I've been in love with Wegman's since they first opened it's doors in Cherry Hill. As a prior reviewer said, it's like Whole Foods & Costco had a baby & Wegman's is it's name-O! They offer a wide variety of organic foods at a reasonable price. The vegetables, meats, & seafood are high in quality, PLUS they offer bulk options (baby Wegman got it from it's father, Costco). Not only can you shop for groceries at Wegman's, you can grab a bite from their buffet! They offer a variety of options that will accommodate different palates/diets. The one setback with their buffet is that their quality isn't always consistent. Sometimes the food is over cooked & dry, other times the buffet appears to be a bit bare from lack of refills by the staff. Overall, a great market for all your needs. read more

I'm giving Wegmans their 5th star because of the insanely amazing produce they have sourced this summer. Seriously, they have more fresh, local food than I have ever seen at a Whole Foods. The tomatoes, peaches, corn, and neon eggplants have been a godsend for me, since I have been stuck in a cooking rut for the past couple months. The local tomatoes have been especially incredible- far and away the best I've ever had from a grocery store and better than I've had from some farmers markets lately. They are flavorful, meaty and have the perfect balance of sweetness and acid. Also, I recently made the mistake of sampling their ultimate white cake. Holy crap, I have never had a cake this good from a grocery store bakery. It wasn't overly sweet and the vanilla flavor was very strong- over all it is a rather adult treat. read more

I have been planning to write a review update for Wegman's for some time, and in light of recent events, I can think of no better time than the present to update what started as a Michael Jackson shout out. It has been slightly over a year since my original review, and while the honeymoon is officially over, I think Wegman's and I have what it takes to make it through the long haul. There have been some bumps along the road, as I'm sure there will continue to be, but for the most part I can think of no grocery store that could make me happier. The prepared foods section is phenomenal. The Asian wokery bar has what I consider to be the best fast food Chinese, hands down. The salad bar has every ingredient you could possibly want, plus various other cold salads and even a hot foods section. My favorite improvement to this general area of the store is in the form of index cards that list serving sizes and nutritional information for most items. It takes the guesswork out of wondering which items are diet-friendly and which items will land you a spot on The Biggest Loser. For the most part, the grocery area has everything I need. I stress, "for the most part" because there have been times when a particular brand I'm looking for is not available (Skippy reduced fat peanut butter in both creamy and chunky varieties) or a certain item is missing entirely. This happens even in the produce section, which I find especially odd for such a large store, and I quickly find myself getting irate when I have to make a special trip to the local ACME just to pick up the missing ingredient for a recipe. Weg's somewhat makes up for this in other areas though. There are many items around the store that make cooking so much easier for those who are short on time (or just plain lazy). My favorite item, and one that I suspect must be a favorite for others as it is not always available, is the bag of sliced onions and peppers in the produce section. Fajitas anyone? As with any attractive and likable entity, many people are drawn to the Weg's. This sometimes creates a crowd that is nearly impossible to maneuver through with limited time and even less patience. To avoid high blood pressure situations or the blowing of gaskets, avoid the store on weekends or weekday lunch hours. Weekday mornings, mid-afternoons or late evenings are best, especially if you plan on utilizing a cart (for storing your items, not mowing people down). read more

Here's the thing...I love Wegman's. But, I know I'm going to sound like an asshole with what I say next, so you can stop reading now if you're sensitive. Or guilty of the following behavior. The general populous that shops at Wegman's belongs on the short bus. I have never, in my life, ever, seen people waddle around in awe as much as I have at Wegman's. My approach to shopping is this: strategically planned, efficient routing through the store to make sure I get in and out as quickly as possible. That's not the agenda at Wegman's. This is an experience for their customers. This is a food vacation. People stare at the buttery Brie ("Should I get EARTHY?? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? I'm not going to read the label describing it...I'll stare harder to understand.") and wonder if they might want the five year Gouda instead. Gorgonzola? OMFG WHAT DO I DO???? They stare in terror at all of the varieties of tea with their cart parked parallel to the shelves so no one can get anything off of them until they are quite through. If you attempt to squeeze past people staring at Domino sugar versus Wegman's sugar ("They are the same price...but what does Wegman's have? The holy spirit? Enlightenment? I JUST DON'T KNOW! SHOULD STARE FOR FIVE MINUTES.") be prepared for the hairy eyeball (how dare you interrupt my eyegasm...) Forget about getting orange juice and milk...people hold the doors open and stare down the 1% and skim...what will they decide? Cue Jeopardy music. You cannot beat the variety, although they do tend to push their own, more expensive brand leading to oddly non-varietal things (effing hard to find D'ambrosio rolls...if they DO happen to have them, prepare for a treasure hunt...peanut butter...waddup Wegman's?) I get that they are busy, but they are forever stocking shelves that don't need stocking...how much Zatarain's can one shelf possibly hold? There are seriously 25 club packs of chicken breasts...you're good! But they will leave others bare...well, actually....this is really just the peanut butter shelf...so maybe they are just pushing their own steeze, but I have never had more trouble getting creamy Skippy in my life. Also, they don't sell Niagara starch...or Carbona stain removers...staples of the American cleaning/laundry dream. So, in closing, if you are looking for a layout that makes sense (I'm looking at you Acme...), the ability to get expansive, fresh produce, beautiful roses that last three weeks, relatively easy check out, go to Wegman's. I love Wegman's, I may try the other markets, but I always come back to the best. Their prepared food section has more variety than any other market and not only is it the most visually appealing, but it tastes the best. They are consistent and I can always find something I want. As a vegetarian, I know there will always be a whole bunch of options for me to pick and chose from and I appreciate that they don't forget about us non-meat eaters. Their produce section is second to none and they have a huge organic foods section that is reasonably priced. Between their bakery, the prepared stuff, the produce, the limitless loose teas and coffee beans as well as the general merchandise - I doubt there could be anything on a shopping list that can't be found here. I also really appreciate that the prepared foods tell you how many calories are in things - super handy when dieting. In general I really lurve Weggie's. The bulk foods, the prepared foods, and the superb cheese section are stand outs for sure. I wish there was/were one in Center City Philly and I would surely shop there. we spend a little more when we come - not so much due to pricing (the prices are competitive for most items) but because we splurge on all sorts of specialty foods and unique items we just can't get at Is-It-Fresh (Superfresh) or Ack-A-Mee. Go to Wegman's - but don't go if you're hungry and bring your shopping list so you don't impulse buy! read more

I finally found GOD...and he/she is WEGMANS! Wegmans is beyond amazing! How amazing is it you ask? 1) So amazing that my Fiance and I drive over the bridge from Philadelphia and PAY TOLLS just to grocery shop here! 2) So amazing the amount of ORGANIC and HEALTH FOOD options they have. Products I didn't even knew were on the market! A Gigantic Selection! Almost 50% of the store! 3) So amazing how HUGE this grocery store is! It's like the Target or Walmart of Supermarkets! 4) So amazing the quality of their fresh produce! 5) So amazing that they are a clean, well put together, suburb grocery store and have affordable prices! Save the best for last..... 6) SO AMAZING that they offer $6 Wegman Meals! It's better than Boston Market, lots of selections and FRESH! I first learned about Wegman's one cold winter evening when my boyfriend called me from Ithaca,NY and said he was in heaven...in a supermarket. Now that one opened up just a few miles from our house in Philly, I'm ecstatic. Since Philadelphia has ZERO decent grocery stores, Weggie's is now my staple. First of all it is enormous, you will spend a long time there on your first visit. It is always crowded, even at 10pm on a Sunday. (And to make matters worse the parking lot in that plaza is ATROCIOUS!) Everything (except produce--I get mine from Produce Junction) is cheap and excellent quality. I keep a keen eye on food costs, and I haven't found a better valued supermarket. Their meat is pretty good and it comes vacuum sealed, which is great since I like to sous vide cook. (You may be able to get better meat from a good butcher, but it'll cost you 2-3x as much). I'm not a huge fan of their premade foods (or any supermarket's premade food), but they're pretty good as far as supermarkets go. Their bakery is excellent, and it better be since they imported a brick oven from Italy that has forever burning fire. For people that do not have access to actual ethnic stores, Wegman's provides a small but decent supply. It is of course way more than you'd pay at an actual ethnic store, but you pay for convenience. They also have a decent sized organic/vegetarian/vegan section right in the middle if that's your thing. The rest of the food surrounds the organic section in a normal fashion with samples strewn about. I've never been disappointed in anything I bought from there and with canned beans at as low as $0.35 a can I really can't complain! The one thing that is odd about Wegman's is their cult-like behavior. People who work there are REALLY into being a "part of the family." Everyone there is so nice and helpful that it would be unheard of to alleviate slow lines with a self-checkout. (I was actually told that goes against what they believe). But with 40 checkout lines, you shouldn't have to wait too long. read more

The parking lot was packed. Whackadoos were jerking their metal monsters in odd directions, and everyone moved through the sea of asphalt in a slow motion frenzy that might break into chaos at any moment. Horns shot through absurd moments like bullets, and would-be cautionary beeps were muted by confusion, likely exhaustion, and turned into freak accident-escapes. The creatures converged at the store's entrances and funneled into the tributary aisles, my friend and I among them. This was the Sunday before Christmas. We rolled with the streams of people, I pushing the cart, my friend holding our Lists. Rather than grow irritated by a sea of oblivious, nonsensical navigators, as can sometimes be my wont, in these high-density rat maze situations I tend to become giddy. Pushing the cart becomes a flowing water dance the goal of which is to glide smoothly, anticipate the short-sighted trajectories of breathing obstacles, minimize static space consumption for extended time, assert your corporeal existence with a stoic glance when others wish to run you over, and, of course, to skip jump and kick up one's heels when appropriate. Not only is the latter fun, but it also fends off people who like to tail right behind your feet. 'Is she crazy? She just hit my cart! I must stay away from this person.' Amid the rushing, opposing streams of shoppers, the shelves were well-stocked and the aisles clear of boxes. At the meat counter, we were quickly tended to. The gentleman answered our questions about cuts of pork with sage advice and a helpful attitude. We were able to find everything we needed from baking goods to all kinds of chocolate to gluten free waffle mix to Asian staples that would be gifted to my brother living for the first time in a dorm with a kitchen. At checkout we waited, but not long, to be rung up. The cashier was calm and pleasant despite the endless rush of last minute shoppers. For not turning into a hellish hurricane despite hectic circumstances, I give Wegmans four stars. read more

Favorite grocery store. TRUST ME! From the looks of it, it may SEEM pricey, but it is NOT!!! Wegman's is actually CHEAPER than other grocery stories. They always have everything I need, and carry a selection of items that other grocery stores do not. HELLO!!! THERE IS A GODIVA IN HERE!!!! Like, who can complain about that?!?!?! The staff is amazing, and always so upbeat, and fun. The willingness to help is out of the roof. It's CLEAN, there are no off smells in here! The prepared food section is AMAZING. everything is fresh, and tastes good. I like that they have an area upstairs for dining. Let's not forget about the liquor store in the parking lot. This is one of the cheapest liquor stores I've been to. and when I say cheaper, I mean significantly cheaper. worth the trip up the highway past all of the other grocery stores! The bakery is BOMB. So first I want to say I have nothing against Wegmans as a store. The meats, fish a produce are of very high quality, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for usually. Why does the Wegmans in Cherry Hill get a 1 star..... The clientelle are the rudest most ignorant people I have EVER had the misfortune of shopping around. Now I know stores have off days so I have been there a few times and each time was the same -- I even had a woman hit my daughter with a cart while she was standing still at a counter and she gave me a dirty look and proceded to push in front of me... WHAT!... Wish I could say that sort of thing only happened once. but I cant. On check out I mentioned what happened to a cashier and her reply was "Yeah people who shop here are rude and mean.. What are you going to do?".. My reply.. not shop here again. So all in all go to the Moorestown Wegmans if you dont want to deal with self entitled type. Have a nice day!! read more

I might just be the biggest fan of Wegmans in the world. I live around the corner from a Whole Foods but will cross the bridge just to go to the Cherry Hill Wegmans. So as I type this review, I'm realizing how familiar these words sound. This is a sentiment I must have echoed verbally to at least two dozen people over the past few years. I know people can initially be intimidated by the prices. I personally think that's just a myth. At least with the products I buy, I can do my most efficient shopping there. Let me disclose that I have no problem trying the store brand. Let me scream into a crowd that I think Wegmans store brands are better than some (if not most) name brands! Yeah, I said it. Let's start with their pasta sauces as an example. In my personal opinion, their product totally tops the competitor name brand. The aisles themselves are nice and wide and the story is very well lit. My only complaint is the recent renovation. As a creature of habit, I felt totally lost- which is an awful way to feel in your favorite supermarket. I'm sure after a few more trips, I'll get over it. I've always had pleasant reactions with the cashiers and customer service workers. I realize crossing the bridge to go food shopping is a little wacky so I really only try to go for one large shopping trip a quarter and supplementing produce and meat at other places more convenient. I know they price some of their name brand items better than other shops so it wouldn't be too odd for me to do a pop in when passing by. I love Wegmans. I love Wegmans. Today I skipped a class to accompany my mother and grandmother to Wegmans. It was well worth it. We had lunch in the "cafe," where we indulged in the chinese bar and some sushi! It was actually really delicious. One of the standouts was the tuna in hunan sauce..AMAZING. Above each item, they also list the calorie amount in each serving. After a lovely lunch with three generations, we started shopping and let me tell you one thing..the women in my family know how to shop! We were at Wegmans for THREE hours. Some of the standout purchases: ROSE WATER (!!!), smoked gouda with bacon (my grandmother really knows how to live), coconut lime sherbert, and freshfrozen cod for $5 read more

Here's a riddle: What's the only thing that gets me to cross the river into NJ? The answer is Wegman's. Going to school in Upstate New York, Wegman's is a staple of food shopping. The competing supermarkets were basically on par with shop-rite or pathmark, so there really wasn't much choice in the matter. There are a couple of things that set Wegman's apart from most supermarkets. One is that their house brands are frequently as good, if not better, than the national brands, but still have house brand pricing. They have fantastic produce and meat departments, and their cheese section is better than any supermarket I've seen. They also have a lot of great individually packaged and ready to cook options that help me avoid a life of takeout and tv dinners. The also have a big prepared food area, including a salad bar, and chinese buffet bar. They have good (for a supermarket) sushi made fresh in store, and you can have pasta and similar dishes that are prepared fresh for you. I also can't help but rave about their subs. Though they have little in common with a good Philly hoagie, they are great in their own right. They also understand the proper crustiness and density of the rolls, and I first discovered them because in the boonies of NY, they were the only deli that knew what a sweet pepper is. (They are based on sandwiches from a Rochester Deli chain called DiBella's which I'll eventually review once I have a fresh experience). It's pretty convenient to Philly just a few minutes over the bridge. But that brings me to the biggest negative about wegmans. They simply don't have urban locations. I can't give 5 stars to a place that bypasses cities and promotes sprawl by choosing locations on highway offramps and the outskirts of civilization. I'll much more frequently shop at Acme or Superfresh, because they actually have locations where I live, and don't have to plan a trip to. read more

This Wegmans has the scariest parking lot and customers I have ever seen. On a recent trip a car accelerated to steal our parking spot that we were waiting for. I was almost barreled over by a Cherry Hill mom in the cheese section, almost got in a fight over heads of cauliflower. Then an ancient man cut us in line in the 10 items or less area in with at least 40 1L bottles of seltzer in his cart, the cashier mentioned that this was the express lane. It is a shame it is so scary in Wegmans because I enjoy shopping there. read more

I looove Wegman's. I'm just sad that they don't have any locations actually in Philadelphia. I have to drive to NJ or up by Willow Grove if I want to shop there. That means I don't get there as often as I'd like. That said, their food is awesome, and the store itself is really nicely set up, very clean, and is just a pleasure to shop in (and I hate grocery shopping). Their Wegman's brand food is pretty good - from the pot stickers to the canned goods and beyond. They've got a huge tea section, and their cheeses are great. Their food is always fresh, which is important for fish, produce, and meat. And I LOVE their bread. Seriously, they have this one type of bread that's got herbs on it (rosemary and such). You can buy it while it's still warm. And I can eat about two whole loaves of this stuff at once. It's so incredibly delicious. I want Wegman's to open up a location next door to me so I can practically live there. read more

Danny Wegman, will you marry me? I have been a die hard Wegmans fan for years. I shopped at the Princeton store for a very long time and have recently moved to Philadelphia. I drove out to Cherry Hill today because I miss Weggies and cannot live without it. Here are the reasons why: 1.) Everybody that works there is beyond friendly. They are so helpful that it really feels like an alternate universe to those that are used to shopping anywhere else. This may have something to do with the fact that they are the third best company to work for in the United States. 2.) The produce is amazing and never overpriced. 3.) Their cheese section is incredibly thorough and it smells delicious when you walk through it. 4.) They fly in all of their fish daily and you can tell. It's really the only store I rely on for fresh fish. 5.) Their Kosher market has delicious whitefish salad (I'm a huge fan of the stuff). 6.) All of their bread is baked daily on the premises and it is warm soft and delicious. 7.) They have a great pharmacy. 8.) I've never gone there looking for something that I have not been able to find on their shelves. It's a huge store and it is very well-stocked. 9.) Check out their international section. It's really impressive. 10.) Candy section. Wow. 11.) Overall presentation is beautiful. 12.) Clean bathrooms. 13.) Coffee shop is located right when you walk in so you can drink it while you shop. 14.) Great prices on quality tableware, kitchen appliances and cute seasonal stuff. The list could go on forever. I hope this place never changes. Note to Philadelphians: I live in Old City and it only took about 10 minutes to get there. So if you have a car I would definitely recommend making the trip. For a grocery store/supermarket? Its the best, they have absolutely everything that you need to have a dinner party! Fresh in house bakery, large produce area, great butcher section, seafood, the best pre-made foods, wine available nearby, and even kitchen accessories, cutlery, china, glasses... to top it off? A beautiful floral section too If you're in a hurry they have a pizza/sub shop, an open cafeteria style dining area/buffets, and small coffee shop to get a quick coffee. They also have great pre-made and pre-packaged foods to go. A sushi station is also available nearby. Also a complete deli and cheese/olive bar here too, and an extensive candy shop too (choose by lb) The choices are absolutely endless here!! They have great specialty items and hard to find items!! I could spend hours here!! And I have, just the liquor store alone and kitchen appliance area has past quite some time... But I think the best convenience, is the extended hours 6am-12midnight, that has saved a few dinners from goin wrong... read more

What a joke just wanted a coffee and a quick breakfast sandwich waited 10 minutes in coffee line and only one other person in front of me. Wife wanted a decaf tea and store only have a few flavors. Breakfast sandwich's there were only two there and one looked liked it was opened. Paid with a large bill and employee had to get a manager to approved. Then just figured I purchase two bagels and cream cheese, selection of bagels at 9:00 AM on a Saturday very poor. I don't know but Whole Foods is usually ready for business and had a much better selection of bagels. read more

I have a love-hate relationship with Wegmans. Love: - that I can find almost any food product in this store - nice bakery - very good sushi for a grocery store - shopping carts- have both the regular size cart and also the smaller ones which are easier to navigate around the store - freshness of their products- I find that their produce is fresher and has a longer life in my fridge than other supermarkets - prices on certain items- best prices for canned foods, certain cereals and especially Wegmans products - Most of the Wegmans products are of good quality particularly the canned veggies, frozen veggies, coffee, tuna, peanut butter, jelly and soda Dislike: - aggressive drivers in the parking lot- one of the busiest parking lots I have ever seen- I often can't remember where I parked after spending an hour in the store - because the store is so massive it is hard to get in and out if you only need a couple of products - Some of Wegmans products are not good at all particularly the jarred pasta sauce and frozen Popsicles - I have also had a couple occasions where I was charged more than once for an item and of course I didn't notice until after I left - some products are expensive particularly the food that is already prepared read more

From the time you walk in and pass all the farm fresh local produce, to the butcher area, seafood, bakery, sushi bar, pizza bar, Godiva chocolate center, etc. So many prepared foods of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities. Wegmans is my favorite grocery store, hands down. Like many others have said, avoid peak periods - but I went around 7:30 on a Monday night and was in and out in 15 minutes. That's a totally reasonable time to go to the store and I didn't feel like I was fighting a crowd. The produce here is the absolute best. Since it is such a popular store, they do run out of things sometimes, but when it's there, it's fresh and crisp. I particularly like their baby spinach, arugula and radicchio salad mix. Don't even get me started on their cheese section. Avoid it if you're hungry and don't want to spend a million dollars buying all of the cheeses. Same goes for their prepared foods. If you ARE hungry, DO visit the deli. The workers at this deli are so happy to be working at Wegmans and are the nicest people in the world. They will also give you a sample of your order to munch on while you're waiting for them to package it up! Also, don't be afraid of the store brand. I've found that it's usually just as good as the name brand, or a slight variant for a fraction of the price. Price-wise, I'm a casual couponer and have compared Shoprite prices + coupons to Wegmans prices - coupons and Wegmans wins out. Saves you some time and effort. I went to Wegmans for the first time almost 2 weeks ago now on a saturday and loved this Place! The selections were great, the variety is great, items were available, I was so overwhelmed at all they had to offer. The ladies at the chocolate counter very pleasant and my cashier as well. Now here is why I rated 3 stars. I was turned around in the isle and asked an employee lets call him D for assistance, he helped me. Well why the 3? So me being always cordial I said "Thank You so much". No response. So I repeated myself and looked directly at him...nothing. Our eyes connected long enough for me to get his name. Needless to say I will go back to Wegmans and I will not be asking him for any assistance. I was hesitant to cross the bridge for a grocery store. I thought Wegmans might be just another gourmet market (ie. Whole Foods, Andronico's, Bristol Farms, etc.) that I saw plenty of in Cali. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of Wegmans. I walked up and down each aisle and found many products that my local Superfresh doesn't carry. The best part is the prices are very reasonable, sometimes even cheaper than what I normally pay. The prepared food section, butcher, seafood department, and bakery were the most impressive. I drive from Philly to grocery shop here. It is the nicest, cleanest, biggest, most organized grocery store EVER. I love the coffee bar, the sushi bar, the fresh prepared food section, the organic section, etc. They have great sales and double coupons. I don't even care that I have to pay a $5 toll to get back into the city after I shop here. ITS WORTH IT! read more

Wegmans is more like a small colony rather than a supermarket. It's huge and always packed with people and will have any specialty food item you will ever look for. Not only do they have groceries, but there is food to eat immediately. Anything from roasted chicken to pizza to crab cakes to Chinese buffet to anything else you could ever want! Also, there is a huge seating area so you can eat the food right there. For someone who eats as much as me, it's important to be able to order food and eat it on site. Even if you don't buy anything, it's worth walking through and seeing what they have. Who knows...maybe you will find something interesting and make an impulse buy (story of my life). read more

This place is freaking amazing. A bit pricier than your average supermarket, but it's also so much better with fresher produce and more of a selection in just about every type of food you're looking for. I love their international food section; they sell everything from Pocky to Indian curries and lots of different kinds of Japanese noodles, Chinese sauces...Almost a mini Asian market in one section. Also I can't get enough of their produce; everything is so much fresher and they have a great variety of organics. Very organized, very clean, and very well decorated. I just love the atmosphere at Wegman's, they do a great job in making their store very appealing and make people want to come back! The dining area upstairs is very nice as well if you get the chance. A great shopping experience!! read more

This place is impressive. Insane selection of food from your basic necessities to high end meats and cheeses. It even has it's own olive oil section. The bakery section is massive as well. A little on the pricey side, but it's Cherry Hill so people are used to it. On a lazy night you can go over here and find whatever you want in the hot food section. Asian, sushi, sandwiches, italian... you name it. Needless to say given the buzz this place gets (most of it is well deserving) this is a pretty obnoxious place to shop in on most peak nights and weekends. The way the store is set up appears to have little rhyme nor reason. The aisles are half aisles so people are going in every different direction. They dropped the organic food section right in the middle of the store which also makes no sense given the little foot traffic. Dairy and freezer aisles also seem to appear out of nowhere. There is not enough space near the registers for lines to form and the register belts themselves are too short to quickly check people out. The parking lot is atrocious. All that aside, this is a pretty good supermarket.... but I'd still prefer the Shoprite down the street. read more

Woo, my first Wegman's trip! Great and easy-to-find selection of items. As my friend said, I would also consider it a "Whole Foods" + "Regular Supermarket." I really like how you can get nicer stuff as well as standard food items. The floral selection is excellently styled, and Wegman's brand items are delicious and cheap. Nice hot food bar and if you're with a bunch of picky people who all have different tastes, you can pretty much get anything that you want. If anyone leaves hungry, it's their own fault! My favorite though is the vegetarian $6 sides. You get to choose 3 of their sides from macaroni and cheese, braised cabbage, rosemary potatoes, squash mix and/or whatever else is available. It's a pretty cheap way to eat healthy and it's plenty of food! The seating upstairs is very homey and spacious. If I lived closer, I would hang out and do work from there occasionally as they offer free wifi. They have a few aisles of natural foods. Some items that I buy are cheaper at Whole Foods and vice-versa. They also have a fair amount of organic produce too. When I just want a quick bite, I use the entrance on the right that goes into the prepared foods area. The store can be very crowded especially on weekend afternoons. read more

I missed Wegmans ever since I moved to South NJ from the North. FINALLY we got one (rather two within driving distance) of our own. not a single supermarket in the area has this lavish selection of cheeses, produce, prepared food and organic food (well, aside from the Whole Foods whose prices I can't touch with a 10ft pole.) don't be shy about buying their own brand - it is good quality and very well priced. bakery department is very good, but pricey. flower shop has decent prices and the assistants can put together some killer arrangements for you from the flowers that you pick out on the spot. great selection of teas. wide selection of organic baby food. sign up for their shoppers club and get additional discounts and some great coupons in the mail. read more

Love their food bar. The counters are fully stocked with a wide variety of items, which is better than average food. Asian buffet probably with 40 choices of prepared foods. Very convenient. If you love authentic Asian food this probably isnt the place for you. What I love most is their crab cakes for lunch. Jumbo lump crab with a small salad, soup, etc. Reasonably priced and delicious. No need for dinner. Their canned aisles are well stocked and you never get the sense that they are limiting your choices. Wegmans probably stocks 15% more items than a standard supermarkets. Service oriented. A nice way to spend an hour or so on a Sunday, but beware, a true madhouse on Sundays. read more

Wegman's is a great grocery store. The food is always fresh and the prices are reasonable. There are also hardly any lines, even on a busy weekend afternoon. However, the parking lot is the worst place in the world. There are always people fighting for parking spots. People never put their carts back. Fortunately Wegman's is a great grocery store and food and prices make up for the horrible parking lot. read more
