This was the third time we have been on helicopter tours. I love riding helicopters. The views of the falls and the river were breathtaking. It's absolutely worth going up. The ride was smooth and super pleasant. The narration was over a speaker and impossible to hear or understand. The pilot didn't speak a word to us. There were no headsets provided. We were a party of two. We were put on with a party of three. I requested the front seat and thought it would work out so that the family of three would take the back seat. But, they split up the family. They put the dad and very little boy in the front and the mom in back with us. I found that very odd. We would have been very happy to wait around until we could have had a front seat ride. The staff is not at all friendly and did not speak to us about options.

Amazing, breathtaking, life changing... well maybe not life changing ha ha ha... this is a MUST DO on your list. Do it... just doooooooooooooo it. You get in with a group of 6 total. There is a recording that is playing giving you educacional information but you don't really listen to it because you are taking in the view. Best seats are window and the front but it does not matter where you sit.... take your camera!!!

One of the most well organized, professional and affordable things to do in Niagara. It's about 10 minutes journey from the falls via Uber. And note: no booking needed. You can experience long lines when the tour buses drop off but the operation is designed well where that line just diminishes very quickly, Each helicopter takes 7 people comfortably and we lost count after seeing 5 helicopters in the sky at once. They just keep coming. Affordable? Get a $20 coupon leaflet at most hotels on the falls. Considering the cost of everything at the falls for a 12-15 minute tour in a nice helicopter it's well worth the price. Even the photo opportunities they try and sell are worth the cost and cheaper than Skylon and other places in town. Couple of things to note. One is lack of cell signal at the location. Even with international roaming we had to walk down the path to get a signal to order an Uber back! I'm taking a star off, as the grind staff were not patient at all with someone with a disability trying to climb into the cockpit on their small steps. I asked if I could climb in one side as it's better for me and they refused. So taking my time to get in the other side two people attempted to push me in, not gently. That's not right and it just took longer for me to step back and tell them to back off. Which they did. The manager who was running the waiting line knew and allowed me time to get up to the helicopter but once there they are dead set on loading you quickly. Not appreciated. But still very enjoyable

Great experience to see the falls from the sky, but also would recommend taking the hornblower boat ride, it takes you very close to the falls. You will get soaking wet, but if it's a nice warm weather, then it's like jumping in to the pool.

In order to give this amazing adventure justice, you really have to click on this link to their website, and see the video right there on their homepage that will make you want to sign up for this ride of your life instantly--my brother Adam G. saw this video online and said, Sarah we are doing this. http://www.niagarahelicopters.com/ So now that you have watched that, are you sitting down yet? It is pretty exciting stuff, eh?? Well being in the actual helicopter, although it feels way shorter than it actually is, is simply a thrill. The helicopter lands, you run up to it, under its beat propeller blades, you are trying to hold your hair back, not trip, and then you climb into the seat, you are buckled in, head phones go on, and then you are up up up into the air. Be sure to BRING YOUR CAMERA WITH YOU. The photos I took from this helicopter and showed to my family and friends made them think I should take up photography, because the views you get are unbelievable, breathtaking, and spectacular. Words cannot even describe how it feels to be up so high, in a helicopter that is moving so quickly that when it turns to give you another glimpse of these amazing falls makes you feel a little bit of the g forces acting on your body. My brother's face lit up with joy. He looked like a little kid at christmas!! Except with his eyes open even wider than usual! To see the falls up close is one thing, but if you have the money, and even if you don't, you should save up for this experience, because it is probably something I will remember for the rest of my life.

This is truly a first class operation. Anyone looking to start an aerial tour company needs to fly with these guys to see how they do it. For the traveler it's a lot of fun. Try to schedule your ride so that you don't have a completely full aircraft and you'll have a virtually private tour. I've hired these guys for tours, charters and for an engagement. Wonderful service, attention to detail, and they deliver an exhilarating tour of the falls.

We had a wonderful time and the view was breathtaking!! It would've been a five star review if the ride was more than 9 mins!

Definitely worth the money!!! My wife, 20 month old son and myself took a flight over Niagra(4/2/2019) and boy was it worth it. We were hesitant at first with our son being so young. It was either going to be pleasurable or a disaster! We waited about 15 mins after paying to actually take off but it wasnt a bad wait. Before the flight took off i was worried about it being a rough ride with a 1 1/2 year old on my lap. After getting in the air, all of those concerns were alleviated. The rode was pretty smooth for a cold and windy day. The pilot actually tilta the bird to the sides so you could see Niagra Falls easily opposed to having to lift out of your seat to see. The ride was about 15-20 mins which was excellent. Its a narrated flight and excellent for photos and views. I cant say enough about it and the photos taken before you depart on your flight are actually GOOD! All and all, i would do this again and recommend. Plus they honored the discount we had from the Butterfly Conservatory that we had.

To see the magic of the Falls from the eyes of a child is amazing. I think this is my fifth time to Niagara Falls and it didn't get old. There is something new I see each time. The employees were kind and did a great job providing directions and keeping the line moving. We had no wait to board the ship. We were told 600 people could fit at one time. It was cool to find out the ship was fully electric and didn't have harmful emissions. The ride was very informative and we learned fun facts about the Falls. We definitely got wet but it felt good in the otherwise 85 degree weather. The ride is only about 20 minutes and totally worth it. Afterwards there were plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance so we didn't have to move our vehicle. Definitely recommend this family friendly experience. It was cool seeing many generations represented.

Many clean bathrooms to use, lots of interactive displays, a cafe, and gift shop. You can tell a lot of money went into improving this place. I also liked that there were so many public restrooms available throughout the park and seating options including picnic tables and benches. We also saw lovely hanging baskets throughout the park. She was kind and patient with everybody in the group. Now for the attractions...the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds were definitely an AMAZING experience. On the Maid of the Mist, you get close to Horshoe Falls and just feel the loud roar and energy of the falls. Absolutely stunning! Went on the hurricane deck at Cave of the Winds and got a hydrotherapy massage underneath Bridal Veil Falls. The water was intense and so powerful. A magnificent experience. We had lunch at Maple Leaf Place. Food was ok. Couldn't really eat from the food court since I have IBS so I don't have much to say about the food. The steak poutine was recommended and I was told that it was good. ‍ I didn't skip out on the maple syrup and fudge tasting though. Yum! Delicious. Had no clue there were 3 different types of maple syrup and I found that I like the dark amber syrup the best. Bought some chocolate covered blueberries and jujubes. My husband loved them...me not so much. I prefer my chocolate with no fruit, but I did enjoy their tasty orange dreamsicle fudge. Because there was a big tour bus that arrived at Maple Leaf Place just a few minutes we got there, our time at the food court took too long since the lines were long and everybody in my family were hungry. This meant that it cut our time for souvenir shopping. I'm sure my hubby was happy about that. After lunch, we went to Skylon Tower and went to the observation deck. We got a bird's eye view of not just the Horseshoe, American and Bridal Veil Falls but all of the town of Niagara Falls. Beautiful! Thank you Over The Falls Tour and Jessica! Not so much so for the sign itself, but for the fact that, as a tourist, I didn't have any cash on me. They give you a card at the end to give the guide/company feedback; they could at least give you the option to send the guide payment through electronic means as well. -The hour-long lunch stop. I could do without the lunch stop. Again, some people probably really wanted it, but for me, I would've rather hit more up. -The guide basically just took us to the stops and said meet me back here at X. They say on the site that guides love taking pictures for you, well that's kind of hard to do, if you're way back up at the van. Not that I wanted my picture taken at any time, and if I did I could've asked someone in the group to, but it just seemed odd for him to stay back. Especially if somebody in the group got injured or something. -We didn't seem to do much. Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, lunch, the actual power station, whirlpool, floral clock, Table Rock, and Skylon Tower. I had done pretty much everything else, so I don't know what more they could've done. But maybe they could've done 1-2 more things if they shortened the lunch break. I got a couple of discounts when I signed up, but ultimately, I don't think it was worth it. I don't regret it, but if I could do it over, I would've just crossed the border myself to do Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist, and done Skylon Tower on my own.
