I'm surprised WeGo doesn't have higher reviews. I'm from California and we were really surprised by how great it was. There's and app, and it's easy to find your bus (by color), route and times. Busses loop through all the tourist attractions, many of which are much too far to walk. We paid $14 for a 24-hour pass and definitely got our monies worth. We took it as far as the Butterfly Conservatory (about 6 miles from our hotel). We also took it to the White Water Walk and from the Table Rock Restaurant up to Clifton Hill (this saved us a steep walk uphill). Busses were always in time, we got a seat most of the time and drivers were friendly.

Wego is a great concept but needs a bit of work. Whenever I visit Niagara Falls, a Wego pass is always included and I finally tried it out. There is an app that you can download that shows you when the next bus arrives. However, what it lacks is the ability to show future bus arrivals/departures so that you can plan ahead. This is problematic when stops are excluded or hours are changed. This was the case for the days after Thanksgiving. The Wego website wasn't updated to reflect these changes. I tried to get to the Floral Clock so that I can walk to Queenston Heights Park, but the green line doesn't travel further than the Butterfly Conservatory. And after Thanksgiving, bus service ends at 5:30 pm though it's unclear when the last bus arrives/departs from the Butterfly Conservatory. Overall, I think the Wego bus service is great in that it's included with hotel stays, helps reduce pollution, and saves on parking fees. But the downside is that it's not as convenient. You won't save time.

John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for helping make this great, and for anyone reading this review please know that A Touch of Class will take care of you.

I stayed a few nights here recently for work... Pulling up, it's in a date, rundown part of town,…read morewhich clearly used to be based on heavy tourism, but doesn't seem to have as much going on anymore. The hotel itself from the outside is very unattractive and also not very appealing, looking dated and in need of refreshing. Checking in was simple and very helpful and friendly. They do have a very odd parking system here where they don't have valet and when you self-park, you bring the ticket in for them to scan and make active for a day. You'll need to do this daily (every day and a half or so), so keep those tickets when you come back in. The lady who checked me hit all the points and was descriptive in explaining the hotel. When I got to the room the first thing I noticed was the horrible, stained, and old brown carpet. The room was really dated and definitely in need of being refurbished. I did see posters in the hotel showing that they're going to refurbish the rooms, but I'm not sure why hotels let them get like this. They go an easy 10 years past prime, I suppose it's to make money back on the expense of the previous refurbishment. Anyway, it's rather disgusting to walk in rooms like this, but I will say that housekeeping here was probably some of the best I've experienced in a very long time! Each day I came back to the room, the room was refreshed and the bed looked very smooth, not wrinkled, made to perfection! The TV was great too because it offered Pluto as part of the streaming offerings, which I love. The common areas are pretty wild here as they look really nice. There's a Rainforest Café attached to the hotel. The pool looks pretty nice and has a large aquarium in it. There's also another large aquarium in the lobby area. The elevators are rather run down, hopefully they're refurbishing them as well. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, despite the looks of everything. I was able to get a decent sleep and the concierge lounge on the 6th floor was staffed by decent folks in the morning for breakfast. So there were decent parts of this stay.

Chris at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and ensured we were completely settled in our room. His professionalism immediately set the tone for the stay. Despite a large hockey tournament happening in the area, the hotel staff handled the increased activity with impressive grace, organization, and class. The location is excellent directly across from the Seneca Casino and within easy walking distance to downtown Niagara Falls. Having a full-service Starbucks and a Rainforest Café right in the lobby was the cherry on top. You truly can't lose staying here. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again

Yes, the tour guide told me, a 7 month pregnant lady, to go f*k myself, screaming it at me, on the street (side walk) i front of public crowds!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Erez was late by HALF AN HOUR to pick us up in the morning. But he was specific to mention to us how much he needs everyone to be on time. First off, erez seems like a nice guy who's on edge. Like a military type of person except angry, frustrated or jusy plain unstable. He'll be VERY adamant about how much time you can spend at each spot, giving you 10 minutes at the whirl pool view, so many minutes for lunch (we had to inhale our food, not even finishing my soup because we had to run out to the bus to follow this guys schedule). He specifically said to us to "wear blinders while in the gift shop and not look at anything at all and get back to the bus, it is NOT the time to shop", wow....ok.....he'd give us a time to be back at and emphasize to be there 5 minutes before that time. Okayyyyyy. Whatever guy, we're easygoing, we'll go along with your system. We follow this guys very nervous demands, because whatever, even though his timing is overly tight and unrealistic. it is what it is. On the last stop, he said to come right back from the hornblower boat tour straight to the bus. He didn't give us a time to be bk, just said to come straight to the bus. Okay got it. After the boat tour, i, a 6 and a half month pregnant woman, had to use the bathroom. There was a line unfortunately which made us 15 minutes "late" to the bus also, the walk back to the bus is an uphill walk, which is hard for me at the moment. I can't exactly, run. When we boarded the bus he began yelling and scolding us infront of everyone. It was humiliating! We didn't say anything and let it go, we arent loud people. When we let out, he was expecting tips, so i told him, we usually tip but it doesn't feel right because he scolded us while all we did was go to the bathroom, then he looked at me right in my face and yelled "i wasnt expecting a tip from you people anyway", what does that even mean? Because we are hispanic??? We are working professionals, engineers for aviation, and I'm a fashion stylist.... we tip. He kept yelling we were 15 min late, at me.....this guy is NUTS. 15 lates from what time? He never gave us a time. My brother then saw him yelling at me and then spoke up "you were late this morning!" He then said to my bro and me "GET THE FFFFUCK OUT OF MY FACE!" About 5 to 7 times! I couldn't believe it. I called him a piece of shit as i walked away. This tour company has ruined a lovely vacation, as we will take this ugly memory with us unfortunately. Not sure what their hiring process is, but they obviously hire mentally insane, emotionally unstable, personnel. Unless you want to be rushed at every stop, and scolded, STAY AWAY!

Our tour guide/driver was incredibly knowledgeable of the falls and the amount of traffic that would be at certain attractions on the route during the day and the preferred times that we would be able to go without wait. C. Our guide also took us to spots along the river we were not taken to on our last tour here, which was worth it. D. Normally tours don't stop and spend much time at the floral clock, but even though it was raining, we stopped and were given ample time to walk around the area. E. Hornblower tour was great, getting even closer to the falls than the maid of the mist ( we went on that one the last time) F. Journey behind the falls introduction was nice with just our group, which we got a little split going down to the tunnels, but we never get rushed to have to "get back to the bus on time". I am a punctual person anyway, but I also respect other people's time and the driver's. My daughter was a little disappointed that we didn't have a Canadian guide, but George gave us a great tour and an experience we won't soon forget.
