It was the owner, Kirk Dishman, playing mandolin, with the four other members of the Jerusalem Ridge Bluegrass Band. It was a Friday night practice session, so when I arrived I increased he audience from 2 to 3. What a treat these guys were not only wonderful musicians, but friendly and welcoming. Once I was in Richmond I rented a truck to help my daughter move back to DC. I made sure to stop at Dishmans to fill up the Uhaul and Kirk was as nice as can be. They have concerts next to the store every couple of weeks. So if you are going to be driving on I 95 on a Friday evening, I suggest you call the store and see if they are playing. You won't be disappointed.

What they did have was wilitled or near spoiling. Then we go to the fish counter and no one was there and the sign on the counter said closed. Additionaly everytime we want Aspargus we have to go to Giant as the ones in this store are ALWAYS standing in dry containers. This makes them woody half way up the stalk. We have complained to management time and time again. Still no change. Go to Giant. Prices are better and food is fresh. Update. Went there yesterday, and surprise. Take a look at the new photos.
