it drove and they straight up told me "we can't sell it to you until we have our garage look at it then."
