For a simple stay without any fancy amenities this place is great. Good, clean, amazing view, tiny room, free water bottles, comfy bed, indoor parking at embassy for $25. Got a late check out. Receptionist was friendly. Every time I called front desk it was busy so I called the hotel 1-800 number and got transferred to a receptionist right away. You need to go inside, check in and then get ur purple parking pass to park in the next hotel. It was simple and easy. Embassy attendant was super friendly and tells u stories about all the famous people he's met. Shows pics of the celebrities. Windows had too many fingerprints. Would visit again and bring some windex. Falls were nicely luminated.

We really enjoyed our night at the Tower Hotel! It's a simple place with not a ton of amenities, but the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Views were fantastic, even in a city view room. We had breakfast at the IHOP which had a great view of the falls as well. I needed to go to the Embassy Suites next door to buy something, and it was so crowded and busy. The Tower Hotel is a nice quieter, slower paced option for a stay close to the falls.

View from our hotel room. Light show & fireworks start at 10:00 pm. It was night to be in our rooms to see it!

We stayed one night and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Right at the top of Niagara Falls incline with a wonderful view of both the Canadian & US falls. It happened to be a Thursday night and the casino, which was a block away was having an outdoor BBQ with live music, food trucks & beer vendors with the falls in the background. Highly recommend, but 1 to 2 nights is enough unless you like to gamble at the casino.

Great view! I would highly recommend this location! You are truly over the Horseshoe fall! So beautiful!

It makes me uncomfortable to rate this hotel anything less than 5-stars, but I want to ensure that other travelers are able to make an informed decision based on the totality of my visit. My wife and I were visiting family during peak-season and didn't think having a Falls-View room was in the budget. A few days before our trip, I checked prices on Falls view rooms and was shocked at how fair the price was for a room labeled as "Deluxe Falls View" on Orbitz. The provided photo of the room depicted a gorgeous room with picturesque views of the falls. I figured we could stay with family the majority of our trip and then spend a Sunday evening staring out our window in awe. Parking was $40 CAN and off-site. You leave your car up front and it is parked a half mile away. You must take a shuttle to retrieve your car. Two hours after check-in my rental car was still sitting out front and curiously left unlocked. I am anal about locking cars so I know I didn't leave it like that. The check-in experience was okay. The alleged $30 gift certificate promised with my room was actually a coupon off of two entrees at a pricy nearby restaurant. I had to remind the employee about the "certificate" to receive it. I made it up to our Deluxe Falls View room to see not even a sliver of the falls. Just buildings and cars. I called down to the front desk representative who told me that the fine print describes the room as having city views. How deceptive. If I wanted to see buildings and cars only, I wouldn't have bothered getting a hotel room near the Falls in the first place. After detecting disappointment in my voice, the front desk representative informed me she upgraded me free of charge to a Falls View Luxury room - one that actually faces the Falls. While I completely appreciate this, it was only possible because the hotel wasn't fully booked as it was the following day. If I came the day after, I would have been out of luck. The upgraded view was absolutely stunning. You could see the Falls from both the bed AND the bathroom! The room was a bit small, but I spent the majority of my time posted in a chair right next to the window so it didn't matter. Everything appeared relatively upgraded and clean. The bed, pillows, linens and towels were all decent quality. It was a bit strange that the hotel's restaurant was an IHOP. A three star restaurant focused on lunch and dinner would have been far more appropriate. We decided if we ate there instead of a local restaurant for breakfast, it would help cut down costs: WRONG. Total price gouging; prices were about 250% higher than typical IHOP prices. And I don't want to hear the argument that the view was worth it. I had one of the nicest dinners I've ever had facing the Falls at another restaurant for a price similar to my pancake breakfast. Summary: Deluxe Falls View rooms don't actually face the falls. Prepare yourself for pricey, inconvenient parking. Ask for your dinner certificate or you may not get it. Avoid $25 dollar breakfasts at IHOP. If you get a Luxury Falls View room, you will be absolutely stunned by the beauty of your view. Pro tip: no in room coffee maker so be sure to grab a cup at Tim Horton's!

Such a great spot with amazing views of the Falls. We like to stay here on our visits because the rooms are always spotless and the staff is out of this world nice. Especially the night desk clerk (3p-11p shift). He was so awesome and accommodating.

This hotel is so fantastic! Location is excellent. It's about a 15-20 minute walk away from Clifton Hill and it's a 5 minute walk from Fallsview Casino. You can take a gondola which is right behind the hotel which will take you pretty much in front of the Canadian falls. Now for the important part, the room. I just got back from Niagara Falls today and I already miss it. It's not the largest but I only went with my boyfriend and for 2 people, it is the perfect size. We got a city view room with a queen sized bed (the cheapest option). The window was very large, pretty much encompassed the wall. Even though it was advertised as city view, you can see the American falls and at night, you can fully see the fireworks on the nights that they launch them. It was such an incredible surprise since we weren't planning to go out on a cold November night to watch them. Just a warning though, the Embassy rooms are right across and you can very clearly see into the rooms. This also means they can just as clearly see into yours, especially at night with your lights on. Other than that, the room was beautiful. It was modern and so very very clean. I rarely can go into a hotel and walk around barefoot. The bathroom was lovely and the tub/jacuzzi was very large. It was also very quiet. Obviously, we went during off season so that was a factor, but it was still very pleasant. It's also one of the cheaper hotels. (An average of $100 a night compared to other hotels in that area that can go from $150-$200). Naturally, with the fewer number of rooms and the competitive pricing, vacancy disappears pretty quickly. My only regret is that I didn't get to try their restaurant, which I heard was pretty great too. They're closed on Sundays and Mondays.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Customer service was great- we had 1 mechanical issue in our room which was fixed immediately- valet parking was fine and reasonable compared to other area hotels and attractions at $20 a day; even better is the location which allowed us to walk to all the area attractions or use the bus which stops at the hotel. We paid for a view of the falls and it was so awesome- gorgeous views the whole time of both the Canadian and American falls. I also enjoyed the restaurant attached to the lobby which was delicious, quick, fresh and reasonably priced. The downsides were that the room was incredibly small and they only had 1 washcloth in our room.

Earlier this year (April 2017) wifey and me were able to get away from work, stress, Los Angeles traffic, and the nice sunny weather we love here in southern Cali. Sometimes a getaway to another part of the world is just perfect because you've earned it or you're just into adventures =] Our options were limitless when it came to hotels. All kinds of them are walking distance to each other. Restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, and a lot of snow. (At least when we got there). Of course the money part was a big issue because we wanted to do so much when we got to Canada so we weren't looking into the most expensive room to sleep in. Hey hey, more money for activities, food, drinks, and gifts for family and friends. We got a room at The Tower Hotel. Small rooms, elevators are slow, staff is friendly AF, and a place to eat in the 26 floor. Might not be the greatest stay but for sure wasn't the most horrible. The views were unbelievably outstanding! It was unreal for the price we payed.. awesomeness. Although, like any other hotel, the rooms are extremely limited. Call in advance and book early. A lot of the things you'll want to do are walking distance and public transportation is very reliable also.

We stayed at the Tower Hotel on a 20% off in late December. The view from our deluxe room (2809) was incredible. We could see the whole falls and it lent itself to some great photography practice with my DSLR (see uploaded photos for a sense of the view you can get). Aside from this the hotel itself was fairly standard; nothing amazing nor substandard. We didn't eat in the cafe/restaurant so I can't comment on that. One tip I would give is to not get suckered into the $20 a night parking. Go to the Falls View Casino car park about 5 minutes walk down the road and pay $5 a night instead and put the money you save into shopping at the excellent Niagara Falls Outlet Collection at Niagara on the lake.

Slightly cooler temperatures, less people and fireworks every night. The hotel itself was comfortable and the staff were warm and professional. The spa is nice, offering a relaxing atmosphere. There is a beautiful Falls view in upper level superior rooms. Hotel Pool stay open to 11 at night. This hotel is close to many food spots, which are walking distance. They have good food at the buffet too in hotel. Cons Defintely not four star as advertised. More like a three star. Upon arrival, there's no welcome drink or immediate help; you have to handle everything yourself with lugguage. which can be hard for those who need extra assistance. They do have a bell hop but very limited . Upon arrival and departure there was one person. The carpet area in lobby and rooms need shampooing badly. Rooms have beautiful views on upper levels , but outdated. The front desk service was mixed; one staff member was excellent, but another rushed me, which is not acceptable when guests are paying their money. The spa charges an additional fee to use Oasis pools/ Jacuzzi; which is unusual for most spas, since they typically include it with the massage services. This additional fee still feels like a drawback. FYI -There are not actually pools in the spa area just jacuzzi and cold plunge, sauna etc. While the pool staff was great, with Kevin standing out, and Beth at the spa being exceptional the pool area is outdated. The ceiling is peeling and looks like a YMCA pool area. In addition , my massage at spa was okay. But no timer was used to ensure guest are receiving their full time paid for. I know I did not receive full time. All spas I have visited , use a timer to make sure you get your full time.

Our room was recently renovated and beautiful. The elevator situation is pure chaos. We stayed on the 24th floor and often waited 15 minutes to go down. Rooms are quite spacious and was very accessible for our friend in a wheelchair which is why we booked this hotel. First night was busier and more expensive due to fireworks and there were some others who went to the Taylor Swift concert and Bills/Chiefs game. They charge per person an extra fee so I booked the first night separately and then the next three nights for much less per night as our friend in only stayed the first night. Evening reception and breakfast was nice to have although the hot options were quite limited (no omelettes, etc.) and the eggs were bland with a tough texture. Breakfast was much better at the Embassy Suites I have stayed at pre pandemic but the limited options and lower quality seem to be that this is a much larger hotel. They do manage then crowds well with breakfast and have a traffic light guide of ideal times being early. We got a table easily due to our disabilities. Hotel is very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, attractions, and the incline railway stops from across the hotel and goes down to Table Rock. My friend in a wheelchair and my wife managed to make it up on the incline railway and arrive before me and the luggage in an Uber from the Table Rock bus stop. They have a Starbucks, Friday's, and mini market in the hotel we used which are handy . There is The Keg that was temporarily closed. My wife and I ate at both the Table Rock House down the incline railway and the Fallsview Steakhouse next door, the latter which had a voucher in a coupon book they gave us. The steakhouse was really good but pricy and the Table Rock House was amazing, a good value, authentic, and locally sourced. Staff is hit or miss. The man checking me in the first day seemed cold and unsure how the re-check in works for the same room, but the second one was friendly. The bellman our first day asked for a tip and we did not have cash, makes me wonder if they are paying their employees enough which is an issue causing strikes at even the best hotels in Montreal (even the Fairmont we stayed at). Maid service seemed to come Sunday and not Monday or Tuesday so they had to come later to help us fold the sofa bed and the staff was responsive by text per them checking in with us. However, Kitch, our bellman leaving was so amazing and got us on a taxi.

In 2026, most people use their phones, so having an alarm clock in the room already adds very little value. But keeping one there and not making sure it's reset between guests is just negligent. It introduced a completely avoidable failure point and ended up ruining our stay. It's like having a motion sensor in the room that can turn the lights on in the middle of the night if it isn't reset. It adds no real value, but creates a predictable and completely avoidable disruption for the next guest. There were other issues too: * No pool towels for over an hour. We called as soon as we arrived and were told they were coming, but after waiting more than 60 minutes we gave up and went back to the room. * Elevator delays almost every time. One of four elevators in the North Tower was out of service for the entire stay, so it was constantly backed up. Individually these might seem minor. Together they point to a pattern of poor management and a lack of basic operational discipline. The views and location are excellent, but they're being completely undermined by avoidable service failures. Would not return at current service levels.
