When I say I'll wait to pick it up, they will actually CALL my name over the store speaker. They give accurate times of how long it will take them to fill it. Recently when they saw me sitting in the waiting area, they immediately began working on my prescription (I guess because they knew I wasn't interesting in browsing or needed any other products?) It was so quick. Also, this CVS is open 24 hours. When I was little and had experiences in the hospital and needed to get a prescription upon release-- this CVS was always available to us. They have never been without a prescription I have needed to be filled. Also, I've never seen anyone upset or yelling at the pharmacist here, which definitely happens all the at a "horrible" CVS. Maybe the closer a CVS is to a hospital, the more reliable it is. But this is definitely one of the good ones.

He even opened the door for another customer and checked her receipt while continuing to ignore me. It wasn't until my fiancé came back, saw that I still hadn't been helped, and asked the employees what was going on that someone finally assisted us. I understand employees can be busy, but deliberately acknowledging a customer and then continuing to ignore them is extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm not usually someone who takes the time to leave reviews like this, but the way this situation was handled was honestly unacceptable. Approval supposedly went through. Then this cvs was not stocked with this medication. Okay no worries it happens. Then the app said it would be ready on March 21, 2025 after 7pm. Came out the next morning to pick it up and the girl at the window said there was an issue. She said it could not be dispensed before March 19, 2025. -- but today is March 22, 2025. She said it's an issue with the insurance company. I need to call them. While on hold I get another message from the CVS app saying that the pharmacist had questions for me. Okay I went inside. The question was whether or not the doctor had switched medications or not. To recap. I would like for someone to look into the leadership and the policies that are in place here away this particular cvs. My time should not be wasted for no apparent reason. It happens almost on a monthly basis where my time is wasted by incompetence. I think I should just be done with CVS.
