I ordered it earlier in the week but what do you know, the morning of and it hadn't showed up. Extremely last minute I drove to Mega Beauty Supply - I made sure to get there early in case they didn't have what I needed. I'm so happy my misfortune lead me in this direction. I don't have a favorite hair store in Fredericksburg but now I do! The store was extremely clean & organized. I would have given 5/5 stars but 1) they have a no refund policy and 2) they didn't have enough of the hair color I wanted. But the owner was so friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back! Long story, long. I didn't need the hair I purchased but now I have store credit. Can't wait to go back and use!

The store owner has always been pleasant but do not trust the advertising for selling human hair. I…read morerecently bought Queens Hair that was supposed to be human hair for 172.99. I advised the owner what I was looking for and that I didn't have a budget I just wanted human unprocessed hair extensions. When she showed me hair extensions she told me it's human hair best quality. When I tried to look up the brand online couldn't find the red label queens Hair for 172.79. I saw queens Hair for 50.00 and 72.00 and low price ranges and being advertised as not human hair and that was the bundled pricing. When I went back to the store after having found a string of plastic in an untouched bundle and red string that looked like it was fused to what was supposed to be Indian remy straight human hair extensions. The store owner couldn't even find a phone number for where she buys the hair from an outdated book and she took the strand of plastic away and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about all in the eyes of two customers who were shopping for wigs! She has yet to call me back! All I wanted was a credit of half of what I paid because this isn't Indian human hair extensions and I shouldn't have been charged for blended hair at human hair price. Do not trust the Hair advertised as being human. This is the worst experience I have ever had!

I came here to try wigs for my vacation and was told only 3 wigs per $1 wig cap. *Eyeroll* but I'm used to hearing that. So I was given the cap, I don't know where it came from. I guess a box because it wasn't unwrapped. The lady left me to whatever I wanted to try and showed me the mirrors in the back. After that she left and went back to the front. I'm used to them talking to you, asking you what you want, bringing you something else. No service was given. Or at least asking if you needed their help. Anyway, I tried on a wig I liked and had to go to the front to find her again. The wig on the display was $117 and in a special color. She went and picked the wigs and told me oh no we don't have that color. Okay, so I asked well can you check a store nearby to see if they have it. She just ignored me. I said I want this one and she said I'll give you 10% off if you get the display. I said that's not enough money, it's basically a used wig with all the random heads that tried it on. She said no one tried it on...uh excuse me ma'am it's a display wig...it's definitely been tried on. Anyway I offered a different discount of at least 20% and she turned it down. I said ok put it back and go to leave. She mumbles something and then yells to me to pay the $1 at the front desk. Just rude. I won't be back here to buy wigs. It's obviously a different vendor. Definitely for products because the girls at the front are kind and helpful. The wig counter can keep all those used wigs. I didn't appreciate the service. I went somewhere nearby where I had completely different service.

They had wall to wall products ranging from wigs to nail polish and everything in between. The manager was really friendly and the prices were better than I'd seen at the mall.
