We were on this tour today with this company only to be told to go F*K ourselves by the tour guide…read morewhos name is Erez. Yes, the tour guide told me, a 7 month pregnant lady, to go f*k myself, screaming it at me, on the street (side walk) i front of public crowds!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Erez was late by HALF AN HOUR to pick us up in the morning. But he was specific to mention to us how much he needs everyone to be on time. First off, erez seems like a nice guy who's on edge. Like a military type of person except angry, frustrated or jusy plain unstable. He'll be VERY adamant about how much time you can spend at each spot, giving you 10 minutes at the whirl pool view, so many minutes for lunch (we had to inhale our food, not even finishing my soup because we had to run out to the bus to follow this guys schedule). He specifically said to us to "wear blinders while in the gift shop and not look at anything at all and get back to the bus, it is NOT the time to shop", wow....ok.....he'd give us a time to be back at and emphasize to be there 5 minutes before that time. Okayyyyyy. Whatever guy, we're easygoing, we'll go along with your system. We follow this guys very nervous demands, because whatever, even though his timing is overly tight and unrealistic. it is what it is. On the last stop, he said to come right back from the hornblower boat tour straight to the bus. He didn't give us a time to be bk, just said to come straight to the bus. Okay got it. After the boat tour, i, a 6 and a half month pregnant woman, had to use the bathroom. There was a line unfortunately which made us 15 minutes "late" to the bus also, the walk back to the bus is an uphill walk, which is hard for me at the moment. I can't exactly, run. When we boarded the bus he began yelling and scolding us infront of everyone. It was humiliating! We didn't say anything and let it go, we arent loud people. When we let out, he was expecting tips, so i told him, we usually tip but it doesn't feel right because he scolded us while all we did was go to the bathroom, then he looked at me right in my face and yelled "i wasnt expecting a tip from you people anyway", what does that even mean? Because we are hispanic??? We are working professionals, engineers for aviation, and I'm a fashion stylist.... we tip. He kept yelling we were 15 min late, at me.....this guy is NUTS. 15 lates from what time? He never gave us a time. My brother then saw him yelling at me and then spoke up "you were late this morning!" He then said to my bro and me "GET THE FFFFUCK OUT OF MY FACE!" About 5 to 7 times! I couldn't believe it. I called him a piece of shit as i walked away. This tour company has ruined a lovely vacation, as we will take this ugly memory with us unfortunately. Not sure what their hiring process is, but they obviously hire mentally insane, emotionally unstable, personnel. Unless you want to be rushed at every stop, and scolded, STAY AWAY!

Our tour guide/driver was incredibly knowledgeable of the falls and the amount of traffic that would be at certain attractions on the route during the day and the preferred times that we would be able to go without wait. C. Our guide also took us to spots along the river we were not taken to on our last tour here, which was worth it. D. Normally tours don't stop and spend much time at the floral clock, but even though it was raining, we stopped and were given ample time to walk around the area. E. Hornblower tour was great, getting even closer to the falls than the maid of the mist ( we went on that one the last time) F. Journey behind the falls introduction was nice with just our group, which we got a little split going down to the tunnels, but we never get rushed to have to "get back to the bus on time". I am a punctual person anyway, but I also respect other people's time and the driver's. My daughter was a little disappointed that we didn't have a Canadian guide, but George gave us a great tour and an experience we won't soon forget.

For the most part, it delivered. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and check-in was seamless. My top floor request was honored, which I appreciated. The room itself was clean and offered an incredible view of the Falls. Room service food was excellent! Definitely on the pricey side, but completely worth it to see the smile on my daughter's face. The jet bathtub was also a huge highlight for her and added to the experience. I'm a very detail oriented (borderline OCD) traveler when it comes to cleanliness, and I travel with a blue light. That said, I can confidently say most surfaces were clean and well maintained. However, the bed linens were my biggest disappointment. The sheets appeared worn with thinning areas that under blue light could easily be mistaken for stains. I requested new sheets two or three times, but each replacement set had the same issue, so I eventually gave up. Another issue was the in room fireplace....it doesn't actually function. The thermostat also didn't work properly. I did contact the hotel staff during my stay. I was told the fireplace was "for show" and no one was sent to address the thermostat. After checkout, the hotel offered a partial refund of about $90. While I appreciated the gesture, given the overall cost of the stay, it didn't feel sufficient and I ultimately chose not to pursue it further. Overall, while I'm not certain I would stay here again, it is still one of the better options among Niagara Falls hotels. But at this price point, details like linens and room functionality matter.

The front desk and bellhop staff were very friendly. We reserved a Fallsview junior presidential suite and were happy with the room set up and amenities. This hotel is located a the very end of the main road running through town, so it offers a perfect blend of having nearby access to everything without having everything and everyone on top of you. Here are the things that could have been better; Our Fallsview room was HOT because of the sun coming in through the wall of windows and there not being adequate ventilation for the air conditioning in the main living room area. We had to shut the shades when we left the room to block the sun and open the door to the hallway when we were in the room just to get some cool airflow inside the room. We stayed in a junior presidential suite for 3 nights and we never saw housekeeping. We helped ourselves to new towels and toilet paper off the housekeeping cart that was in the hallway and took out our own trash daily. The trash cans are SO SMALL that we filled them up quickly. Someone in our group has a disability placard that allows access to nearby parking, but there were only 4 accessible parking spaces at this hotel. We asked at the front desk if there was an alternate solution since the majority of available parking spaces are located in a lot across the street from the hotel, making the trip from hotel to car excessively long. The front desk allowed us to use the valet only parking garage as an alternate solution, which was a good compromise. There was always a long wait for elevators, like excessively long. We realize we were staying in a busy hotel in a popular touristy area, so we had anticipated there being a busy lobby, but nothing could prepare us for what we actually experienced. Thankfully, we always request a room on a low floor, because a member of our family has mobility needs, in case there's an emergency and the elevators aren't available and we need to use the stairs. I wasn't aware that we would be using the stairs daily because it was faster to walk down 4 flights of stairs than wait for an elevator. I know this review seems like we had more complaints than likes about staying here but the view and location were most important to us and this hotel certainly checks those boxes.

If you're driving in, they allow you to unload your vehicle in the front and get settled in your room. We chose to do self parking. I wouldn't say the self parking area is walking distance, so I'm glad they have a updated free shuttle that takes you to and from the hotel 24/7. We went through expedia and got a great price for a room with an amazing view of the Falls. Now, the room is smaller than your typical hotel room, but the view is jaw dropping! The entire wall is a window so you can see it all! A few other things I really liked about this hotel vs other hotels: no nasty throw pillows, no nasty bed runner, no nasty bed skirt, wipeable desk chair, recycling bin. Everything appeared spotless! We did have to call for an iron and iron board, in which came up quickly. And the closet is little to nonexistent. There's a bar connected to the desk with a few hangers. And then there's 2 drawers beneath that. So most things will probably stay in your luggage, which was fine for us. Housekeeping does not bang on your door every morning. If you need more of something, you just call down to the front desk. The observation floor is on 26th floor, same floor as the IHOP. It's self guided with QR codes to scan. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt like this was the right choice.

And to this day, I still haven't heard a voice from anyone (Larry or Joseph) since 10:25 AM (5 minutes before my pick up time) the morning was what was supposed to be my tour. I had missed a call & voicemail message from Joseph at 10:15 AM asking me to give him a call, I just happened to call him at 10:25 to let them know my group and I were downstairs and waiting. At this point I am informed by Joseph that my driver had gotten into a fatal accident on her way to pick me up, and they he had tried 2 other drivers, but didn't have anyone to pick up my group. He then suggested while not suggesting that we drive ourselves, but we didn't have a car so that wasn't even an option. He tells me he is going to call me back in 10 minutes, he needed to try another driver and after waiting 30 minutes to no call back, I called him. That call and the 2 that immediately followed went to voicemail (that is not professionally set up at all). After the 3rd call I get a text message saying that he couldn't find a driver and would call me back shortly, which turned into I would not hear back from him until after 4PM which was a response to my call and text message at 2 PM. My WHOLE day, MY BIRTHDAY was ruined because this 5 1/2 hour tour was the plan for my birthday. I had to keep reaching out to Larry, who also was taking his sweet time to respond, but stated (in a text message) that the driver was in an accident but it wasn't life threatening. They didn't offer me an alternative OR a refund, I had to demand my refund, since everyone decided to stop communicating with me. I still have not be FULLY refunded. I have a dispute with my bank to get the balance that is still owed to me. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM....there is definitely something fishy going on with these two. As soon as we were finished boarding, we were informed that our guide for the day would not be joining us. I was pretty disappointed as I was looking forward to learning more about the wineries and about the area as a whole. The bus driver did her best and shared facts as we stopped at some of the wineries. The real stand out of the tour was Flatrock winery which had a beautiful view and had delicious wine. We stopped at Petticomb winery for lunch and the food was not good at all( pack lunch)and the winery was more of a farm. The wine here was okay. We stopped at 4 wineries in total and they were mostly subpar(I will not name them). With so many beautiful wineries in the region, I was hoping to see some of those and actually have a tour. These stops were more of a tasting and no real tour. I do believe this may vary based on the wineries that you are able to visit during your tour(which changes daily). It was a rather disappointing and I wish that I had just driven myself to some of the more grand, beautiful wineries and did the tours that are offered. Overall, the tour was okay. It was reasonably priced, I didn't have to drive, our bus driver was awesome, and some of the wineries had beautiful views. I got to chat with some new people and gain new experience.
