Came to Niagara Falls for the weekend for the first time ever and this hotel did not dissappoint! The service was welcoming and friendly. Easy check in. If you're driving in, they allow you to unload your vehicle in the front and get settled in your room. We chose to do self parking. I wouldn't say the self parking area is walking distance, so I'm glad they have a updated free shuttle that takes you to and from the hotel 24/7. We went through expedia and got a great price for a room with an amazing view of the Falls. Now, the room is smaller than your typical hotel room, but the view is jaw dropping! The entire wall is a window so you can see it all! A few other things I really liked about this hotel vs other hotels: no nasty throw pillows, no nasty bed runner, no nasty bed skirt, wipeable desk chair, recycling bin. Everything appeared spotless! We did have to call for an iron and iron board, in which came up quickly. And the closet is little to nonexistent. There's a bar connected to the desk with a few hangers. And then there's 2 drawers beneath that. So most things will probably stay in your luggage, which was fine for us. Housekeeping does not bang on your door every morning. If you need more of something, you just call down to the front desk. The observation floor is on 26th floor, same floor as the IHOP. It's self guided with QR codes to scan. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt like this was the right choice. read more

We stayed here for two days in a room on the bottom floor without a view. For the price we thought it was pretty good, room was clean and bonus had a Nespresso machine (we loved this). The front desk was great (the woman working the 3-11 shift was awesome). We didn't eat at the hotel, IHOP seemed over priced (plus we have that at home) and the steak house reviews didn't seem so great either. Would def stay here again. read more

For a simple stay without any fancy amenities this place is great. Good, clean, amazing view, tiny room, free water bottles, comfy bed, indoor parking at embassy for $25. Got a late check out. Receptionist was friendly. Every time I called front desk it was busy so I called the hotel 1-800 number and got transferred to a receptionist right away. You need to go inside, check in and then get ur purple parking pass to park in the next hotel. It was simple and easy. Embassy attendant was super friendly and tells u stories about all the famous people he's met. Shows pics of the celebrities. Windows had too many fingerprints. This hotel did exactly what we needed. We were just looking for a quick one night, so had a room with no view of the falls. Checking in took awhile, but was fairly easy. There is a nice observation deck to see the falls which is well worth it during the day and at night. The parking was pretty far to the hotel, and costs a bit. However, thankfully there is a shuttle that takes you from the hotel and back. The room was pretty clean, but the bare basics. If you're looking for a budget stay, this may be your place, but don't expect anything fancy! read more

We really enjoyed our night at the Tower Hotel! It's a simple place with not a ton of amenities, but the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Views were fantastic, even in a city view room. We had breakfast at the IHOP which had a great view of the falls as well. I needed to go to the Embassy Suites next door to buy something, and it was so crowded and busy. The Tower Hotel is a nice quieter, slower paced option for a stay close to the falls. read more

We stayed one night and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Right at the top of Niagara Falls incline with a wonderful view of both the Canadian & US falls. It happened to be a Thursday night and the casino, which was a block away was having an outdoor BBQ with live music, food trucks & beer vendors with the falls in the background. Highly recommend, but 1 to 2 nights is enough unless you like to gamble at the casino. read more

It makes me uncomfortable to rate this hotel anything less than 5-stars, but I want to ensure that other travelers are able to make an informed decision based on the totality of my visit. My wife and I were visiting family during peak-season and didn't think having a Falls-View room was in the budget. A few days before our trip, I checked prices on Falls view rooms and was shocked at how fair the price was for a room labeled as "Deluxe Falls View" on Orbitz. The provided photo of the room depicted a gorgeous room with picturesque views of the falls. I figured we could stay with family the majority of our trip and then spend a Sunday evening staring out our window in awe. Parking was $40 CAN and off-site. You leave your car up front and it is parked a half mile away. You must take a shuttle to retrieve your car. Two hours after check-in my rental car was still sitting out front and curiously left unlocked. I am anal about locking cars so I know I didn't leave it like that. The check-in experience was okay. The alleged $30 gift certificate promised with my room was actually a coupon off of two entrees at a pricy nearby restaurant. I had to remind the employee about the "certificate" to receive it. I made it up to our Deluxe Falls View room to see not even a sliver of the falls. Just buildings and cars. I called down to the front desk representative who told me that the fine print describes the room as having city views. How deceptive. If I wanted to see buildings and cars only, I wouldn't have bothered getting a hotel room near the Falls in the first place. After detecting disappointment in my voice, the front desk representative informed me she upgraded me free of charge to a Falls View Luxury room - one that actually faces the Falls. While I completely appreciate this, it was only possible because the hotel wasn't fully booked as it was the following day. If I came the day after, I would have been out of luck. The upgraded view was absolutely stunning. You could see the Falls from both the bed AND the bathroom! The room was a bit small, but I spent the majority of my time posted in a chair right next to the window so it didn't matter. Everything appeared relatively upgraded and clean. The bed, pillows, linens and towels were all decent quality. It was a bit strange that the hotel's restaurant was an IHOP. A three star restaurant focused on lunch and dinner would have been far more appropriate. We decided if we ate there instead of a local restaurant for breakfast, it would help cut down costs: WRONG. Total price gouging; prices were about 250% higher than typical IHOP prices. And I don't want to hear the argument that the view was worth it. I had one of the nicest dinners I've ever had facing the Falls at another restaurant for a price similar to my pancake breakfast. Summary: Deluxe Falls View rooms don't actually face the falls. Prepare yourself for pricey, inconvenient parking. Ask for your dinner certificate or you may not get it. Avoid $25 dollar breakfasts at IHOP. If you get a Luxury Falls View room, you will be absolutely stunned by the beauty of your view. Pro tip: no in room coffee maker so be sure to grab a cup at Tim Horton's! read more

Hotel lobby is nice, but that's all that is to it. The rooms are incredibly outdated, and no heat services- each room has a tiny space heater and the room's default temp is around 15°C. If you like it cold and outdated you will like it here. read more

This hotel is so fantastic! Location is excellent. It's about a 15-20 minute walk away from Clifton Hill and it's a 5 minute walk from Fallsview Casino. You can take a gondola which is right behind the hotel which will take you pretty much in front of the Canadian falls. Now for the important part, the room. I just got back from Niagara Falls today and I already miss it. It's not the largest but I only went with my boyfriend and for 2 people, it is the perfect size. We got a city view room with a queen sized bed (the cheapest option). The window was very large, pretty much encompassed the wall. Even though it was advertised as city view, you can see the American falls and at night, you can fully see the fireworks on the nights that they launch them. It was such an incredible surprise since we weren't planning to go out on a cold November night to watch them. Just a warning though, the Embassy rooms are right across and you can very clearly see into the rooms. This also means they can just as clearly see into yours, especially at night with your lights on. Other than that, the room was beautiful. It was modern and so very very clean. I rarely can go into a hotel and walk around barefoot. The bathroom was lovely and the tub/jacuzzi was very large. It was also very quiet. Obviously, we went during off season so that was a factor, but it was still very pleasant. It's also one of the cheaper hotels. (An average of $100 a night compared to other hotels in that area that can go from $150-$200). Naturally, with the fewer number of rooms and the competitive pricing, vacancy disappears pretty quickly. My only regret is that I didn't get to try their restaurant, which I heard was pretty great too. They're closed on Sundays and Mondays. read more

I was very pleased with this hotel. Customer service was great- we had 1 mechanical issue in our room which was fixed immediately- valet parking was fine and reasonable compared to other area hotels and attractions at $20 a day; even better is the location which allowed us to walk to all the area attractions or use the bus which stops at the hotel. We paid for a view of the falls and it was so awesome- gorgeous views the whole time of both the Canadian and American falls. I also enjoyed the restaurant attached to the lobby which was delicious, quick, fresh and reasonably priced. The downsides were that the room was incredibly small and they only had 1 washcloth in our room. read more

Sometimes a getaway to another part of the world is just perfect because you've earned it or you're just into adventures =] Our options were limitless when it came to hotels. Of course the money part was a big issue because we wanted to do so much when we got to Canada so we weren't looking into the most expensive room to sleep in. Hey hey, more money for activities, food, drinks, and gifts for family and friends. We got a room at The Tower Hotel. Small rooms, elevators are slow, staff is friendly AF, and a place to eat in the 26 floor. Might not be the greatest stay but for sure wasn't the most horrible. The views were unbelievably outstanding! It was unreal for the price we payed.. awesomeness. Although, like any other hotel, the rooms are extremely limited. Call in advance and book early. I used to like this hotel but not anymore. Upon check in, I was presented with a paper to sign to agree to $25 / day facility fee. I had no choice but agree to it as I had nowhere else to go and I already paid for the room on Expedia. The girl at front desk looked uncaring and dry. Zero customer service. Parking $45 / night. The hotel has an overpriced iHop. Their room key gives tips such as "keep your valuables secured" but the hotel has no safe. I had to carry all valuables with me at all times which was annoying. The whole hotel has become a massive money grab and they've alienated me as a customer and I can't support an establishment like this. read more

The bad: Powerful smell of weed in the closet. Couldn't hang your clothes in the closet. Although the rooms are supposedly non-smoking. I guess smoking weed is not smoking. Shower head would not stay up and would tilt down towards your stomach. The vanity light over the bathroom mirror was broken (no light). The night stands were covered with a layer of dust. The curtains were worn shabby and dusty. The bathroom door hinges were noticeably rusty. The carpet on the 30th floor was stained. The IHOP in the hotel is a rip-off. Prices are double those of IHOPs just minutes away. I was not told of their "added fees and taxes" before I booked. Added fees and taxes add anywhere from $45-$75 to your room rate per day. The good: Some rooms have a spectacular view. Most do not. Conclusion: I would never book a room there again. read more

We stayed at the Tower Hotel on a 20% off in late December. The view from our deluxe room (2809) was incredible. We could see the whole falls and it lent itself to some great photography practice with my DSLR (see uploaded photos for a sense of the view you can get). Aside from this the hotel itself was fairly standard; nothing amazing nor substandard. We didn't eat in the cafe/restaurant so I can't comment on that. One tip I would give is to not get suckered into the $20 a night parking. Go to the Falls View Casino car park about 5 minutes walk down the road and pay $5 a night instead and put the money you save into shopping at the excellent Niagara Falls Outlet Collection at Niagara on the lake. read more

I stayed at the tower hotel for two nights this past weekend. We got city view on the 29th floor. Pros: The view was beautiful. The window was from wall to wall. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. Cons: As you probably read in the other review the rooms were tiny it was quite crammed and a bit awkward. The bed face the window and the TV was off to the side. The tv's are very getto it's the one with the huge backs. The buttons on the TV don't work, in fact the power button was broken. There were two remote controls one to turn on the tv and the other to change the channels or the volume (using the remote control that turns on the tv make sure the channel is on 3, otherwise it won't work). We had to call the lobby to figure out how the tv works. My boyfriend was quite annoyed. They have a hand held shower it was okay but the water pressure sucked. There's shelf outside of the shower to put your shampoo and soap so that was a bit awkward as well. So I just put all my shower toiletries on the floor. There is free wifi but the wifi doesn't work in the rooms. They only had valet parking for $20/day. The parking is located elsewhere so it was inconvenient. You won't have access to your car. So instead we parked at fallsview casino which is just down the street.(5 min walk), If you get a players advantage card parking is free if you play at the casino (which we planned to do anyway). There's not minimum amount you have to spend at the casino which is great. Just make sure you swipe your card if you play at the tables or insert your card at the slot machines and your parking will be free. The players advantage card is free as well. So I do suggest you to do that instead of paying $20/day. Some ppl say you have to win one point at the casino or spend minimum of $20 at the casino in order to get parking for free. That is NOT true. They don't have a coffee maker but they have a mini fridge and microwave which doesn't really make sense to me. And they don't have a safe box. So in conclusion this hotel is okay. It's more for the view. If you don't care for the view than I would suggest you to stay elsewhere. it's not family friendly it's more directed for couples. Hope this helps! read more

Room had a big cabinet to hold your clothes and coats and fridge and microwave and 27 in broken tube tv ,all on a 45 degree angle away from the bed. So tv remote didn't work unless you got out of bed or leaned down to the foot,lol...shockingly the bed saged slightly in the middle and was annoying!! I never stayed at this hotel although I think it would be an interesting stay considering the location and the tower it sits on. I came here to experience the view and grab breakfast on top of this oddly positioned hotel and oh my what a view it is - I originally checked in at the IHop restaurant itself that occupies the top floor of this hotel but apparently yelp decided it's all one in the same, which I could of cared less about stranger things have happened. This is like no IHop on the planet and the food here is priced like it's the only IHop on the planet, any hoot the food was pretty good and the view is nothing short of amazing. Most of the seating is parameter seating so there doesn't seem to be a bad seat anywhere in the restaurant, this is a very small restaurant but the servers here are terrific I guess it because it's a job with a view and the pay must be okay if the customers use the 20% rule. This is a great place to start your day, at least one of your days if your touring the area. Beside the stupid pricing it's all good here the pancakes and omelettes were good and the coffee was exceptionally good. The only reason why I'm evening giving stars is because the staff were so lovely, and hospitable; I'm not sure why they call themselves a hotel when the quality of the place feels like a motel. The whole infrastructure is out of date. We were just spending the night before a long drive home as we took our kids to the safari zoo and did the falls. Highly not recommended for those with young kids / not family friendly. All rooms are pinch tiny: felt like a New York live/ sleep studio apartment. Our stroller took up the walk way space we had in the room. Needless to say, the room lacked the basics of a microwave or a coffee maker ( normally use that to have hot water to warm bottles) .. the fridge in the room had mould ..... and the knob to adjust the fridges temperature was broken off. So I wasn't even sure if it was even working properly. So most of my pumped breast milk had to be dumped.. the washroom tiles reminded me of a 3.5 star Mexico resort.. needless to say this place just wasn't it and the price either. But I mean if you're lucky to have a view to the falls then the rest of it doesn't matter (that's only if you don't care about the motel feels) If they care to, they should actually invest and take the time to maintain and bring this "hotel" up to date. read more

If you're looking for a unique, retro Niagara glamor vibe this may be your only option in town. The Tower isn't new but the rooms are delightful. You have to have a Falls view room -- you're 27-30 floors up and the view is staggering. Two things to keep in mind: the rooms are small and we had issues with wifi in the rooms (lobby was fine). It was only after seeing the other chain hotels in the area that we understood how lucky we were. Not the best experience. Paid $30 to have them park my car, ok no problem, but..... they won't bring you your car, they shuttle you to the car. No help with luggage at the remote parking. Carpeting in the room wrinkled and old. No guest directory in the room. Have to go down 28 floors to get ice, only one elevator works both up and down. They gave us access to the VIP lounge and said there would be water and snacks, when we got there to watch the fireworks all the waters and snacks were gone. There was a girl receptionist who did absolutely nothing. We paid over $400 for one night, we did not get our money's worth. When booking the room on the internet it said king bed and view of both falls. Turned out to be a queen bed and only one falls could be see from our room. Please be very careful when you book this hotel. first, the price you see on booking site is not the price you will be charged. we see the total included fees, taxes, etc when we book it is $260/per room/per night Canadian dollar, but the booking site do not charge you and make as fully paid. you will pay the total when you check out. so I paid more than $400 Canadian dollar eventually. second, My friend who lives in Canada booked the same type of room (city view) for the same date of my stay, his bill shows only $160 Canadian dollar. This is very discriminated for US customer! 3rd, $35 valet parking is very inconvenience because you have to take a shuttle to get the parking lot to get car by yourself. Please note: I REALLY ABSOLUTELY WANT TO RATE THEM 5 STARS BUT DUE TO AN INCIDENT (and some additional matters), I'VE DROPPED THEM DOWN TO 3 STARS. Although I purchased a Groupon for the deluxe Fallsview King room, in the Groupon it states that it's a stay for two in a luxury Fallsview King Room or Deluxe Fallsview King'Room. The Groupon was a little misleading because although we paid for the deluxe Fallsview package, it was actually a City View in which we had to pay an upgraded charge to have a Fallsview room. Keep in mind if you don't want to pay extra for an upgraded Fallsview room, they do have a VIP access Lounge that's accessible 24 hours in which you can view the Niagara Falls and just lounge around. The hotel also has a IHOP restaurant on site so you can choose to dine there or elsewhere for breakfast. We ended up paying for the upgraded room but it was definitely worth it. The room was very nice and it included a jacuzzi which was definitely a plus. Since it was my first time visiting Niagara Falls, I had a great experience and we felt the upgrade was well worth the money especially on 4th of July weekend. The morning View and the evening views were fantastic which you can see from my pictures. All in all the Fallsview Hotel definitely could use some improvement, because while the customer service was ok, their organization was not. Our Groupon came with $150 dining credit for Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, $30 dining credit at Keg Steakhouse & Bar, $25 slot play credit for Fallsview Casino or Casino Niagara, and a wine touring pass for two. After we had checked in, I noticed they had not given us the wine-touring passes. Later I questioned them about the pass in which they had told me it was not available for our stay (check-in June 30th and check-out July 1st) the Groupon says it was valid for July and August days. I thought we were still entitled to the passes because we were checking out on July 1st but the concierge happily gave them to us anyway which I was thankful for. The organizational aspect really fell upon their valet parking. Since we drove, we had to pay the valet parking price of $45 which we didn't mind doing of course until they lost my car keys. When we were ready to leave, they gave us a Zipcar card, and because I've never used a Zipcar I just assumed the card was a means of getting into the parking lot after the shuttle dropped us off. This was definitely not the case. Upon arrival my keys definitely were not in the car, and the card that we had definitely was not for our vehicle or to get into the lot. Instead, while I was on the phone with the hotel, my boyfriend walked around the lot to find out that the card actually opened a Zipcar which was a BMW which did have the keys in the vehicle. The idea of all this was very scary because since we were honest people, we called the hotel and we were on hold for about 10-15 minutes in the burning heat trying to get a hold of them so we could get a shuttle back and correct the situation. Had it been someone else, the outcome could have been very different. Someone could have taken the keys to my vehicle and just drove off anyway without returning the keys or correcting the situation, or robbed my vehicle. When we finally made it back to our hotel we had to wait another 20 minutes before they actually found my car keys. I have no idea how they could have messed that up. The parking attendant said it was because they didn't put my entire name on the ticket that was attached to my car keys. But my question is, when I gave him the ticket to collect my keys wasn't it his job to verify that the numbers on the stub I was provided matched the tag associated with the Zipcar card he gave me? This was definitely the reason behind my 3 star rating. I thought they would have been nice enough to offer me either free valet parking or at least refunded me at least half of my money for the stress that I underwent but this was not the case and they did not offer me any type of compensation in anyway. I definitely don't think I would be returning to this hotel should I decide to visit Niagara Falls again. While the views were great and the customer service was okay, the fact that the Groupon was misleading and we had to pay a large amount for an upcharge for a Fallsview room AANNNDDD they LOST MY KEYS were definitely a turn off. read more

You can't park any where else. We discussed this with the 3rd party booking and they called the hotel to ask if they would allow us to cancel, they said no. A cheap, run down hotel said no...now the 3rd party booking site is going to consider taking them off their site because of the horrible customer service. The booking site refunded us thank goodness. For being so hungry for money the customer service is so poor. They really need all the help they can get since it's so gross and run down. read more

Amazing views, amazing service, just fabulous! The valet, Dennis, is very knowledgable and recommended non-touristy restaurants and events. We had dinner at the restaurant , Marilyn's , and had a beautiful breathtaking view with amazing food! Everything was close by and waking up to the falls is the only way to wake up here. I saw some people said the rooms were small-- duh! This is not a normal hotel. There are only so many rooms and the odd shape will obviously lead to weird shaped rooms. Clean, spacious enough for my boyfriend and I, great bathroom and seriously the view...can you really complain? $20 /day valet parking is a downside, but Dennis was so helpful, including drawing us a map to help us find our way around and giving us great advice on how to get to Toronto (take the Go from abbleby!). We loved our unique room. The view was hands down the best thing about it. Simply mind blowing how great it was. The rooms are tiny and odd shaped because you are in a circular shaped structure. Don't overpack! The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. We were on the penthouse floors. After taking up the main elevator, you'll have a key to access the small penthouse floors elevator. Tiny and crowded but I'm claustrophobic and it didn't bother me at all. Valets park your car off-site but are quick to retrieve them. We really felt special our whole time there. No art deco or any design in the room which made it look simple. For the price, I would expect a lot more. However, it was a beautiful stay. Another not so good thing is that in the winter months, they don't do room service for breakfast which sucks. I wanted to order breakfast and was told the night before that they don't offer this in the winter months. WEIRD! Its a very quiet hotel! I love the look of it. Very nice entrance and lobby. Valet people are nice as well. Not much going on in this hotel if you want restaurants and lounge. They have a breakfast place (Fuel) which is delicious. Great food! Marilyn Restaurant upstairs on the 26th floor has spectacular view as well but service and food is blah. For "fine dining", worst restaurant I ever dined in. The service was crap and the food was brought to us cold. The meat was less than luke warm and the potatoes weren't cooked well. We had to send it back. Had to wait for another 30 minutes to get better quality dish. The waitress we had was nice but the service wasn't great. They took a quarter of my crab cake as I looked down towards the falls. They also took my fork. I had to ask for water to be filled as our glasses were empty. NEVER had this experience before at a fine dining. Oh well! read more

This place is good for its view. Stayed here for 2 nights. Had an amazing view from the bed. The rooms are clean and such as expected from a 4 star hotel.But that's about all it has going. Rooms are tiny. Furniture and appliances are aging. The TV in the room was an old 20" tube TV that had a broken power button. Not what I expected from a hotel of this class. Very happy we found this goofy hotel in Niagara! Stayed for 2 nights this weekend on the 29th floor, in a "cityview" room. The hotel is...bizarre. It's a giant tower (as the name implies), but has just 3 tiny floors of hotel rooms. There's the lobby (front desk, a "70s style" decorated lounge, and a small cafe)...then an elevator up to the 25th-30th floors with nothing in between. The 25th is apparently for events, the 26th is a restaurant, and the 30th a mysterious "penthouse." The rooms themselves are tiny and simple...but what else do you need in a hotel room? There's a bathroom, a bed, a TV, a small closet, and a drawer or two. The bed faces a wall-to-wall window. We faced away from the falls, so had a nice view of the surrounding areas, but that couldn't possibly compare to the amazing view the "fallsview" rooms had. No fridge, iron, etc. But we had plenty of towels and pillows, and decent free wifi, so we were happy. The restaurant on the 26th floor is great. We didn't eat dinner there (though the food looked good and was surprisingly reasonably priced). But we went for drinks and apps both nights. The atmosphere is great, with live music one night and the amazing falls view. Though check-in isn't until 4 PM, we arrived at 11 AM and were moved into an open room right away, which was REALLY nice of them. One annoying thing is parking - the only option they offer is valet parking for $20 per day. We are geniuses, so decided to decline and buy a parking pass a block away at the Comfort Inn for $10. You can also park at the casino down the street for $5/day. Definitely not the place for families, kids, etc, mostly because the rooms won't fit any more than 2. But as a relatively affordable but nice hotel in a great location, this was perfect for us. read more

The staff at this hotel exceeds 5 stars! The view from our room was stunning! The room was clean because Brittany, our assigned service assistant was AMAZING!!! We did have to pay for parking, 22$ daily but they retrieved our call as many times as we needed. The location of the hotel is close to Starbucks, TGIF's, and a super close to the falls. Pay to do the incline railroad at least once. It's worth it! read more

We went here for our 10 year anniversary in 2017, so I certainly hope the situation has been fixed by now, but here is our experience. Right after we arrived, the first thing the young woman behind the desk said is, "You know the room you paid for is cityview, not fallsview, right?" And I said, "No, I paid extra for fallsview. That is the room I booked." And this cold con artist of a front desk clerk proceeded to smile and tell me that I must be confused. Thinking this was all a mistake I called the provided customer service line and emailed the manager, who was not onsite, to no avail for the first day and night of what was to be a three day stay. I spent literally hours on hold and was so upset I was emotionally traumatized at being cheated. My husband tried to calm me and we went back down to talk to the front desk the next morning only to find another person arguing with the very same front desk clerk for the EXACT SAME ISSUE! He had brought his elderly mother there for her birthday and was very angry and raised his voice. The woman immediately threatened to call the police and have him arrested! Other reviews mention what sounds like this same woman and say she is a sociopath. I believe it because when she threatened him she seemed extremely pleased with herself. I felt so sorry for that poor man she was torturing, I took him aside and told him that she did the same to us and that he should join us in emailing complaints to her manager, rather than risk her calling the police. My miracle worker of a husband somehow persisted in the face of all this and on the last day of our stay we were finally moved to a room with partial fallsview. We did not receive a refund for the extra we had paid for fallsview in the first place. Be very careful booking this hotel. You may have a truly miserable and upsetting experience. read more
